The experience was amazing it was easier than purchasing a car they walked you through each step no hassle no pushing you to buy and the craftsmanship for the money you pay is spot on and Lynette from Lennar was amazing to work with thank you very much for your help my family will forever be grateful

The experience with purchasing was not bad, however after moving in the heat was not working on the ground floor and it took them 5days to fix. My standard sedan cannot fit in the garage, what’s the purpose of a garage if it can’t fit a standard sedan?

Good experience from the sale dept. all the way to closing. The warranty team were very responsive to the small details needed..

I’m very pleased overall. Is everything perfect? Not necessarily, but the workmanship is good quality with a few relatively minor issues here and there. That said, Lennar has been very responsive in doing repairs. My biggest issue is the lack of access to reliable internet close to two months post purchase. It’s tough to be without it these days and this was not made clear at time of purchase. Makes it difficult to take advantage of functions that rely on internet-Ring doorbell/camera, door lock system, thermostat, etc. I don’t feel Lennar has been assertive enough in working with local cable company on behalf of new residents to install cable. This home purchase was a very good experience for me. From the salesman Mike to the Loan officer Joel, everyone did an awesome job and everything went smoothly. I’m truly impressed with this experience.

Poor design. How can you build a house facing the water with the minimal view

Lennar was great help through the entire process and the entire experience was overall smoothly and successful.

We had a really great experience buying our LENNAR home. Our agent, Lydia, walked us through every step of the process. She was very patient as we measured rooms in all the models. She was very knowledgeable and was a great resource as we chose our home. LENNAR continues to be helpful and supportive after the purchase, as well. The process of getting any repairs completed is very user friendly and the response time is very quick.

Buying process was easy and things went quickly once i started the process. As i find issues in the home,I send in a work order and it’s taken care of quickly. Everyone has been very accommodating and super pleasant

I was very excited to buy a home in this community. First of all, they didn’t finish the home until the day of closing. They were still working on that day just until I closed and then vanished. Work outside and inside was pending. I had reported the plumbing issue and was told it will be taken care of. They have installed a non-standard bathtub and surrounding wall which does not fit and due to which lot of water is going to waste. I raised several requests but all requests have been closed without any resolution. I am very disappointed with my decision to buy here.

I am so happy to buying my new home with Lennar. They give me an excellent price and interest rate including refrigerator range dishwasher blinds washer and dryer and helping me with $10000 with the Closing costs We closing the deal in 3 weeks this was amazing.. I just can say THANK YOU!! I have a lower monthly payment for a brand new house in this 2025

I read a lot of reviews online about the horrors some people experienced with Lennar so I was a little concerned when purchasing my home in Carnes Crossroads in SC as they were the only builder. The whole mortgage process was very smooth and easy and we were informed and communicated with often. The build was also completed to our satisfaction with few items needing attention which were resolved quickly. Overall it was a good experience.

The personal is nice polite and eficient lam very happy ,the hause is nice,the garden pretty .lnside the hause by my experience l recomemd to check the outlet to know if it has the righ voltaje the head shawers. Other than that l am very exiting with my new home.

We have had so many great responses to all our questions and concerns, which we really appreciate, with the only exception being an issue to a landscaping problem which we feel is not being addressed..hopefully this will get resolved as we will not give up!

From the sales staff to the mortgage company to the walk through…it was just a great experience. This is my 5th new build and it has been the best so far.

I know that buying a new home always has challenges, but for me this has been a nightmare. The biggest thing is that Lennar pushed the build to close a month early which led to all kinds of quality issues and financial complications.
