excellent service. but bit pricey. i did not have any issues. everything went well. slight delay on delivery by amount month and half but due to covid. that is acceptable delay. all deliverables were met with quock redpinse and all reps are awesome. thanks fir everything. you hVe mDe it possible without hassle

The home purchasing process was vey easy. From Sales to the Mortgage Team everything was seamless. Everyone at Lennar was professional, timely, and very helpful.

We were very pleased with our sales and closing experience, as well as the follow up warranty service walk through.

The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Starting with the agents on site, they made my wife and I feel great when talking about what we wanted and needed. Gave great advice and helped us through the decisions. Then it went to the project manager. He was amazing at communication and responsive when he needed to be. I can’t explain how well it went even during these times of uncertainty of procurement for materials. The project managers attention to detailed was very good when we were getting ready to close so we knew that we were getting a great finished product!!

One of the most appealing aspects of this location and villa model was that the open layout and design were just about what I would have picked for a custom build. Lennar's team made this process fairly painless and helped ease my mind in the midst of a crazy real estate market. The communication was excellent, and the house was ready on time!

Perfect place to stay

Everyone at Lennar was a pleasure to work with. I was not shy about what I wanted addressed and they addressed it all. Our home closed on time and each person from Sales to Construction was excellent to work with.

Refrigerator was a problem but they resolved it

Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive.
