Loved the entire home buying process with Lennar.

You're not going to belive this, but ten minutes before receiving the invitation to share my experience with Lennar, I was texting my siblings about the opportunity of buying a Lennar Home. Good price, excellent pre, during and post service. I LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Very smooth purchasing experience. Roy, the realtor for Lennar helped in every aspect and really helped push the deal through with all unforeseen hurdles. Every department was well informed and was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!!

Great service no complaints whatsoever

I have purchased new homes from every known brand builder . I must say this has been a wonderful experience in the home any any very minor items that may come up. Sales and construction has been so responsive and kind. I highly recommend Lennar way surpasses other builders in their customer care.

My experience was good when dealing with Lennar and their personnel. Kathy, the realtor, was fantastic along with Ryan, the construction manager. Nick, the warranty POC, has been great in the couple of minor warranty issues I have had. My only complaint is whomever they are paying to do the cleaning before the move in does not do a very good job. The amount of sheetrock dust residue left over has been overwhelming to clean.

We had a wonderful experience with the salesman, loan manager, and contractor/builder. They all displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise in their respective fields. They patiently listened to our concerns and queries and provided us with comprehensive answers to the best of their ability. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed which made our home-buying experience less stressful than previously with other companies.

Needed to find a wonderful place in about a month after selling home and downsizing. Lennar sales representatives and loan officer worked fast and diligently to meets our needs, which includes closing costs assistance and a below market fixed interest rate in a new subdivision.

product-It was a great experience to work with the team, on line notification for update process is very helpful, timeline was accurate, provided great materials, good to have GE appliances and Carrier AC unit. Warranty service is very prompt and helpful. Happy with the new home. Finance- Due to back surgery, I have moved from a bigger two-story home to one story new home within which is 10 mins away. Lennar Finance gave me real hard time at the last moment assuming that I would be using this property as investment property NOT as my primary resident. I explained my motivation to go to a downsized home in the same area only to avoid climbing stairs due to my back surgery. They asked me too many evidences to establish the fact at the last moment, it put me on stress. They need to improve this process, could have asked me at the beginning. ... More

The whole process went great. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and our finance contact Natasha was awesome!

The whole process took Les than two weeks and service before , during and after closing was professional and beyond my expectations.
