Leaner homes are well built would recommend

From visiting the Sales Center to the closing, this home purchase experience was pleasant because of the well trained, knowledgeable staff. In actuality, Lennar homes do a good job of selling themselves. From the ample homesites to the room layouts, from the landscaping to the all inclusive features, the houses are quality for the cost. Check out the details. At closing, take time to inspect the accommodations inside and out. Who knows, you may find minor details that need repair. Not to worry. The repair team will there at an agreed upon time. This is the third Lennar home I’ve bought. My feelings are when I went with a winner, why look further! Making the move in simple with having systems and appliances in place makes it an amazing deal for first time home buyers.

My wife and I love our home. It's beautiful Inside and out. We can't really comment on the responsiveness to issues because this virus has shut everything down. Lennar has been wonderful to work with through out the whole process of getting and owning our home.

We have had a few minor issues regarding workmanship, which is to be expected on a new home, but I must say Lennar dealt with everything very quickly & professionally.

We highly recommend purchasing a home with Lennar. From the moment we stepped in the sales office at we were greeted and made to feel welcome by the sales consultant. Being our first time to purchase a home we had lots of questions. But our sales consultant did everything to assure us and get our questions answered. Everyone we dealt with up until closing were very helpful, and made us feel like we mattered and appreciated our business. My husband and I highly recommend a Lennar home where "Everything is included" and it truly is.

Overall very happy with everything. The house is great and we love the space plan. It is very function for our day to day. We love the cabinets in white and the countertops. We did replace lighting and plumbing fixtures that were basic but I understand the need to put in generic items so that you please every buyer. There were a few gouges in a couple of our doors, those marks were on the "red tape walk", they were coved up but not well and those still show but we can live with those small things.

quality of the home built and the service is great

Sales person was great! The girls that did one of the walk thru with me was so patient and my final walk thru with C was excellent. Explained everything and I was able to call him if I had any questions.

Some minor workmanship issues but superb maintenance support, easy to work with building manager and builder, very supportive sales manager (the best), I love the house all in all.
