Great, closed as stated. Over all experience was good

We moved from Illinois to SC last year due to my job, and we (me, my wife annd our infant daughter) ended up renting a small house in Liberty. It was way too small for us, but then we found out we were going to be having another child, so the hunt for a better suited home was on. We stumbled upon our house out of luck, just 3 days after our son was born and it was a smoking deal so we had to jump on it quick. Lennar has an an Organized process for home building and delivery. It also has a well defined process for post delivery warranty related issues. Lennar delivered what was promised. Supply related delays were beyond anybody’s control. However, l kept on receiving updates regarding delays. Overall good experience.

Although I have only been living in our new Lennar home for about six weeks, so far everything about the home has been great. Even minor (normal) issues have been dealt with quickly after I filed the request via the online service request portal. Bottom line, so far so good.

I chose a base model house and consider myself a DIY person . So I made quite a few upgrades myself. The guys at Lennar are helpful and reply fast to issues found.

We had a great experience from start to finish with our townhome. We love our new place!

Our entire experience from start to finish was stress free. Everyone involved was great. The builder's team responded to minor issues in a timely manner. If you're looking for a well built quality home look no further than Lennar.

Excellent team to work with. Kudos to your staff ... Vic (Sales), Jeremy (PM), Mary (Orientation), Eunice/Jenny (Loan), Customer Care (Lee)! They helped us throughout the entire process. Yes there were delays but we understood. Thank you, everyone! I know I forgot a few names. But thank you to the entire Lennar Staff for helping us move to our forever home.

We put down money sight unseen, going off of reviews and photos of work (this was due to a last minute job transfer and needing a house for a growing family). From day 1 of speaking to the community liaison, we were kept in the loop of construction progress, fall backs, and Changes. When were able to finally see the place in person, we were not disappointed. Then come orientation day, and seeing the final product, we were over the moon with how perfect everything turned out. Outside of normal house issues (really just a few mail pops) the craftsmanship of construction has been phenomenal. Nothing major has gone awry since moving in and we tell ourselves nightly how appreciative, lucky, and how much we absolutely love our new home. Post handover I raised 2 tickets, but first followup call happened to know what the issue is. Post that when they will come is unknown

Great experience and quality product.

I purchased the home while living in Colorado. The builders on site were responsive in interacting with my brother to address anything during the walk through and final turnover

Lennar was there for us through the process. We love our new villa. Most of the minor issues have or are being corrected.

Issues with walls and microwave and microwave. Fortunately Richard has been very expedite getting things fixes

Overall great service, house was delivered on time.

The entire purchase and customer service experience was awesome. I found the staff from salesperson to project manager to warranty rep to be very professional and trust worthy. Lennar hires excellent people. The home was completed on time with just a few minor issues that were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from Lennar.

Overall the process with Lennar was super easy and fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Lennar again.

Our experience with Lennar home builders was excellent. Our salesman Nate has gone over and above expectations with keeping us informed of the process, sending us progress pictures throughout the building process, and even though we've closed on the home, continues to help us get settled in to our new home. We love the Venice model home we bought, and even though there are a few minor issues to resolve yet, the warranty department (Matthew) has been excellent - he jumped into action immediately when our thermostat / A.C. quit working (our own fault lol) to get a service tech out to the house within 6 hours! Even the other sales people (Christine) working in the office at Biscayne Landing have been so very helpful to us, getting our gate sensors and answering questions! Great company...great people...WELL DONE EVERYONE...and thank you ALL for making our transition to Florida and to our new home so easy and enjoyable! ... More

It was easy to buy a home with the Lennar! The process was quick always and reliable

Our home buying experience was excellent because of a woman named Jennifer. She kept in touch with us through text and emails with periodic pictures of the progress of the construction. She made buying our Florida retirement home from New Jersey very enjoyable.

I am very pleased with the overall buying process. The folks at Lennar were very courteous and professional. Most of the paperwork was able to be done on line. Lennar kept to their initial closing date which made me and My wife very happy.

It’s really good experience with Lennar. The way they constructed home and the responses on each stage was remarkable. I already suggested few of my friends to buy home in my community and they did. Overall Lennar builder is best.

We could not be more pleased with Blake and Marco. Response time for move-in fix its has been less the 24hrs with great craftmanship.....we would refer or buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat!...
