I was kept informed in every aspect of how far along the house build was going and when was the home closing happening.

Overall we struggled to know who to contact for various steps. We received way too many emails which overlapped and caused confusion. One department didn’t seem to know what the other was doing one point of contact for the entire process would make life much easier for the customer

One of the worst experiences of new construction I’ve ever had. Quality of materials are subpar. Communication was lacking and the staff is absolutely rude. Had to fight to get a reinspection paid for because of Lennar’s negligence. They didn’t even have the a/c unit on during inspection and found a leak on initial walk through then found out on the second inspection from inspector that a/c breaker was not correct 30A instead of 60A. No exterior lights no interior lights in bedrooms. There were many more issues ans well! Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had! Never buying Lennar again!

To be perfectly honest, I feel as though Lennar does not want to have any direct contact with the buyer. The entire experience has left us underwhelmed. Buying the home was rush rush and we had no time to hire an inspector which has created many problems for us as I believe most issues would have been found or we wouldn’t have bought the home. Constant ongoing issues with heating system that is completely inadequate. Poor Workmanship, quality of materials is ever before us. Trying to get things repaired is difficult and the customer service system is set up so customers get frustrated and give up and call a local professional to repair their home. The home was not inexpensive so we expected more. We have only ourselves to blame as the reviews are out there. Lennar has been given a “D” among the home builders throughout the country. ... More

Our new home purchase went very well. The assistance during the purchase was excellent and even better, service after the sale is superb. There are always little things that need to be addressed after the sale of a new build and Lennar had been very attentive to address them. Doug R. is our customer satisfaction representative and he is a customer service expert. Ask for him to take care of you if you buy a new Lennar home in Las Vegas.

Everything was very smooth, from the purchase agreement to closing. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable with their roles. I would definitely recommend Lennar!

Very responsive to all our needs. Helped with closing away from another State.

Sales was great. Paint and texture wipe off when cleaning walls. Lennar said not covered because paint is water based. We painted when we moved in with professional painters said the texture was coming when they were painting. The kitchen cabinets also have texture splatter on them. We pointed it out and was told someone would come out to clean but to date no one has been out

I strongly advise against purchasing from this builder. The quality of construction is subpar, and they cut corners wherever possible. They use the cheapest materials, and additional bedrooms are not even equipped with proper lighting or electrical access for light. Basic necessities like a toilet paper holder are also not provided. Water leaks, particularly in the showers, are a persistent issue. Their portal for scheduling virtual appointments is unreliable, and they frequently close tickets automatically, claiming "no response from the user," even when that's not the case. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make the situation even more frustrating. Overall, there are just too many problems to list, from construction flaws to maintenance issues. Don’t accept online closing,be person to person ask all questions,ask for all documentation hard copy ,

A great buying eperience and good quality.

I worked with Amber in the main office and she has been awesome from the very beginning was extremely helpful. Amber is friendly, patient and truly had my best interests in mind which made this process much less stressful. The folks in finance were also very thorough and friendly as well.

My Grant Deed showed description of the property with HS (home site) number without the actual address in it. And Lennar Title Co. refused to fix this issue.

This is the 5th home I've purchased. I am satisfied with Lennar.

I have a running list of isues to have repaired. Broken Kitchen cabinets, intendtation on floor, no heat in Master bath and closet. Having to use a portable heater. Windows are icing up inside of house. I have a sink hold along side the house. The ground is pulling away from house. We have 1-2 inch beside the lawn.

There isn't enough space for me to list the issues with the home from day one.

A few dogs owner use our site for their dogs and did not pickup. It smells really bad and I have video of evidence to prove it,did report to HOA,and send them the video,still have the same problem.

Hire an independent inspector prior to closing to avoid the long delays on items discovered after closing. Note that you sign away some warranty coverage required by state to you disadvantage and to Lennar's advantage.

I’ve been very underwhelmed with the entire process. I’ve been in my house for almost two months and still have outstanding issues that were identified at closing (some were noted at the required walk through seven days prior to closing). The people have been nice but your entire process needs to be re-engineered. You also need to understand how your process impacts your customer as there is a huge disconnect with your current process. If Lennar cares, then someone will connect me so I can share all the details….there are so many.

Overall had an amazing experience. Only complaint I had was the amount of trash I keep having to clean up from the construction crews that are working nearby. Literally trash and debris that has to be thrown away on their behalf on a daily basis that ends up on my property. Pictures have been taken. What has made it an amazing experience is that our Lennar personnel have stepped up to the plate and assisted in the clean up. The trash still appears but the administration side is helping mitigate the issue.

Although I love my house with the money we spent there were things that surprised me that I was not happy with. One the paint job in this house was a cheap notoriousness that took not only lots of paint to cover up but also a lot of sanding. The grout to all the tile was done poorly. The bangs and dings throughout the house was clearly laziness from the crews. On the other hand, for the company to continue to fix things is a plus. I will say there were a few things that they are putting off because of the time of year which makes me believe they truly care. The quality of the upgrades we paid for was well worth it after looking at my neighbors homes. I would have been greatly disappointed if we had not upgraded. ... More

For a first time homeowner the process was very good from the start.

All the process for the sale was very good! The Lennar representatives were excelents offering ingormation and folllowing during all the process of buying

Purchase experience was great. Our home address on google map is erroneous. All navigation apps take me to a different location. Despite repeated requests for corrections it is still not resolved.
