What sets Lennar apart from my previous builder experience is the professionalism of their staff including the mortgage team and the construction team. Everything was on time or ahead of time. Also they use technology to make the experience easier, everything is online from title process, mortgage, home warranty, they even have a full online web page on home maintenance including step-by-step instructions on how to perform maintenance tasks. All in all the home is a nice home and the buying experience was easy, professional and stress free.

I told Shawn what I wanted and could comfortably afford and she showed me several with everything I wanted in a home. It wasn’t an awesome experience. She made it easy.

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Lennar Homes are the most beautiful homes! I love my finishes and how spacious every area of my house is, plus it's a beautiful neighborhood. I will recommended home buying experience with Lennar.

I love everything incl home packaging. As first time home owner that’s all I need without headache closing the tiles etc.

Seth Rogers has been awesome to work with. He was able to change our walk through when we had to go out of town and has since taken care of the few items that came up after closing. He is knowledgeable and friendly - perfect traits for someone in his position.

We bought a Lennar home recently. We had a excellent sales rep and mortgage closing team. We were also blessed to have a great group who we worked with for the walk through and final inspections.

I had been looking to purchase a home for the last three years with my Agent. We had an appointment with another builder. I was not impressed with their home, but we saw that Lennar was also building in the area. We met with Marnie and she showed me a new Townhome at Village of Bouleware. I fell in love with the new construction home and Marnie was great with descriptions of the amenities. I told my Agent that day that, this was what I had been wanting for years now. I brought the Townhome. I had been waiting for my Happy Home. Lennar made that possible for me. Thank you!!

Our overall experience was seamless. Each individual Lenar team member provided superior support. Our only one issue was after putting down earnest money for our home, they wanted to keep it open to the public for open houses. However, we eventually worked it out.

Buying a brand new home was so exciting! Watching the different phases get completed was fun. I do wish they cleaned the house better with all the dust left over the windows, counters, drawers, etc. The flat paint is unnecessary. Especially in a 5 and 6 bedroom home. And with stairs. You should really think bigger family picture and spend a little extra money on the semi gloss paint that will last longer for the customer. The yard being on a little slope didn't help the sod stay so there's an empty patch. I felt it was too much greenery in the garden area. I have noticed so many residents removing to add their own color. Maybe that should be limited so it's not a waste of money and plants. They should have a recycling dumpster in the neighborhood. So many people moving in and yet no dumpsters to dispose. But the overall house is great ... More

OVERALL QUALITY GOOD I WHICH THAT LENNAR PERMIT MODIFICATION TO INTERIOR , LIKE COLOR , EXTRA HOLES ON SINK OR FLOOR OPTION AND SHOWER HEAD IS TO HIGHT UP OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING IS GOOD

The whole process was so easy with Lennar, everyone was so easy to communicate with and help me through the steps very smoothly! I was a bit concerned with the speed of the build but my home is beautiful! I feel like the painters could have done a better job and took more pride in their workmanship and just a few minor changes I would have made with some of the accessories in the house but overall I am very satusfied!

Like I said, I still like my house and the neighborhood, but the only thing I don't like is, the seller and all staff don't care about your call or text after you parches the house. however, they should be so helpful, especially with new buyers, because that is thier first experience, but they are unfortunately not.

Love love love my new home. I love the location, the people and the community. Words can’t expressed how happy and grateful I am. Thank you Josh for making it my dream home come true.

I had been afraid for a long time to buy a house because of the stories I'd heard from other home buyers. However, my experience superseded that fear when I worked with the Lennar family! Everyone I worked with was very responsive and detailed. The lady I worked with during the underwriting process, Barbara, was the most perfect person to work with through that process. She made sure she stayed in contact and on top of every document that the underwriters needed. I so appreciated her professionalism and it kind of felt like we were friends! Lennar was a pleasure to work with that provided numerous floor plans. Questions that had about the process were answered within a business day if not shorter. The incentives received saved tons of money on appliances.

We bought our home before visiting Our Realtor did an awesome job locating this property for us. We are extremely pleased with the overall process and how easy it was. it took 23 days to go from zero to close... and that was without any rush! Overall quality is good. Lennar service has been outstanding ao far. All issue have been solved rapidly and to our satisfaction!

Lennar made my first time home buying experience a breeze. It started with Kristiina who was a wonderful sales agent and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was patient with all of my first time home buying questions I had. Next was Brian with Lennar mortgage. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had and helped me get a great interest rate. Lennar Title got all of my paperwork completed on time and made everything a breeze having the mortgage and title company in one. Finally, Ryan and Ozh, the construction managers, and Michelle with customer care spent hours with me going through the home during my New Home Orientation and taking note (and fixing) every item I brought up.
