The whole buying and closing process is simple and quick, with good pricing for a new Lennar home. The sales rep Carlos was very good!

The entire experience was great. Everyone was friendly. I am very happy with the overall quality of the build. The overall cost of homes are too high. The only negative thing I can say is that Lennar used the lowest quality interior paint (flat) that rubs off if you attempt to clean it. For the cost of the home, there should be no low quality materials used. I repainted the interior during the first month. I love my home.

The staff at Lennar were always helpful - guiding me and responding to questions asked.

Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

Appliances are low grade. Water pressure low.

I love the inspection procedures.

I’ve been trying to buy a home for years and Lennar made that a reality. I really loved the mortgage team and how helpful they were at assisting me pay exactly what I needed to get qualified for my purchase. Thank you for making home ownership a reality.

My only issue is the quality of the workmanship in certain trades. Most of what is discovered after move in, can be easily caught. Light fixtures off center, chipped tiles, etc. Lennar does stand behind their product. It becomes time consuming after completion.

I was really skeptical about Lennar getting me into a quality home quickly and painlessly but working with them is one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! The process was manageable, the people were kind and attentive and within weeks I was handed the keys to a brand new home!

The sales representative, Carl, was wonderful! He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had, and to assure me that I was getting exactly what I contracted for. I had an awful experience with another builder before I found Lennar, and Carl was very sensitive to my fears going forward with this home purchase. Oscar, the construction manager, was fantastic as well! He listened, answered my questions honestly, and gave me full confidence that things were going along smoothly and on schedule. Every step was explained in detail. Even after I moved into the house, Oscar was willing to answer more questions and take care of a few things that needed tending to. Lennar delivers what they advertise.

Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. They have schedule several appointments to fix the areas of concern. Great customer service post purchase.

We had an excellent experience working with Lenar and their staff! Every deadline was met, and we were able to move into our home within three weeks of seeing the model home.

Everyone was spot on, answering questions and very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I went to the display home, no matter who was there, they were extremely helpful. The construction manager and young lady who did the final walk through were excellent. I love my home and highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone shopping for a home. I have bought from KB Home and Lennar, Every home have its problems, but the one thing that stands out to me with Lennar is how quickly the warranty service gets in contact and takes care of your request. Problem solved.

We contracted with Lennar to build a new home in the Irongate community. The process went smoothly overall and the build was timely. Quality of materials and skill in framing was average with some work below average or not to code. Several framing mistakes were made and were caught/corrected during the pre drywall inspection. Drywall finish is decent and trim was good. The construction manager Darell was very good to work with and the pre closing walkthrough was very thorough by Lennar. They were open to listening to concerns and worked to correct them quickly.

I love my home and Lennar made the home buying process easy!
