Every house I ever bought was always cleaned before closing. This house needed to be cleaned.

During the initial process of purchasing, the process was easy and seamless. We were able to purchase the home from out of state since most of the transaction was completed online. We did experience some issues, however, it was nothing to major that prevented us from completing the transaction. The home is beautiful, however, the materials used could’ve been better. The walls are thin, baseboards throughout the house were not properly cut and the paint is easily scuffed.

Wonderful experience, would do it again!

We had a great experience with Lennar both during sale and after with warranty.

All that was involved in this process were knowable.

Etta was amazing helped us get pre-approved so quick and was there sending pic of the process the best.

The realtor was spectacular, the area and architecture beautiful. good after-sales service, the only problem was with the electricity outlets that we had to complain about for the tower washer and dryer.

I love my new home, the layout is great and it's a good fit for me. The community is wonderful, with many planned activities for residents. A special thank you to Dominique P for her continued support, even after the buying process was completed. I think Osborne Trails is a great place to live.

Overall experience was great. The finance team was always will to answer my million questions. Lol.

Honestly, we were hesitant at first but eventually as we got through the process and was so fortunate to secure financing, we had a wonderful experience. The Lennar team did a wonderful job keeping us updated, addressing concerns, and ensured we had a smooth closing process.

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

The team was great since the loan officer, the sales team,construction manager and the concierge staff,they made my process almost stress free

I'm still waiting for something to be done about it. Being the last house on the block and near the about to be built community pool it seems like they threw in last minute grass. I'm working on the front lawn, but it's taking a little time. I'm also working on the sides of the house to remove the dirt and stones that 2 young men (didn't understand or speak English, it was hard to communicate with them) tried to fill in the gaps. The dirt and stones came from the grounds where the community pool will be. BTW: I don't blame them they were told what to do. This will take time to do. At 76 it's getting tougher to handle all of it. The full backyard is even worse which will take me mouths to do. I can only work so long before my back starts to bother me. It would be nice for a professional landscaper to come and talk to me and to what can be done. Remember just because they call themselves a landscaper doesn't mean they are professional. We can compromise, redo the backyard and I'll finish the front and sides of the house. If you do this, I want to be present when they lay the sod down. Call me when you can. The few problems we have have been addressed and resolved very quickly. We have been very satisfied with our new home and all or the Lennar staff we have asked for assistance and information.

Overall total experience went very well. Quality of home appears to be very good. Any issues that I’ve had has been dealt with promptly and done correctly. Also, sales staff were pleasant to work with and helpful.

There were good and bad the walk through wasn’t a walk through so there are problems I am finding but lennar is quick to help. When I moved in I had a BIG moving truck I couldn’t pull in the drive way so I parked on the side of the street as my vehicle was on the side of the stree and my sister parked in the drive of the show house as to not block the street it was a Sunday. Some “bald” lady showed up out of nowhere talking to our children about parking in the drive of the show house instead of coming to the adult and just kept staring not being there over night as she saw the EXTRA large moving truck but still chose to harass us and our children I did not appreciate that because it was a Sunday and it was only because of the color of our skin. We are pretty pleased with the home we purchased. The responsiveness of the Lennar people has been terrific. My complaint is with the mail delivery. We will have to receive our mail, once the delivery actually begins, from a combined mail cluster a considerable distance from our home. Currently we drive several miles to a post office to collect our mail and this is supposed to change sometime in the future when mail will begin to be delivered to out section of the neighborhood. Other than the mail kerfuffle the overall experience ce has been pretty s.ooth.

We were happy with the home and special features that were included. I.e, crown molding, fans, attic room, tray ceilings. Would like more choices regarding color, paint & upgraded appliances. But overall, good value for the price. Amenities will be appreciated!

We are excited to be a part of the Samara Community in League City, Texas. We love the layout of our new home and all the amenities included in our purchase. The neighbors are very friendly and we look forward to many years of comfortable living here.

Everything went great from start to finish. No issues came up and all my concerns were handled promptly.

Just purchased a new home with Lennar homes its been amazing. People have been great to work with. We have had a few small issues. Lennar has been amazing to come help us fix anything we needed and they have given us great support.
