It was a great experience

Lennar was by far the best experience as a first time buyer. Always on time and willing to answer any questions. Having a realtor Adrianna to guide me to them was amazing. I 100 percent would recommend to anyone

Overall good experience. Valerie McCarney was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. Not happy with propane heating costs and would prefer natural gas. Some carpentry and painting was sloppy but is scheduled to be corrected.

We love our new home. We downsized and selected a convenient ranch home. My favorite features are the fireplace and the flex room. The flex room is now our library. Lennar helped make our purchase easy and flawless. We closed quickly and without incident. Wonderful people work for Lennar and really do care about their customers. 5 stars!

We have had a great experience purchasing our home in Cleveland Meadows. Our home is in a great location, we appreciate the little extras that Lennar put into the home. The initial process they are very attentive and responsive which was very helpful and appreciated. I will say after the purchase there really isn’t any follow up or much response if you have questions which is a bit disappointing. They should have post purchase agents or something like that to make sure all is well and you can have a point person to go to for any questions etc. Otherwise we definitely recommend.

There is no high-speed fiber internet available.

Barbara, the sales leader from Lennar was great. Very clear, balanced, honest. The overall process from start to finish was done in two weeks, simple and professional, particular for someone like me from NY where it takes months.

Great house, nice quiet area

First day in-- a leak was discovered in Kitchen caused by dishwasher. Construction Mgr, Charles, came over instantly and took over and quickly had it fixed. Charles helped us on other issues as well. This made start up at the new home a smooth experience.

Buying and closing was spectacular! Materials used for the house are not bad but not the best! Customer service is good!

Alberto and Damian were both great. They responded and followed through with all my requests. There were quite a few, mostly all minor and some that were just silly on my part.

Hi. We moved into talamore in Huntley and I want a shout out to two people that made our home buying experience a positive one. Natalie our sales person and Greg the gm for follow ups and repairs. Both were great and are excellent people to work with. Please acknowledge both of them.

Lennar completed the construction on time. Only minor issues needed to be addressed. Their warranty website is very efficient. They resolved all concerns (e.g. electrical outlet did not work) very promptly.

The sales experience and closing was a very positive. I received construction progress updates on a regular bases. We closed a week earlier than originally planned. Lennar has been very responsive with repair requests. The only concern I have is the quality of the closet doors. There have been multiple issues with them which have been addressed but my concern is long term durability of the closet doors.

I’m happy with my house

From the initial discovery of our house to the day it closed was just under a month. Gail our Sales Consultant was great from showing the house to me the first day I saw the house to follow up and coordination throughout our quick closing. Shawn our sales officer was a phenomenal resource that helped us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. Jason our customer care representative during our homebuyer inspection was very knowledgeable, personable and made us feel at home for the first time. He and his team worked through some construction workmanship issues in a very timely and professional manner. They were very forthcoming with a few issues that happened during the final touch up process. Jason, Jorge, Anthony, Cody and Kelly and the team with Vintage Flooring were a great compliment to the overall team and again helped us get our “The New House” (as our baby calls it) to pristine condition prior to closing. I had worked with Lennar both directly and as an outside Architect and this is the sincerest form of flattery or if you will confidence in a home builder when someone who has worked with/and for a company and chooses to put their personal faith, trust and families’ future memories in a Lennar Home. Thank you again to the entire Lennar Team that was involved in making the dream come true.
