Recently bought a new build in a TH community and all in all it went pretty smoothly. Any issues that came up Lennar has addressed to my satisfaction. The home itself is a very good value for the price and I know I will be happy living here.

It started with Dan (sales) whose guidance made our home buying smoothly. With the help of all customer care staff it just made it easier for our transition to our new home.

From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best home buying experience we have had. Our home is beautiful and Lennar staff have been wonderful from the beginning and continue to be helpful with questions after our purchase.

The process was pretty fluid, a few small bumps on closing day but nothing major. The Lennar team we have dealt with are nice and responsive to issues in a timely manner. We do wish we were able to have some choices in appliances and fixtures but overall we love our home, very satisfied!

It was a real pleasure to work with Steve from North point who took us to Rancho Canyon to look at homes! I love the open concept and facial look of the homes in this community! We bought a 4/3 Trevi model from Lennar in Williston/Country Lane Estates in April. The buying experience was very easy and we received a very good deal. A lot of home for what we paid, great incentives including closing costs and a great VA interest rate. The quality of work could be better on the finishing - we had the whole exterior essentially repainted as whoever did the touch ups didn’t really match the paint and there is some paint drips inside. But we plan on, and already started, repainting the interior so didn’t stress on that too much. The big thing is everything works, nothing is out of place really, and we are happy with our home. Sabrina our sales agent was great; Chris who took care of us during the walkthrough was also great; and Chase has been super responsive with post close concerns/issues. Yes, I work for another home builder and bought Lennar. From the people to the product to the process Lennar is top notch. Although the quality of the home was outstanding what really hooked me was our sales person Amy. Amy was honest, down to earth, and fun! Amy you're amazing! Our construction manager was great, and Sam, our warranty manager has been fantastic. One happy camper here!

Angie was great and Lennar title was great also. The way that all the information is packaged and accessible is first class.

Brandon, our construction manager, was great. He really knows his stuff and cares about the quality of the house.

Honest, responsive and open

This LVP flooring is a little janky.

Very good responsive service. Price paid was bit high as same model in the same community was currently 20K lower price.

We had a very good experience. It was trouble free and very organized as Letta knew exactly what we wanted, how we wanted things and what we couldn't do. It was explained clearly. Due to our Internet going down Lennar was flexible and made our closing work in a timely fashion. No problems. We love our new house.

We had an amazing experience!

From start to finish only took 20 days. It was a “it fell in our lap” moment. So we thought. Everyone was great, but not a lot of accountability when trying to iron out the kinks. Closing was the smoothest thing about the entire process. Susan has been great with getting corrections scheduled and completed. Her dedication and commitment is above par. She handled each task quickly and professionally. Extremely dissatisfied with the non functional sprinkler system and dead sod. Mainscape is blaming Lennar, Lennar is blaming previous sprinkler company. I really do not care. Not my problem. I have been uncovering my sprinkler heads due to over growth, and putting Pennies on them to test if they come on. They are not coming on. I have been using my own water to hydrate these areas, but my water bill is almost 200.00 because of it. Other than that, I’m happy! ... More

Great pre-purchase review with builder

Leeann and Andrea gave me their cell phone numbers and promptly answered many questions throughout the process both by phone and text-they were great at letting me know what to expect and timing which made it less stressful.

My home concierge Haley is very responsive. I am still concerned about my roofing in the high winds but every time I report a problem they are out here quickly to correct any problems.
