We had an amazing experience!

From start to finish only took 20 days. It was a “it fell in our lap” moment. So we thought. Everyone was great, but not a lot of accountability when trying to iron out the kinks. Closing was the smoothest thing about the entire process. Susan has been great with getting corrections scheduled and completed. Her dedication and commitment is above par. She handled each task quickly and professionally. Extremely dissatisfied with the non functional sprinkler system and dead sod. Mainscape is blaming Lennar, Lennar is blaming previous sprinkler company. I really do not care. Not my problem. I have been uncovering my sprinkler heads due to over growth, and putting Pennies on them to test if they come on. They are not coming on. I have been using my own water to hydrate these areas, but my water bill is almost 200.00 because of it. Other than that, I’m happy! ... More

Great pre-purchase review with builder

Leeann and Andrea gave me their cell phone numbers and promptly answered many questions throughout the process both by phone and text-they were great at letting me know what to expect and timing which made it less stressful.

My home concierge Haley is very responsive. I am still concerned about my roofing in the high winds but every time I report a problem they are out here quickly to correct any problems.

Simplified process that was quick an efficient.

Every house I ever bought was always cleaned before closing. This house needed to be cleaned.

During the initial process of purchasing, the process was easy and seamless. We were able to purchase the home from out of state since most of the transaction was completed online. We did experience some issues, however, it was nothing to major that prevented us from completing the transaction. The home is beautiful, however, the materials used could’ve been better. The walls are thin, baseboards throughout the house were not properly cut and the paint is easily scuffed.

We had a great experience with Lennar both during sale and after with warranty.

All that was involved in this process were knowable.

Etta was amazing helped us get pre-approved so quick and was there sending pic of the process the best.

The realtor was spectacular, the area and architecture beautiful. good after-sales service, the only problem was with the electricity outlets that we had to complain about for the tower washer and dryer.

I love my new home, the layout is great and it's a good fit for me. The community is wonderful, with many planned activities for residents. A special thank you to Dominique P for her continued support, even after the buying process was completed. I think Osborne Trails is a great place to live.

Overall experience was great. The finance team was always will to answer my million questions. Lol.

Honestly, we were hesitant at first but eventually as we got through the process and was so fortunate to secure financing, we had a wonderful experience. The Lennar team did a wonderful job keeping us updated, addressing concerns, and ensured we had a smooth closing process.

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

The team was great since the loan officer, the sales team,construction manager and the concierge staff,they made my process almost stress free

I'm still waiting for something to be done about it. Being the last house on the block and near the about to be built community pool it seems like they threw in last minute grass. I'm working on the front lawn, but it's taking a little time. I'm also working on the sides of the house to remove the dirt and stones that 2 young men (didn't understand or speak English, it was hard to communicate with them) tried to fill in the gaps. The dirt and stones came from the grounds where the community pool will be. BTW: I don't blame them they were told what to do. This will take time to do. At 76 it's getting tougher to handle all of it. The full backyard is even worse which will take me mouths to do. I can only work so long before my back starts to bother me. It would be nice for a professional landscaper to come and talk to me and to what can be done. Remember just because they call themselves a landscaper doesn't mean they are professional. We can compromise, redo the backyard and I'll finish the front and sides of the house. If you do this, I want to be present when they lay the sod down. Call me when you can.
