We loved our first Lennar home so much that when it came to buying another, we knew we would go with Lennar once again!

Great value for the quality and size home. Not custom but you and customize it your self with our the custom price tag. Viet was fantastic walking us through the build price keeping us with in the price range we wanted to be in. He addressed issues quickly and still continues to be a wonderful resource.

I had a sales & closing team of professionals to assist me with each phase of my purchase. There were a few times when communication lagged, but overall it was fine. The home is solid and it feels safe. I love how the yard is a good size for me. My neighbors are not too close where our homes feel conjoined, yet there is a feeling of community. I will circle back next year with an update.

Devin assisted us in securing our home. We were hesitant due to all the negative reviews we saw and choosing to not have a realtor, but when people say the builder agents are only working in the best interest of the builder, they have not met Devin. She was truly amazing every step of the way. Austin was fantastic during our walkthroughs and Prestin/Customer Service team have responded very quickly to anything that has came up since we moved in a couple months ago. The only thing I can say that I wasn't incredibly pleased with was the lender representative we had, we felt there wasn't a lot of communication but at the end we were happy with the results. The entire journey of buying a house from Lennar was nothing less than a dream come true! All of our prayers for what we need were answered in our Waverly home. We started this journey in October 2024 and mentioned all the options we wanted in our new house. Most of them were not available at that time. Because of the real estate market was moving slowly the sale of our existing home was delayed. However, it all worked out. Lennar sales rep listened to our concerns and included those options in the next building phase. We are so excited and pleased with all of the additional options. The walk through repairs were minor and what little we saw were addressed for the most part. We are so for Lennar being brought into our lives! I have a few advice. It would be nice to have the upgraded appliances throughout the gourmet kitchen. The zero entry shower in the master bathroom is super great! A wider shower door opening for easier access would be even greater! I love the way Lennar listens to their customers’ feedback. Please keep up the good work. Diana is amazing. She is very professional and always responds very quickly to any questions and requests.

We were so pleased with the home buying experience with Michael. He did a great job navigating us through the home buying process. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Chris was a pleasure to work with and helped us get settled with our new home. He’s been right on top of any requests and has been a great resource since our closing. Would highly recommend Lennar for your next home.

Overall, while there are a few items that require correction, I am pleased with my experience.

It was 3 weeks from when I saw my house which was already built until I moved in so I consider my experience outstanding

Overall great experience. Townhome was constructed better than expected, with no major issues.

Emily was beyond excellent. VERY attentive. Couple of small build issues. But we're working through them.

The team I worked with was Shannon, Whitney and Sam and they have been outstanding in every way through the process, from lot selection, best floor plan to maximize the selected lot. Then moving to the setting up the construction process and the outstanding communication with Whitney to keep up to date on progress and key dates. Sam for ensuring the build was executed with expert craftmanship with the materials provided. The experience has been Outstanding Thank you all for the excellent experience!

Dominique was amazing! She helped us through the process of purchasing our home. Our celebration review was excellent as well with Lennar(can’t not recall the gentleman’s name but he was great!)

Lennar was quick to send a tech who knew immediately what the problem was. A quick adjustment to the default damper setup did the trick!

Natasha and Nicol did an amazing job of staying on top of any issues that arose and addressing each to get us through the process of approval!! They were very professional and made us feel more than just customers. Thank you!!

So far so good. Closing on line while in another state was made extremely easy. I do feel like my home didn't get the final touches before I closed. Maybe because I wasn't here. I have some minor issues under warranty but so far they have been very responsive.
