Have bad experiences with Lennar’s title and sale agent. They tried to tell us wire the money before the closing date which is understandable. However, the final walk through date is AFTER the closing date. I voiced the concern without any answer. On Lennar track, they are no where ready for closing. No seller commitment document, no survey document uploaded or provided. I bought 3 homes with them and this will be the last one

Everyone has been very helpful all along the way. We especially appreciated accommodating a major last-minute change. Chris has been wonderful in dealing with problems as they arise.

First time moving into new construction. Lots of cutting corners being discovered as we live here, not all seen in final walk through. Moved in with very dirty floors(along with caulk and paint). Scratches on refrigerator, sink and counter tops. Lots of additional construction going on around us so we began with dirty windows and screens. Fighting ants and spiders inside.

Great Value for the money you spend and great designs of the homes keeping the customers in mind. Also provides great interest rates to make the home ownership more affordable. I love Lennar homes overall.

Got a 2 story new home it's 1,950 square feet and they installed a 2 1/2 ton unit that does not cool properly the way it should they have gone out 4 times and still can't find solution and they know that the problem is that the unit is to small for house doent cool it at all down stairs till this day they haven't resolved anything and it's been over a month!!!!

Too many items were down graded from homes previously built.

I purchased a townhouse that was already finished and the process from start to finish was very efficient. The inspection went well and there were only a few comments that were addressed in the following week. Everyone I worked with was very professional and they helped me with all the blue taping. Overall, it was an awesome experience. There was some disconnect between the loan and insurance and a correction needed to be made to the final paperwork. I got everything in place far in advance of the close date, but the final CD was not available until the day before. At the start of my process the people were so nice and helpful. When I started the process they told me about what I needed, however once we started to get into it and after I was on vacation I was constantly bothered for information that was already provided. They keep asking for the something over and over and for info that I did have or could not retrieve untill a later date. Even after I told them I would not be able to get so.ething they asked for till a certain date they made a due date that was unreasonable and before when I already told them they would have to wait for it. This is my third Lennar home, and to be honest, if it weren’t for my commitment to the Next Gen model, I wouldn’t have purchased from Lennar again. The lack of customization options and the smaller yard compared to my previous homes have been quite disappointing. I’ve also experienced several warranty issues. While they are typically resolved quickly, the quality of the repairs seems to have declined in recent years. Additionally, my assigned sales representative has been unresponsive, and it’s been nearly two months since I moved in, and I still haven’t received a mailbox key which is now supposed to come from the sales office ... My experience with lenner was so great. All the stages of the process were smooth. My loan officer and his team were so awesome, and they all did a great job. I will be glad to work with lenner anytime the needs arises.

From the beginning of the sales buying process to the closing on. the property all the Lennar professionals made it easy and simple. For most this is a large purchase and Lennar was there to answer all questions and make the process bearable.

Michael the CCR was very helpful and went above and beyond with helping get a repair fixed

The process from looking at homes to the final move-in was seamless. Hailey H. was extremely personal and devoted her time and efforts in ensuring that my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The quality the new home that I purchased is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond my expectations. Hailey was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money.

Be very careful when dealing with Lennar. Get everything in writing, do not believe verbal promises and fast talking "construction managers" who disappear once you have signed any document. When following up on pending items, they simply ignore you, better yet, tell you "that's cosmetic", or to make a warranty claim. However, warranty companies do not fix/repair things that the builder should have completed as promised. Nowhere to turn, you are left with over paying for a house that should have been as presented during sales representation. Scratched appliances, damaged cabinets, unfinished walls, the list goes on! Before you sign your sales offer agreement, be prepared to walk away, knowing you'll find out later how much less your neighbors paid for the same house. ... More

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. They have schedule several appointments to fix the areas of concern. Great customer service post purchase.

We were very excited to purchase our new home and initially we were treated that way in the beginning. Once our house began was when we started to have some communication issues. Our building manager had changed hands three times but we were not alerted until we were scheduling our walkthroughs. As a new homebuyer, I would want to know who is the building manager is at all times in case situations arise that need to be brought to their attention. Our sales representative also moved locations halfway through which gave us no one to talk to on site. This again could have been rectified with an email introduction on who we could talk to with issues. We did not receive our weekly updates on a timely manner which left us again in the dark about home progress. It may seem like little things but the communication between Lennar and homebuyer is essential! ... More
