The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

The sales team at Lennar was very helpful. Once I made my choice of home, they were available to walk the property with me and answer any questions I may have had. Since moving in, there have been several warranty issues that needed to be addressed. I give the warranty team and A+ in their communication, the courtesy of the workmen, and their speed and workmanship. Process was easy was you go through the initial start up. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very caring and respectful.

Over all my experience was very smooth, I put in with Lennar for pre-approval for a loan on Sunday on Monday i found the home i wanted to look at and on Tuesday i put my offer in. The Pre approval for a loan made it very easy every one involved were very nice and answered all question quickly.

The experience when purchasing my new Lenore home was exceptionally easy and the process was very smooth. The ones responsible for helping with the processa were Exceptionally awesome. The quality is pretty good. The workmanship is fair. The landscaping I’d say was poor but other than few minor things here and there the workmanship was average, but total experience was great.

It was a overwhelming process but when the ink dried it was all worth it.

The warranty doesn't help. they keep kicking the can down the block. You need to call here, and they say call there. I just want my front door lock repaired or replaced.

I have been impressed from start to finish. I was moving from a full brick home I had lived in fir 24 years to this new home.The concierge and builder did a great job keeping me informed on everything. They were very reliable. The workmanship seems good also so far. I have only been in my new home for 2 months but the process of buying and timeframes were spot on. I was very impressed. They exceeded all of my expectations.

As first time home buyers, we have had an amazing experience with Lennar Builders. The service, the discounts, the quick responses, their accommodative staff, and not discounting the wonderful home that fits our need, have all made our experience a dream come through.

The home is good. Walkthrough was informative. HOA is responsive.

Overall, the experience with all the Lennar staff has been very good. They understand what customer service means to people like my wife and me. The only comment about needing improvement is some of the contractors following up. The lack of getting a contractor to resolve an issue doesn't reflect how hard Dan and Zach are working to resolve the issues and due to their efforts we are are making progress. Greatly appreciate their level of effort and customer service.

Overall, we had a great experience with Lennar. We purchased our home in Hayden Canyon as an investment property, so this wasn't our first rodeo in buying a home. When we went to the sales office, Zach Cooper welcomed us. From there until he handed us off to the title company, Zach was truly an authentic sales guy. He worked extremely well with our agent and always made himself available to answer our many questions. He was never pushy as we were looking at several other new construction communities. What sold us on this community was that Zach himself purchased a home there. That speaks volumes when the builder's Agent purchases what he is trying to sell. The Cottage homes are super starter homes and a big bang for the buck. We got more square footage for a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath (2,000 sq ft!) than other similar new construction. Lennar also includes landscaping the side yard and a nice cedar fence as part of the home. What else? What builder ever includes a fridge in the sale?! Well, Lennar did. This may sound odd, but there are local builders that don't even include the knobs on the kitchen/bathroom cabinetry. But Lennar did! Let's talk about the inspection. We hired an independent inspector who had a long report (nothing really major). Travis was only about 5 weeks new to Lennar and he was nothing but kind and helpful. His team fixed everything on the list within one week of closing! They worked their tails off to check things off of our inspection. What I'm critical of is the landscaping. There are so many brown spots and "holes" because the landscaper didn't put the sod in correctly. The side landscaping isn't finished yet, which isn't our property but it abuts to our fence. I don't have any opinion yet of the Care Team, who will take care of items within the year of home purchase. Overall, exceptional experience. The team here in Hayden has been so professional. We even purchased homeowners insurance through Lennar's 3rd party and they jumped over the moon to do it in a short amount of time. They understand what a positive customer experience is and how important it is. I welcome Lennar into North Idaho to bring a solid product on the market. If I could afford it, I'd purchase another one today as our 2nd rental. Good, solid product. ... More

It was an easy process for the most part. I wasn’t a fan of the key retrieval and closing with funds process.
