This company is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I never spoke to a real person the whole process, and every time I had a question it would never get answered. Also, when I purchased the house, the house was robbed, and I was told that this was the first time it ever happened in this area but the funny thing is I spoke to people who also bought a house in the area three months ago and they told me that this happened to five different homes. There is no transparency with this builder. Also recently I got contacted by the builder saying that the roofing company needs to do an inspection after two months of purchasing the home this is ridiculous and they need to get their stuff together! ... Our 2nd time at new construction and this time was a much better experience than with a previous builder. Better quality, communication, etc. There were some bumps in the road, but things were taken care of with minor inconveniences

Lennar has very good customer service. Their website for homeowners is very helpful in addressing questions or concerns. Buying process was quick and efficient.

The townhome's structure is nice & the layout ok...but, the things you don't give enough thought to make this a regrettable purchase. Stingy on closet size & garage space; "tier 1" appliances included with no negotiation as well as "tier 1" finishes (carpeting, mirrors, bathroom accessories, no switch driven outlets, closet setups) - when you spend well in excess of $500K I would have expected better. A lot of poor workmanship throughout which I have paid to fix...not to mention replacing all of the lower tier items included which have been upgraded (at great expense).

Quality for the price on home finishes are very sub-par. The kitchen is overall the cheapest quality I’ve ever owned. When I questioned where the “pulls” were or how to open the drawers I was told it voids the warranty if they are installed. I’m also very disappointed my appliances did not work and at final walk thru I was told to call the helpline and it was “my problem” these brand new appliances are assigned to the home. Plastic inserts for shower and tub on a $700k home is a joke. Home Depot and Lowes which I consider low end products have nicer options than what comes with Lennar homes. The interior doors are all hallow not solid wood. The floors (which I understand now could have been upgraded, was cheap linoleum floor. Lastly I found from others in the neighborhood that their homes came with window coverings and that could have been included. It was never even offered. So if you truly want feedback this is the worst purchase I could have made. I only hope I don’t lose too much money when I sell it. Zero interest in ever buying another from this builder. ... More

Ronnie our realtor is Amazing! Ian our contractor is also Amazing. We love our home and we have great neighbors. However most of the neighbors agree that gutters should have already been installed plus hardware for bathrooms. Light fixtures are antiquated. Lots of caulking in bathroom and shower was not completed. Front door lock is hard to lock. HOA is very difficult to work with, they control everything about your home. You can’t even change your mulch or bark without asking for approval not to mention buying a tree or a bush.All the neighbors complain about HOA.

I few words i receive a property different of what i buy. I both this property because of security and privacy and do not get I still waiting for a resolution

Do not be one of the first in the community as you will pay more and have less incentives than the homebuyers to follow. The construction/Lennar staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Building material and trucks have been parked outside my completed home that blocked me from driving out of my garage. Two months in, no mail, trash from the contractors is everywhere (including the pond), sent to collections from Comed for a bill that was not mine. Comed did not recognize my address on their website and it was before I moved in, I also emailed the staff I had communication with letting them know there was a delay and I was told they would handle/keep me informed. I went on the app and website to do my 60 day punch and could not find where to report issues. The biggest construction issues, so far, are the two 'hatches' in the upstairs ceiling. Neither are flush which is allowing flies to come in. The 'hatch' int he bottom level was never fixed correctly after my first walk through, it is now open to an uninsulated area and the drywall surrounding needs repair. My expectations have been realistic through this process, the absence of responses and actions are the reason for this review. ... More

The Lennar mortgage team was excellent helping me every step of the process. They explained the why's and made it simple to contact them for providing whatever necessary for my mortgage. The home I bought is a basic home, a great starter house or retirement investment house. I plan on making a lot of upgrades. I live in a nice community, it's definitely worth the investment.

Lennar has cut out items that I have never seen before. Otherwise, it's a nice home for a reasonable price. Their service addressing issues after move in has been ver good.

After I started the process of buying my home I could not get in contact with my agent. The loan processor told me different terms than I was told by the agent. My realtor was instrumental in helping me because the concierge wasn't much help either. I thought I got a good price for my home, but I didn't get a lot of things that are standard in most homes. The windows do not open and close, there are no blinds, no towel bars, and no backsplash. The oven is not self cleaning and the cabinets in the kitchen were not installed properly and there are no ceiling fans. I did not get an orientation on the HOA or utilities and I still haven't. The drain in the master bath backed up and it was full of trash. There is a serious leak in the wall behind the master sink. The positive is I love the tile in the bathrooms. I like the location of my home and I have a large backyard. The service technician, Dominic has been awesome. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have but I did not get good customer service. ... More

not the best experience overall

I’m an investor and this is not my first purchase. Worst experience in dealing with loan officer. Never responds to calls. Rushes to closing date without properly checking all issues. House wasn’t even ready during final walk through.

Brian in sales was great to work with,Chase the foreman was just fantastic as were zLoree and Chris they handled our issue's in a fast and very perfessional. They were all very friendly and seem to care about us !

Smooth, professional and easy process

Honestly for a new home it wasn’t the worst but I definitely had to stay on top of things after moving in. They missed a bunch of stuff. The contractors they use are garbage. When putting in tickets to get things fixed that they messed up on or didn’t do it’s like pulling teeth.. had to put multiple tickets to get things done. Horrible customer service. Even the guy who is suppose to take care of things talked to me like I didn’t know anything and I had to put in another ticket just to get him to fix it.. they ruined my lawn and only half fixed it and told me they weren’t going to fix it after it was there fault to begin with.. told me to water it more when the grass was already dead.. in stage 3 water restrictions and gave me a 900$ bill cause they wouldn’t just fix the problem. Please make adjustments if the buyers want to make minor adjustments before the build.

Like most builders the first priority is to get you into the new property. At first you will find 20 people chasing you to get the process moving on time.. after that it kind of slow down. Once you need something, it basically comes down to the character of the individuals (luck of the draw) from Lennar who actually are willing to help. Some of the others, they insulate themselves from you once the home closes. I have issues with their mortgage transfer process that no one can give me a straight answer. Some warranty items pop up, good luck getting with Customer Service to call you back.

The main issue was after moving in and finding all kinds of not quite finished things, places where there’s messed up paint(or none at all), damaged ceiling, wall, doors etc. Things not being square is also an issue. I spent nearly 1/2 the price of this home with KB and had a MUCH nicer end product, especially for the price. The market sucks for buyers and these builders are raking it in with a smile on their face.

From initial sales contact all the way to handing over the keys....impressive service!

The HOA app iCON is a giant cluster fu—. It does not work. I have tried several times to get help. Nobody is never available to help.
