Our overall experience with Lennar was excellent! From our initial inquiries with Derrick up to Home Delivery with Kim and John! They were all accommodating, patient and detailed. They made sure we were heard, and they addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. We love our new home! There was only 1 thing unpleasant. We tried to get initial preapproval with one of Lennar’s Loan Officer. I asked her multiple times if we could talk, if I could call her, if she can tell me the things I needed to do to help me with the process since I was a first time home buyer. If she can explain the complicated things I didn’t understand then. - No calls, just short emails like of no importance. The experience was great. They worked with us and we oversaw every step. I could not buy resale without bidding wars. So new home was the way to go. We had a few hiccups after close but all issues have been resolved

So far my experience with the staff and quality of work is outstanding. Response to problems is immediate and caring. I’m happy with the outcome of my move. Hope everything remains the same as time passes.

Lennar did everything great but we literally bought our house at peak market prices so I don't want to give 5 stars on value lol.

Hello, The home interior was beautifully built and has had zero issues in our first month. Our only complaint was the overall curb appeal of the landscape. There was no mesh no avoid weed, edging was bad, plant disbursement looked uneven, and just not great. I would rather have landscape be bad than anything else, so still not upset! Our first project was to completely gut it though as a result and do it ourselves. Other than that, everything has been great! Sadly the sod came in when it was crazy hot, so that has been a process to revive but not the fault of Lennar on that! Thanks, Nick

Our sales associate Tanna is always excellent. She’s very helpful and responsive. Jody also did a great job. Jody helped us with the loan and was very friendly… And responsive. We had a great experience… We would recommend to others.

If you are looking in the 55+ category you should check out a Lennar community. We starting by chatting with Ekaterina who explained all the model options and communities beforehand so we knew which community in PA to focus on. We made our appointment with Brighid who was patient, efficient and showed us great models in Meadows at Hillview to select from. Brighid communicates every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with. Each home comes complete with a good variety of upgrades included. Some developers nickel & dime you for everything including outlets, tile and hardwoods but not Lennar. The whole buying process was automated and there even is Lennar Mortgage with great mortgage rates & terms. Better hurry there almost 1/2 way done with building these cape cod style homes here. We also met Cheryl on the day of our closing who was great as well and helped us with some last minute details. Lastly you’ll also enjoy and appreciate your construction team-Chris & Joe for added insight and understanding of your new home. Beutiful homw, great quality, finally found my forever homw!

Our salesman, Paul C. was great. Our builder Darrel M. could have been MUCH more responsive and more communicative.

From the sales agent to the customer care rep, Lennar ensures that the buyer is totally satisfied with their home. The all is included is great, but should also include a washer/dryer and refrigerator...or at least have options to chose from so that they are installed when transfer of ownership occurs or an opted-out ability should the buyer want to provide their own. When moving long distance, a "complete" home would have been preferred.

Closing process is amazingly easy. 4 stars on value only because of the bidding process. Lennar tries to suck every last penny out of the buyer. They know know what a fair profit margin, to remain profitable is and should price their homes accordingly… With that being said the staff from sales to construction are amazing

Condo has been everything as expected!

We had a great experience with the builders. Robbie did an amazing job of explaining the home and giving the right information regarding all the home’s features. He showed excellent commitment to customer service by his thorough walk through and knowledge regarding our property and the community we now live in. My only reservation was when we switched floor plans to the chatham II from the brighton II, you guys unfortunately took two weeks and half to re-do the paperwork, in that time interest rates rose significantly costing me ultimately. Besides that I wish we would have purchased our home sooner from you guys. In the end we had a great first home buying experience : from the front end office Carl, to the site manager/ supervisor Robbie, to Candyce our realtor everyone did their part to get us into the home of our dreams. Buying with Lennar was very simple and stress free. All staff I had an opportunity to work with were very friendly and helpful.

Everyone in general was great. The mortgage team was great and patient and helpful. I had my own realtor and am glad I did. The home was finished as promised. Keep in mind you buy what they build, no changes or accommodations. I was grateful for the lawn and landscape so no mud to deal with. In this market they are the best so far.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and understanding especially since we’re not computer literate. Would be great if there was another method for computer dummies like me. Home is beautiful, personnel have been very accommodating when it comes to our needs.

So we ended a 5 year home search with Lennar in the fantastic neighborhood of the Falls at Green Meadows. Christy the Lennar realtor was fantastic, in fact if it wasn't for her, we would not have been here. The whole team from Lennar has been super, Liz the foreman, Jorge, the customer rep and all the people in the Mortgage Dept were superb !! Now I won't lie and not say that we didnt have some issues, but they are expected and Lennar is doing great in taking care of them. A wonderful Company and fantastic people !
