We live in CA and bought our brand-new Lennar Home as investment property in NC. Though, we had a local agent helping us Lennar made it so easy for us. Online application, documents submission, home details, all the way to post purchase home inspections, walk-through were all felt like a symphony. Well done Lennar team.

Straight forward purchase with no surprises. No big issues with construction quality so far after six weeks. Would have preferred to see incentives not tied or not fully tied to use of Lennar affiliate companies. Lennar customer service exceeded expectations.

The company is good......and friendly

Lennar was great to work with. There were a couple things in the house that needed improvement at closing and Lennar came through to finish things well. The tile, flooring and countertops are all great work with decent fixtures and finishes. Overall we had a good experience with our new home

Lennar has an excellent staff when it comes to fixing items that need to be completed. Don and Susan did a very good job helping us to fix some items that needed attention.

I was kept informed of building progress. Love the home, yard, and neighborhood.

The homes are beautiful with a lot of thoughtfulness in the design process. The homes I toured and then bought had all of the amenities I was looking for without having to customize as it was already there!!

Jordan at Northpointe was friendly from the start. We were first time buyers and he didn't seem annoyed or tired of our questions. He responded daily. He was quick at moving our home buying process along. We were initially going to close on a home from another very popular home builder, but we are so glad we didn't. They didn't have the customer service Lennar had. They overlooked us, made us feel unwanted and the process was extremely stressful! We are so thankful we found Lennar and decided to go with them. They deserved it!

The whole decision and then buying process we went through with Lennar to purchase our new townhome was really great and seamless. Even though we had a couple issues with the new build once we moved in, Lennar immediately responded and addressed them. We are very happy overall.

Buying our home was fantastic! John at Beach Walk was exceptional. Always reachable and flexible. Our home in Florida sold quickly and the coordination was handled and the timing was perfect! The job supervisor is outstanding also. The home was very clean, windows and all. The only complaints are the quality of the cabinets and light fixtures. Otherwise the craftsmanship is good.

Joshua was the one in charge of my experience of purchasing my home he kept me informed of what was going on and what I had to do and it took me about three weeks and by the end of the month i closed on home and the people in the title office was very nice also,they just made my day and I just want to say thank you!!!

From the initial sales appointment, confirming options, coordinating with my third party inspections, to closing on the home, the service from Lennar exceeded expectations. My construction manager assigned was responsive and sent weekly videos of the construction process which made me feel like I didn’t have to go onsite all the time to check progress.

My sales Rep Blanca was great, she helped us find our dream home. I would highly recommend her to any close family and friends. She made me feel like family and like she actually cared. SHe wanted me to love the home.

Buying our second home with the help of Martha and John was a great experience. From the first day we met Martha she always seemed to have our best interest at heart. She is a great person to work with. The underwriters were the only thing that made this transaction feel overwhelming. Other than that, John who was our HLA was a great point of contact and we are very grateful to have been able to work together. Thank you all so much!

Make sure when you do your last walk thru, everything is repaired

I saw a billboard for Lennar Homes while searching for a home. Went online to submit a request to pre-qualify on 1/9. Closed on my home on 2/16. The entire experience was seamless and the staff were very committed and supportive. My community is safe, my neighbors are great! My new home is just right for me and I truly am grateful and thankful for Lennar!

Really nice community. The houses are well built, tastefully designed and constructed. Very helpful and responsive staff. Staff is extremely nice! Really happy with every single one of them!

We were selling our home out of state and trying to find a home in Florida. We had a 72 hour window in order to coordinate the closings. Our relator asked us to consider new construction because the home prices in this area were inflated compared to new construction. I laughed because I didn't think we would find a house move in ready for our time line. Enter Lennar. We were already qualified for our mortgage but with all their incentives they made the home buying experience so much less stressful and affordable. This is my fourth home buying experience and only my 2nd less stressful experience. If I had to do this again, I would definately consider Lennar. ... More
