Everybody we worked with has been great, from the sales person, mortgage rep to the contractor and warranty person. I have been more than satisfied with the customer service.

Everyone was so responsive and amazing. Alyssa at the point of purchase, Mark at the finance level, and Jack at the end. Great team, would recommend to anyone!!!

Mostly a good experience buying from Lennar, the buying process went fairly smooth and I think the house is a good value. The only negative was I bought house at end of February but didn't move in until end of April. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, repair people came out and it was missing an entire door gasket, now I have no refrigerator until fixed.

Our home purchase experience with Lennar was good overall. We had a bit of tug of war during the initial negotiations however once that was sorted out we definitely got a great value for the price paid. Our salesperson Taria and construction manager Cheyenne were very communicative and responsive to all of our questions, requests and concerns. Even after closing their warranty team has been very hands on. Our only concern at this time is that there are several homes within the neighborhood that were sold to foreign investors and being rented immediately for low income housing. This decision was made in poor choice as it creates the risk of decreasing the overall neighborhood value. People don’t work hard to purchase a home over half a million dollars to end up living amongst thugs and lowlives. Sell only to people interested in actually living in the neighborhood and want to see it thrive. ... More

Lennar made the buying experience easy & fun. Lennar Mortgage made the purchase possible (thank you!), the sales person helped us negotiate a deal we are happy with, and the Construction manager has been super responsive. We love our new home & think that Lennar quality & service is fantastic for the price.

We had to jump through many hoops to get into our home. I’m glad it finally worked out, but it was painstaking to say the least. We love living there and we’ve had a few problems that still aren’t worked out, but they seem to be being resolved soon. For the amount of money we pay, we almost expected some sort of move-in gift from Lennar but it is what it is. All in all we love our new home.

I have already recommended and one person is due to close next month and several more in the pipeline. THANK YOU

We did our research for new home builders and we ended up selecting Lennar. Whole buying process was smooth and without surprises. Our house passed inspections with only few cosmetic issues which were quickly addressed. We have been living in our new place for couple of months now and we are very happy with it. Lennar is very responsive whenever we are contacting them. It was a good decision to trust them.

Great home buying experience

I read some of the Lennar reviews for the southern states while I was in escrow when I got a little nervous. But the experience I’ve had so far has been really really positive. Lenna has been responsive To any request I’ve had which I’ve been for for things like sprinklers and landscaping, sort of things. As for the quality of the house, it seems very well done and up to par, but I just moved in. The process for the mortgage was seamless and very easily done. I love my house and I am so pleased it and with the location where I purchased. My friend also has a Lennar home in Carlsbad, California and he loves it and has never had any problems. ... More

It was a great experience from beginning to end . From the moment we found Angela , the sale representative to the final inspection they showed us their professionalism. So far no problem with the house so happy with Lennar

We had no intention on purchasing a 4/3 home. We were only looking at a 3/2 but when Sean showed us our current home, we were very impressed and surprised. There is a beautiful view of the lake as well. The entire process was not as smooth as we had hoped (we had to schedule and reschedule work to be done) but in the end everything was completed and we love our new home.

Easy and painless experience

The process was very fast. In less than a month we got the keys.

As a first time home buyer, I had some pretty scary anecdotes from others in their first home buying process. I thought overall, that Lennar made the process pretty straightforward and was not too hard to manage. They did make attempts to scare us with 'additional charges' for each day our private lender was late on escrow closing. This didn't happen but the one comment made me as a first time home buyer, a little scared of things that were completely out of my control. There was one borderline minor/major issue that needed to be fixed within the home but the QC guy Jeff was absolutely fantastic at making sure that it was fixed quickly, and effectively. I have been very impressed with Jeff and the Quality team on helping us get some of the defects fixed. ... More

We just bought our home back in February of this year. My wife and I were extremely hesitant especially after the reviews people have posted about Lennar. I'm very thankful and happy that we've been blessed with a different experience than everyone else and everything so far has been everything we could've wanted.

The house is great. A few issues when we did our orientation. There was a great deal of grout haze on the floor that I had to pay to get cleaned. Not cool. Also, the outside paint on our main wall had alot of streaks. I happen to know that the builders had men painting in the rain. And we are hearing water dripping when we run our sinks upstairs. I believe we have a leak. It hasn't come through the ceiling yet.

This is my second new build purchase from Lennar and I am very happy with the quality and timeliness of the new home I purchased. The sales associate, Rosalee was very professional and followed up with all questions I had. The quality of work is once again excellent and the all included feature is a good value. The service representative David did an outstanding job on the walk through and is very responsive to any needs I have had. I highly recommend the Lennar Builder group.

The sales Consultant Morgan Snyder was awesome in the process of buying a condo.

We were very happy with our experience that included the sales, construction, mortgage and warranty teams. Everyone was very professional, polite and responsive. They have been very interested in ensuring that we are happy with our purchase and experience. This has continued even after our closing and with us being out of state.
