I’m very pleased with my experience with Lennar, they are very professional when it come to serve they clients.. my experiences with Lennar was very productive. From start to finish.. because of the dedication and commitment now I have my new house. I will recommend Lennar to any one who’s ready to buy new homes.

Process from beginning to end was great

Good value & location for new home

We love our new home. The homes that Lennar build are beautiful. The sales agent Iolando was above and beyond great! She was so informative and so helpful. We would have passed on our purchase if it was not for her. The only negative experience thus far is that the building manager will not respond to communication about concerns dealing with minor fixes. Hopefully, he will soon.

Brand new home. Everything looks and works perfectly. No real issues. All requests and complaints taken cared of. Would recommend to others.

Still have some issues with Lennar Title paying certain fees to the CMA/HOA company. Still in the process of getting certain issues with house getting fixed. But Customer care consultants are working on them.

I wish the laundry area was bigger not In front of the garage door. Also fridge door doesn't open all the way because of WALL ,that is not something you usually see when you tour home. When we bought home was very confusing because there is too many people to deal with. Also I don't remember anything about a second fee MASTER ASSOCIATION FEE, if we were told it sure wasn't made clear to us. Also we bought in NOVEMBER Still NO mailbox key so that has been frustrating, Wonder if anything will be done for the inconvenience ? Overall it's a solid home and we like it .

Great honest and direct conversations and very helpful with purchase pricing under different down payments, terms, etc. Knew my parameters for purchase and made the sale. Wonderful personality and a pleasure to meet!

Do not be afraid to ask questions---make a checklist and work closely with builder, and real estate agent when possible.

We had the pleasure of working with Jia, and we couldn't be more impressed. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process of helping us purchase a home through Lennar. Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured that every step was seamless. Jia's expertise and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. The entire Lennar Team, as listed above, is top notch! They are all friendly, honest and helpful! We are grateful to have worked through the homebuying process with such amazing people.

They have a very supportive team; as expected in any new construction, there is always something to fix afterward, but the Lennar team has always been vertbreaponsive and fixed the few things they needed to adjust as soon as possible ( sometimes the very days I submitted the inquiry)

With a new home build there are items within and or from the build that need fixing and adjusting. My rep Tina has been exceptional in contacting and guidance and solving these issues has been spot on and welcomed. Peace of mind and and appreciation for her, for Lennar is one of the best experiences in home ownership I have ever had.

This was our 3rd Lennar purchase!!!! You know the old saying 3rd time is a charm well it was exactly that!!! Fast and the least painful transaction I ever made because my wife had no idea it was a surprise she was in New York!!! She was very happy about it which was not a surprise, what’s not to love new house and 5 minute walk to our daughters house!!!

My experience was quick and problem free.

I had the worse home buying experience!!! NEVER use all Lennar products together, like the builder and loan company (even though they give you insentive) because when 1 of them goes wrong they will work together to screw YOU. From the start the agent Kim was terrible. We felt something was off but didnt want to make blank judgements. But 2 weeks before closing all truth came out when they discovered a negligent issue that they didnt tell me about and after waiting 9 month their response was "well you can just let it go" mind you at this point I had already submitted my rental move out notice. Letting go would mean homeless with 3 kids and a dog. From there I could see the agents working hard to convince the loan folks to deny my loan. This would have been good for them then their negligence would be disolved. Ohh boy they tried, but God was bigger and he found me ways, and everything they threw at me didnt stick! But it was such a painful experience I vow to speak out everywhere once my emotional wounds have healed. The home itself is good and spacious but 1 horrible thing is there is zero sound proofing. We hear conversations in any room and toilets flushed from 3rd floor. Overall no thank you, never Lennar, I will go back to DR Horton! All they had to do was be truthful to me and treat me like a human. Instead profits and numbers were more important. REMEMBER THIS!! You are not important to them, dont waste your time! ... More

My experience was good since both mu sons helped me through it

Lennar profits depend on mass production of homes. Improvement can be made by staffing the on site construction mgr. positions. This will ensure a higher quality product (home) with less issues that homeowners request to fix in the first year. Labor contractors standards of quality are much lower than what the Lennar executives expect. To maintain Lennar idea of quality home and reputation of customer service, there needs to be more inspection, rapid response to issues, and observation of labor contractors. The Warrenty Mgr. tries to resolve issues, yet is too overwhelmed. Need more support on site to meet the demand of new homeowners requests. Lennar is not a custom home builder. Thanks. ... More

Would not hold property for buyer without non-refundable $16,000.00 down payment. Misleading expectations for completion date and reasons for delays. Lowering exact model price by $20,000.00 after 6 months delay for closing escrow allowing NO-DELAY move in for new buyers.

The quality of materials are basic as to be expected in a builder grade home. I don’t have an issue with the materials used. I have an issue with the installation and construction of those materials. From top to bottom, every surface, every install could have been done better by just about any DIYer than the Construction crew for Lennar. I blame the construction managers on up the chain of command. In my experience, the construction managers only care about pushing your closing date through and the earlier the better, despite knowing issues prior to closing. My experience: I was lied to multiple times regarding several issues that could impact my health and safety. My new build had a major and apparent roof leak. I was told it was bone dry. My home had a gas leak which was discovered during a home inspection. Almost every wall is either crooked, wavy, not square, not straight and or not plumb. My fireplace lacks insulation, so much so that the area in front of the fireplace was 23 degrees INSIDE this morning ! The house temperature was 67 degrees. The gutters leak through the soffits, The roof shingles were cupped, so Lennar squirted silicone under them and hammered them down, but only after I was told the cupped shingles were an optical illusion. My countertop has a crack where it meets the backsplash. I can’t open my back door. My floor feels like rugged, rocky terrain with the slab so far out of spec for the LVP that sits over it that the planks are breaking, worse the extreme peaks and valleys make the floor un-safe for me to walk on. The list goes on and on and on. How was my experience with Lennar? One of the worst experiences in my time on this planet. How was the response from Lennar? Abysmal! In my experience a lot of lies and double talk to get you to close. Two months in and I’m still fighting to get things fixed that should have been rectified before closing. Listen to the bad reviews! They are true. If you still have the stomach for it, then buy Lennar. My experience? My new construction home is actually a FIXER UPPER and that the poor construction has already devalued my investment/ my home. This has created undue expense and undue STRESS! ... More

The Cypress Creek West website explicitly stated amenities, swimming pool and children's playground would be onsite. However, after the earnest money deposit is made (which I would loose if I withdrew) I later discovered these amenities are located in different communities across the street, requiring shared access. The closing process was extremely rushed. I was given only a few hours for the walkthrough simultaneously while touring the house with representative. This left no time for thorough cosmetic inspection, and any issues raised during the representative's explanation were addressed, while others were likely overlooked due to the time constraint. There were few things I reported such as drainage issue which were never fixed just rushed to close the house and get threatened that if I dont close the house on time I would loose earnest money regardless if my issues were resolved or not. This rushed approach was unacceptable. The craftsman on the house is just awful. Doors were not aligned properly, too much gap. There are crack all over the house and so on. Several of my friends expressed interest in the community but ultimately chose to pay slightly more in a nearby community. They, like me, were dissatisfied with Lennar's misleading advertising regarding the onsite amenities and the rushed closing process. Most of my neighbors are advising their friends and family to stay clear from this community because it doesn’t even have a children playground forget about other amenities and workmanship of the house is awful. ... False info and poor quality

Buying and closing was spectacular! Materials used for the house are not bad but not the best! Customer service is good!
