We recently about a month ago and we are very happy with the Lennar new home. Spacious, fresh air coming in the house. There is still some issues with the mailbox key hence I have to go to the post office to pick up my mails. It's a little inconvenient at time. I hope this get resolve soon. I wish we had a small park for the kids.

Everything from our viewing of several homes in the neighborhood, to making an offer and having Lennar start the mortgage process. All the process was smooth, easy, quick to close. Very happy with the house, neighborhood and amenities!

I would buy another property from Lennar!

Our sales rep Heidi was honest, up front and genuinely seemed to care about our family. The construction manager, Kyle, and his team were thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. Lisa, the liaison, was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The warranty team, led by Gil, have also been very responsive and been very helpful.

Gaye was more than helpful with everything that we needed to know. She went beyond expectations with us from the first day that we met until the end of the business deal. We would have probably bought a different house; however, my wife and I knew that we were in good hands if we continued to work with Gaye at Lennar.

Everyone has been very helpful and supportive during our home buying experience. Should have done this sooner.

The over all quality built by the Superintendent Oscar shows that he cares about building homes and does not just go through the motions of the building process. Sophie, our sales person is great! She kept us posted along the process and she was knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond, sometimes I asked her questions after hours she would still get back me. The walk through orientation with Carlos was excellent. He was very caring and informative; taking his time answering our questions and explaining in detail how everything in the home works. We had some questions after hours when we moved in and without hesitation, quickly responded answering every question. We met the Assistant Superintendent Kevin before the orientation because we were curious how the building process was going and he was very helpful in answering our questions and taking us on a quick tour of the home. First off I'd like to say when we moved into our home it was 99.9% perfect any little odds and ends were taken care of within days. We hired a an inspector and along with the inspector and the building manager I was able to trust the entire building process. I was very pleased with the whole process we bought the home with cash so that was a little bit different and we were really not given anything we had to look for everything keys etc etc but that was the only negative. I especially want to thank Sonia our Lennar sales representative along with Richard our building manager he was amazing. Very good experience, just wish we could have made some changes while construction was underway(i.e. prewiring for AV or lighting fixtures).
