Lennar Mortgage issued a e check refund after closing. It's been a month and a half, 3 attempts a BOA and one at our bank and can't cash the check. Reached out to everyone we could think of at Lennar including rosiesupport@lennartitle.com. NO body is responding. We have requested a paper check or wire transfer.

Appears to be a quality home, we've only been in it 2 months. We are very happy with the home. They have been very responsive to a few very minor issues we've had.

This is my third Lennar home and I will never go with another builder. Homes are solid and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Lennar has integrity.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process of purchasing the home. I do believe that one walk through and explanation of the function of some of the features of the home would be enough it was very difficult for us being out of state

The upgrade options from the builder are very expensive!

No one knows what’s happening and keep on moves the closing date and on the day of the closing they informs you that they are not closing today. Walk through days mentions are waste of every once time, firstly they give you the date and no one shows up at the house for the walkthrough and secondly when you point anything to be fixed the simply say that’s how it is and cannot do anything now. Everything was cracking up in the new house and when I asked about that they say they won’t fix the cosmetic damage. There are 100s of cracks to wood and walls and joints and nails and screws are popping up from paint. Lennar has the worst built quality I have ever seen. If possible please avoid business with Lennar. ... More

Great team helping complete our home for closing. Any issues after the sale are promptly addressed by the community representative after the sale and completed by contractors in a timely manner. Lennar is very interested in having happy homeowners. Very good value and quality. We love our Lennar home.

MY HOME WAS NOT READY FOR MOVING BECAUSE OF OTHER CONSTRUCTION. AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS.

I’m very unhappy to have bought this home in a new community. I moved in on 11/27/2024. - I still today, 1/16/2025, don’t have cable/internet service- for the longest time Xfinity said my address is not on the map, then they didn’t have a permit, then they did, and still waiting on the email to continue; -The Master Bathroom toilet keeps getting stopped up but no other ones in the house. While the toilet is stopped up, I can’t run the faucet for more than 5-10 seconds, nor take a shower, as the water in toilet makes a bubbling sound. If I ran the faucet long or took a shower, the toilet will overflow all over the floor; - In the kitchen and Master Bathroom, the grout is terrible; - Even though the shower doors are closed while taking a shower, water still comes out of the doors and onto the floor a little. - The driveway is too narrow and there’s not a lot of space to get myself and things in and out of the car unless you step on the grass. My driveway is not straight but a slight L-shape and it’s hard to place the car correctly and also backing out. Sometimes, the car goes off the sides as I’m backing out, and on the rocks; - The windows were hard to open all over the house, and I don’t feel they are double-pane as I can feel the air from outside coming in and it’s very cold air in Winter; - The smell of manure is around the area as I’m assuming it’s used to grow the grass- so when I go outside, it’s not a good feeling to smell the air; - The tap water smells like heavy chemical- like chlorine; - The house is not designed right, in that, the water line is in the storage room upstairs, so if someone wants to put in a Water Treatment System it has to go all the way upstairs, and heavy salt bags need to be brought upstairs all the time; - The painting was badly done in the house, and Lennar makes the buyer go around with a worker and put blue tape on all the bad spots. The painting by workers had lots of paint drips, and dents and scratches on walls and frames; - It’s way too hot in the upstairs loft area and very hot in the storage room. No one would be able to sleep comfortably in the guestroom without a window open- and therefore, cold air drifting on the person sleeping. I had the plumbing company “balance” the air / vents in house and they said ALL the vents were closed in the downstairs area. The livingroom, dining room and kitchen is cold, while again it’s hot upstairs, and Master Bedroom has a moderate level of heat; - The back area of house- the concrete area is so small you could hardly fit a nice bigger table and chairs; - A window rattles when wind blows harder and the worker couldn’t find the problem, but I’m still left with the sound; - I don’t like that Lennar worker told me that I have to buy all the filters in storage room furnace area, and change the filters every month due to workers outside creating all the dust and stuff in air, and the filter will be dirty all the time. I don’t feel that I should pay for those expensive filters ever!; - The cabinets in kitchen had so many nicks and dents in them, and the left over look on the surface of the cabinets from cleaning swirls of the cleaning fluid; - There’s not a lot of room in laundry room between the machines and wall for moving around and placing laundry basket in front of the machines; - The flame in the fireplace is not wider and taller - and therefore making it look like a smaller flame in the fireplace- which not a very cozy look; VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY LENNAR BUILDING HOME, and my neighbors are saying they are having a lot of the same problems as myself. ... Pros: The house is beautiful, in a wonderful neighborhood. We love the layout and luxurious features. We enjoyed exploring the various floor plans prior to deciding on a homesite and found the website helpful. Our construction manager and new home celebration person were wonderful. They answered a million questions and made us feel comfortable and confident in our new home. Cons: The prices were always shifting. Prices on the website increased frequently, with no public record of the change. It was difficult to plan, financially. Sales people did not always have correct information. We asked specifically about build and completion dates for a handful of homes, and the information provided turned out to be incorrect. When ready to decide on a homesite, we were provided incorrect information about the interior and exterior colors and finishes. The error was not caught until after we had made an offer on a homesite. After purchase, we were assigned a “concierge.” She was supremely unhelpful. She did not provide any helpful information about when our address would be properly mapped and did not volunteer any information about what services/deliveries would or would not be impacted by the delayed mapping. She got multiple dates incorrect, and we were constantly having to reach out to her to correct inaccurate communication. My final “con” is that the construction workers treat the neighborhood as solely a jobsite, rather than a neighborhood. Every day I see them driving past my house at high speeds, far greater than is appropriate on a quiet street where small children play. ... More

Working with the sales person at Lennar, he was extremely professional.

Everyone part of this company knows the issues, but intentionally cover them until the deposit was made, leading to a few (big) surprises: Solar panels: The pre-installed solar panels, which are part of the advertisement, come at an additional cost and were not disclosed until minutes before giving the deposit. Furthermore, the capacity of the solar panels is not even half of what is needed for a house of this size. This felt like a last-minute forced add-on, similar to what often happens at car dealerships. Confusion and rush tactics: Clients are often confused and rushed into committing to a deposit. This is so common that they included a piece of paper specifically stating that nothing promised during the negotiations is valid unless it is part of the contract being signed. False claims of corrections: They lied, claiming that requested issues were corrected when in truth, they were not even touched. False promise of future rectification: Finally, they falsely promised future rectification of these issues and to close asap. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without triple-checking, and DO NOT take their word for granted. I wish I read some reviews about how they operate. ... More

The concierge in charge of our home was fabulous. The selling agent was bad and unresponsive. He never returned phone calls, emails or texts. The overall set up of all the different HOA is needlessly complex and never explained eell. The quality of the plug points throughout the house is low. There were several large dry wall holes that were not fixed prior to the final walk through. Roof tiles were missing but the house was deemed all done and it was difficult to get the construction manager to check it and make sure it was done. The refrigerator water line was not connected. The buying process was swift and everyone associated with Lennar was professional and responsive! Great experience I would recommend LENNAR to others!

Lennar completed the construction on time. Only minor issues needed to be addressed. Their warranty website is very efficient. They resolved all concerns (e.g. electrical outlet did not work) very promptly.

Great new build home experience

Brandon Ritter came over and handled everything so professionally that it put my mind and soul at ease. Not only did he solve every problem I had but he also did so with kindness, speed, and good humor. Much appreciation to that beautiful man, please promote him soon he’s too good of a guy to not be appreciated more.

From top to bottom it was a Great team experience. They answered all my questions I had and made sure I was calm throughout the process. My house concierge was amazing until this day if I have any questions she helps me.

Lennar Sales’s agent is good. But, Lennar mortgage is one of the worst team to deal with. Not at all happy with their service and they are not helping customer. Because of their lack of last minute changes, have to spend 5k extra for loan points. I never recommend Lennar mortgage to anyone.

Don’t like it at all

Walking into the Model Center & being greeted by Sales Consultant Bea, in a warm, inviting & professional manner, made a lasting first impression especially when my 1st stop elsewhere was the complete opposite experience! And, after showing me the homes and finding the one I was set up to contact Lennar Mortgage. And, Miguel & the entire team were all very professional, informative & helpful in walking me through the process from start of buying my new home to finish at closing! And, being my home was in such great condition at my initial walkthrough , finding only a few minor touch ups needed that the builders took care of on the spot I didn’t need a final walkthrough! I’m very happy to say the least & would highly recommend Lennar Homes & I recently did to someone that had toured my community and was considering another nearly one as well. ... More

Sometimes I have to remember that I’m buying a track home and not a custom home. It’s a one size fits all types of situation when buying a house from Lennar so the custom touches are not there and yes, you do get items that don’t meet your expectations, but that’s what you’re buying also as far as warranty issues I could not be happier with Gabe from the #Warranty department. He has been on top of everything and very informative and making sure everything gets done to meet our expectations and works to get it done. Lennar should be happy to him on their team as I am

You have no choices. I needed ADA grab bars and other ADA things, but had to have them installed after moving in.

There is way too much to type but the overall process was awful. I am very disappointed in the entire process with Lennar and would not recommend to anyone honestly. I still have on going issues
