With the market being what it is, my wife and I had become more and more pessimistic about ever owning a home. Prices are skyrocketing, companies would out-bid us on the homes we could afford, and we were getting priced out of shacks without roofs on the market. My wife saw an advertisement for Lennar specifically stating that if you thought you couldn't afford a home, to try them. We had low expectations, reality having cured us of those, but reached out anyway. In just a couple of months we were moving into our brand new first home. We're so dizzy and stunned over how quick and easy it went, it's easy to just gloss over how great Lennar was every step of the way. We are very thankful to have finally closed on our new home in Ave Maria. It has been quite an adventure, but I do have to say we love where we live! The neighbors and people within the community are so friendly and awesome! With everything there are ups and downs. Nothing is ever perfect, However, the warranty team with Lennar is very responsive, and really helpful. One question I guess I would pose, is wouldn’t it make sense in the building process of our homes… for the contractors to really take their time and do quality work up front so the homeowner would not have to put in so many requests for things to be repaired? Im sure that is a mystery to so many! All in all, and little by little, everything will get done!! ... More

Overall it was a good experience so far. This can be better if some of small things like handles of cabinets, request for white lamps etc. Included

The overall process was great. The home turned out nice and we feel we got a good value for what we spent. The only thing I wish would have been different is having a weekly update from our construction manager during the build and then having someone to contact after the build for the couple of minor issues we had after moving in. Overall, we would recommend Lennar.

The Lennar team made my purchasing and home buying process a breeze. As a first time home Buyer they helped with all questions and concerns I expressed. My Lennar home had everything i was looking for and more. I am happy with my purchase and that I was able to get everything I wanted and a reasonable price when I thought it may not be possible. The Lennar team has been available and helpful every step of the way from Beginning to end and even after.

Smooth transaction to purchase. Great communication with staff. House is what I expect at this price point. Is it perfect? Nope. But it’s what I need it to be at this moment.

My experience with purchasing a Lennar Silo Home in San Antonio was a great experience. Nick and Chris were very responsive to all my requests and inquiries. They responded above and beyond their normal duties. Also Lennar Mortgage made my transaction very easy.

Great overall experience from start to close. Lennar has simplified the home buying process. Five stars.

First off, the seller's liaison Maddy P. was a peach. She (among the CM) in my opinion went above and beyond their scope of work. She was/is friendly, considerate and professional. David S. the construction Manager (CM) was great to work with also. He actually delivered the undeliverable. I put together a list of eleven issues I had with the exterior (which most were already on his list) and he delivered all eleven and one was actually on the drawings accurately, but I just didn't like the detail and he delivered... Can't tell you what that was...but thanks David S. We went into this home buying experience knowing we could buy a Highland home complete with the designer's taste...for $205+/sqft, or buy a Lennar home for $160/sqft and put $12-$15/sqft into it, customizing it with our taste. Lennar gives you a functional home with some of the bells and whistles at a better than market value. We know that most people who buy a brand-new home do so, so they don't need to customize it, but our home will appraise at the top of the market for $30-$50/sqft more than we paid, just an idea... Our sales person Cheryl was an still is excellent! She answered all my calls and emails, and was extremely helpful assisting us when our vendors for closet and garage floor work need access for pricing. Having come from Tradions of America, to a Lennar home, we can say the value and overall craftsmanship of the home is exceptional ! The overall experience has been amazing!

Our experience was positive. All persons involved were helpful and responsive in a timely manor. There were no major issues and we feel our purchase was great value for the amount we paid for the home. We would definitely recommend Lennar for a future home purchase.

This is my second new home purchase from Lennar in the last 3 years. It is only my second home. For the most part i'm satisfied with the promptness and transparency of communication. On this purchase i went with Lennar Mortgage and i did find the mortgage approval process a bit more onerous than i was expecting, and a photo survey of the completed house needed to be conducted after i moved in. This was to satisfy the lenders requirements, but coordinating this was awkward and a bit intrusive. Quality of construction was good, though there were some construction details i was expecting from this home based on my previous home purchase. One was the lack of paint covering the drywall installation in the garage. Secondly the "Everything's Included" wi fi set up was arranged differently from the previous house which confused expectations. The new Genie garage door opener is fine but the remote handheld control is unsatisfactory; not as good as the one in my first home. There was an inoperative light fixture located above the bathtub. Scheduling the repair was awkward and time consuming, though the initial survey and assessment was quick. During the troubleshooting process it was discovered that a light fixture for the shower was covered over! This was identified and fixed promptly. After the repair was done ANOTHER visit had to be conducted on behalf of the lender to photograph the finished and repaired bathroom. 2 months into the home ownership, the house has evidenced no other problems or deficiencies in construction. From the initial meeting with our rep, to being taken through the comprehensive buying process, the Lennar team was professional, responsive, clearly had our best interest in mind throughout the whole experience. We found ourselves in a precarious situation in order to secure our home we had to close in about 3 weeks, and the team did everything they could to make sure we did things the right way and with all the information and support we needed. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!!

We had a great experience buying with Lennar. Everyone we worked with were so friendly and answered all of our questions. They answered the phone every time we called and always got back to us quickly. We will work with them again in the future.

I closed on my new home in September 2023 at a great rate (under 5%) that Lennar offered and closing took exactly 30 days. I had a third party home inspection done before closing to make sure the home was built efficiently and no major issues were found. The minor issues that were found was fixed immediately. Chad (my new home consultant) was pleasant/great to work with and answered my questions/concerns quickly. I would recommend Lennar to family, friends, and acquaintances if they were looking for a new home to purchase.

The home buying process was pretty straight forward and any issues I had were treated quickly. Things were missed initially but are being worked on.

The buying experience went well from the sales person to the loan people, to the site superintendent. It would have been nice to use a larger size DG or rock in the front yard though. The DG is more like sand and gets everywhere.it would have also been nice to get a set of plans for the house, if not paper a PDF.
