My journey started with my husband and I just looking and dreaming. Credit wasn’t great. Meet Marcia, who walked us through Sagewood. She he told us about McKenzie Ridge. She was very helpful and really felt what we wanted. A couple weeks later we went to McKenzie Ridge where we met Lynn. She was so enthusiastic and made our experience exciting. She gave her loan officer my information and told me that she would help get us on the right track. If it wasn’t for Lynn’s enthusiasm, I wouldn’t have taken the steps to work towards my dream. Overall Homebuying Experience was ok. Quality of workmanship & Materials are OK. After living in the house for almost 2 months, I have noticed several things that need attention. I have had a couple of Issues that needed attention sooner then later with electrical and HVAC issues. They were resolved quickly. I trust the other things that need attention will be addressed quickly when i submit my list. Value for the price paid was fair for the current market. Everyone wants a "BETTER" price. It is only money. the overall design of the house fits my needs. that is priceless. I would buy a Lennar home again. ... More

There is one issue i am still waiting for the superintendent Daniel to resolve. That is the dead grass, at the orientation we asked about the dead grass and he informed us the grass was installed when it was cold then it turned hot so the grass was not doing good and then said they were going to fertilize and airate it. the following week when we closed the grass still looked dead so we asked him about it and he said he would continue watering it and would send an email (never got ) regarding the grass. When we moved in grass was still dead but there was a-lot of weeds so it looked green. i spoke to Daniel twice about the grass since we moved in and the first time he said he was going to get the landscaper over, i never heard from him so when i called back he said he had to talk to his boss. still waiting for a call back to tell me what his boss said. Very disappointing to come from the desert expecting nice green grass to only have weeds. i also was not happy i did not know about the big drain grate in my back yard. Thats what you get buying a house 1800 miles away and not seeing it till the orientation. Please contact me! trustworthiness and responsiveness are 4’s due to the dead grass. ... More

The whole process was fast, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, when was the closing day everything in the house was perfect, beautiful appliances great spacious bedrooms, bathrooms etc. we loved it. Just we can’t wait for the pool be ready and the amenities. Thanks

The Sales Department was my favorite part of my experience. David was there for me every step of the way! If I had a question he always had a answer or would cheerfully get the answer. Maintenance department is so good and they prep the home so very nice for delivery. Thank you Richard and team. Every part of the house buying was good except for the Lennar Mortgage. Nothing but problems!!! I would suggest getting the loan elsewhere.

What we were expecting in our new home is exactly what we got from Lennar Homes. It has been a great experience from the purchase process to moving into our new home.

They built what they said they were going to build. We had a pre-dry wall inspection completed and Lennar got high marks on that. The have a pre-close inspection and while there were several (minor) and mostly cosmetic items to fix, they were very responsive in getting these items fixed before we closed, a week or so later. I give them a B+ / A- overall.

Our sales representative Chris was absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our buying process was very quick with no hiccups.

From start to finish, we are very pleased with our purchase experience. The initial contact was professional; our rep listened to our wants and needs and worked with us to find the home we wanted. We wanted our choice of elevation and location above all else so we opted to skip using our own realtor. I can absolutely say the Lennar sales rep helped us into the right deal where we have truly feel we got a good deal. The design center was a breeze to work with. Our requirements were simply to get the flooring and cabinets we liked. That could not have been easier. We used Lennar to finance the purchase and again, they came through with more competitive rates than anywhere else. We shopped a few lenders and Lennar beat them all. Kudos to the Lennar Mortgage team in Las Vegas. And finally the construction management team for our community. The site managers are simply top notch. They kept us informed and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. This is our fifth home and quite likely our last. We love the Desert's Edge community. To a person, sales, experience center (where you pick finishes), escrow, construction, service and maintenance, every person we worked with was terrific. Lennar clearly has built a strong culture focused upon service and integrity. Did everything go perfectly? No as that is impossible when you consider all the complexities… but what differentiates great companies is how they behave when there is an issue and I can say with full confidence that Lennar steps up and does the right thing. Super happy with the Lennar team we worked with!!!!

We are very happy with our home purchase, the process was great and I would recommend Lennar to my friends and family, in fact I already have!

The salesperson Shannon was truly awesome!!!!!!She worked with us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

Purchasing and moving in was like a breeze. People I dealt with were all very helpful throuout the process. After moving in, Joe Potter, the maintenance coordinator and Hunter, construction manager helped a lot with our first weeks of icebreaking with the house. Although there were things I wish had got more work before completion, overall the property has a good value I guess. I am sure I will say good of Lennar whenever asked.

Very pleased with the process. All our issues were addressed in a timely fashion. Love the area, very centrally located to stores.

The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

The sales team at Lennar was very helpful. Once I made my choice of home, they were available to walk the property with me and answer any questions I may have had. Since moving in, there have been several warranty issues that needed to be addressed. I give the warranty team and A+ in their communication, the courtesy of the workmen, and their speed and workmanship. Overall, I am very pleased with my Lennar home and would readily recommend them to friends and family.I
