Lennar homes include a lot of upgrades for the price point of the homes. Tankless water heater, fencing, fully landscaped, and a sprinkler system! Financing, new homeowners orientation/inspection, and closing was well coordinated. A minor siding issue was reported to the warranty team and addressed within a week. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose a Lennar home.

The home buying experience was top notch. Mark was very welcoming and Supportive the entire journey. We love our plan and I’m very happy in our new home.

I am so beyond pleased with my new home! As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions, and my Lennar agent had all the answers. I never felt like he was withholding information, or trying to upsell me. Mike listened to everything I had to say, and got me in a great home at a fantastic price.

The exterior finish is good.The interior finishing was poorly. Items like paint, trim, interior door finish, flooring, concrete work and a host of other smaller items as a builder I didn't appreciate having had to take care of myself.

We have been in our home for a short time. We are loving our new home. There have only been a few issues and most were taken care of quickly by Lennar. We are having an issues with the landscaping and the grading of our yard. The builder wants to wait to do further corrections until yards are put in to see if the water drainage is fixed. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for everyone to do their yard as we have dogs. We are having to hire a different company to get our backyard graded so we won't flood.

Great home buying experience. Only issue no street light on our block

My only issues were the landscaping in the back wasn’t completed. Also all the wiring for a garage door opener was there. Not sure why they just didn’t install it. These two things I don’t understand just adds a few thousand more home owners have to pay out of pocket.

House design is great and very practical. It's worth. Also, i am grad that compammy offers 1year warranty.

The purchasing process was very easy and went smoothly. All questions were answered and issues were addressed quickly. The home is well constructed. We have a few minor things that need to be addressed which is common with any new builds. The only major issue we have had is our side yard is erroding. We have a slope and wet lands beside us. The water from our gutters washed away the soil and the sand underneath. We now have huge craters in our lawn! We have addressed it through the portal and have had conversations with Lennar as to how to correct the situation. We have put extenders on our drain pipes. They will address it within 30 days. Buying my new home with Lennar at Edge of Auburn, Garner has been a great experience overall. I had little difficulties with Lennar mortgage at initial stages, but they were very responsive when closing date was nearby

Lennar in general was great in assisting us from start to finish! There are just minor workmanship issues that needs to be address before our 60 days. But overall, service was it excellent!

Great home builder great home

We quickly decided once we viewed the community. Like any project, there are small issues that occur. However, the responsiveness and speed at fixing issues have been more than impressive. We love the home, and even if we find an in warranty issue, we don’t have any anxiety. We know Lennar stands behind their product. This is the second time we’ve had the experience to buy new from Lennar. And we definitely will do it again if the opportunity comes along.

Our only "large concern" we had with the builder was for the Granite countertops as the stone that was selected for our house had some spots in it that "did not" feel part of the granite at all. In fact every time we look at those 2 spots, it feels like its dirty or a stain, looks very unnatural in comparison to the rest of the granite.

Have all documentation up to date. That will make the process easier. Ralph and the engineer in the community were always attentive to resolve our concerns.

Lennar delivered as promised, it was an overall very good experience buying a home from them.At this point its been a great experience working and dealing with them.

We have had a great experience with the staff. Shay, Alicia, and Doug are exceptional employees. They are attentive and helpful. I have submitted a few warranty claims since moving in over a month ago. The Lennar staff are communicative, punctual, and fix the issues swiftly. My only quaim is the build quality of my home is not what I expect for the price.
