We had a great experience in purchasing our new home. Due to certain circumstances we have not moved in yet and were unable to do the final walkthrough but did get an inspector and things that needed to be fixed were done so and in a timely fashion!! Would highly recommend Lannar builders!!

My experience purchasing a Skye Meadows townhome has been great overall. My sales rep, Shelby was absolutely amazing, and the construction managers that assisted me with a few things after move-in were always prompt and helpful. Lennar Title was easy to work with, but the mortgage department could have communicated better throughout the process. Really my only complaint is that the quality of the finish work could use some improvement (corners of all window trim were not sanded, nail holes were not filled in floor trim, painting and caulking was sloppy, and had to clean paint spots off the flooring). All in all, I’m happy with my new townhome and would recommend purchasing a Lennar home! ... More

We have developed cracks in the walls and the walls, in general, appear to be thin. There are areas that appear to have less than expected quality for a home of this cost

Seriously! If you're looking to buy a house at the same price point, why not consider a new house. You don't have to worry about fixing or updating a house, just move in and get to know your new neighbors.

Love the home. We have run into a few small quality issues but Lennar customer care has been great and they have been responsive to address the issues we have encountered.

Would recommend lennar to my friends

We purchase at The Venue at Smithville in Eastampton, NJ. Lennar offers 3 models of single-family houses and has display models for touring. It was easy to determine the model we were most interested in, and the sales rep was very helpful. We knew exactly what we were getting and just had to choose a lot and a couple of options. The whole experience through closing was very easy, transparent and on schedule. The house is obviously in move in condition, but if you want to customize it plan to spend some more money.

Rebecca replied promptly to all questions or concerns. The closing was done long distance using docusign. There were a few issues with the finished product. Most were fixed, but not all. Rebecca must have been reassigned, because we have not seen her since we moved in.

Lisa our realtor was great! She answered all our questions in timely manner and made sure we got everything promised to us by the builder. The tile company was easy to work with. The customer service rep. Dave also very responsive. He cares about making sure we are satisfied with all repair issues.

Great staff and easy to work with kept us informed on each phase from the beginning to the end.

I like the price! The homes are very nice.

The buying process was smooth and quick.
