We found a spacious house in Mirada for great price compared to other builders.

We enjoyed the entire process of purchasing our home. The sales agent (Matt) was EXCELLENT!. As was the warranty follow up on a few issues we needed addressed. It is a beautiful home with a very nice bundled package (absolutely love our spa and pool). we are pleased with the warranty follow up as well as the trade that has performed the work. The best way to understand how we feel is - We recommended this home to a couple we golfed with and they purchased a home. We also are trying to get my 2 sisters to purchase home in The National as well as a co-worker. Obviously we are very pleased with our new home. Would recommend to any potential buyer. The homebuying experience was very easy and effortless. Since moving, the Lennar team has been quick to respond to any issue we have or work order we put in.

Lennar is dependable, they are responsive to our concerns and give us a sense of security and confidence.

We had a great experience buying with Lennar, from our sales rep to the mortgage and construction staff. The build quality seems good, but have only been in for a month. The only surprise in materials quality we had was the use of paint grade hinges on a fairly expensive home. Also, we didn’t know up front that Lennar does not allow you to pick finishes or colors…you get what they have selected for the particular homes…but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Going into this experience I was nervous. However, the Lennar team made me feel welcomed and assured at every step. They didn't rush or pressure me. My new home consultant took the time to explain things I had questions about. When we did the final walk through all details were perfect. I felt supported throughout the home buying process and am 100% satisfied with my new home.

We bought a house from the scratch Jennifer Finley was great help to as and the engineer amazing Tommy Becker very knowledgeable and great customer service top notch, I don’t think I had that experience before .

Lennar has been very accommodating on dealing with issues that came up with our new house. We only have 1 issue that has been a little hard to resolve but other than that they have been on top of things and friendly in handling issues. I’ve already told lots of people that we were satisfied with our experience with Lennar.

From the minute we viewed our new home to the date we moved in we felt cared for, important and informed. Gaye M was amazing dealing with our crazy schedules and our realtor Tina worked with Gaye to talk us off the edge a few times. There were a few things not quite right when we moved in but Jon in the warranty office was absolutely brilliant and they were resolved quickly. Moving 3000 miles across the States was challenging when it came to completion but we were confident we were in good hands at the final destination. We ran into some snags in the process of homebuying (not due to Lennar) and their staff and loan officers were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. When we had questions they were responsive and willing to work with us. As first time home buyers this was very important to us!

Good experience. Some lack of communication during the closing process but it all worked out. Good interest rate but overall price for the house is too high. But it's 2024 and housing prices are insane anyways.

The purchase and closing went very smoothly and quickly. Service requests were handled promptly and in a professional manner.

We had a great experience with our Sales Counselor Phil as he was very professional, knowledgeable and his follow up and follow through skills were admirable. Our Construction Manager was also helpful. Our Customer Service Rep Jesse, has been fabulous and the best of the best with her concern and responsiveness to a few issues we have had after closing. We truly love our home, our beautiful tranquil homesite and the community. We’re very pleased and I highly recommend Angeline as a community and Lennar Homes.

From start to finish we had a great buying experience with Lennar Homes. Very honest and easy to work with. It’s been almost two months since we moved in and we love our home! I would definitely buy another Lennar home in the future or recommend their homes to friends and family.

This is the first NEW home I ever purchased, all the others were pre-owned homes. Our sales representative “Shannon “ did an excellent job in helping me through the process. The new home orientation was very good and Desmond was very thorough in showing me all the operations of the home. I have 2 comments, first the space for the refrigerator is not deep enough to accommodate a 25 - 27 cf. I had to buy a smaller 22 cf refrigerator. The space needs to be 36” not 24” deep. The last comment is there should be a written outline of the house orientation, naming service companies by trade (ie) HVAC, sprinkler system, on demand water heater, etc. given at time of the walk through. We’re too busy trying to absorb all the information at walk through. Also provide the name and phone number of whom we contact in needed service repairs. ... More

Easy process to purchase condo. Lennar staff very helpful along the way.

Alex worked tirelessly to ensure all the concerns that I had were completed to my satisfaction. Love my new home. This area would be fortunate to have more Alex's. Please give him a special thanks from me!!

It was great, everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional.

Lennar is very responsive when there is a problem.

First time buyer, so a lot of unknowns, but Lennar and team were patient, kind and helpful. I haven't had any early repairs, everything is good. The price of the house was great, no thrills, just the basics. Some areas could use a better quality hardware, but I cant complain for the price, and it’s fairly easy to upgrade.

Overall experience was smooth and good
