The home is good. Walkthrough was informative. HOA is responsive.

Overall, the experience with all the Lennar staff has been very good. They understand what customer service means to people like my wife and me. The only comment about needing improvement is some of the contractors following up. The lack of getting a contractor to resolve an issue doesn't reflect how hard Dan and Zach are working to resolve the issues and due to their efforts we are are making progress. Greatly appreciate their level of effort and customer service.

It was an easy process for the most part. I wasn’t a fan of the key retrieval and closing with funds process.

My only complaint is that we are struggling to get our phone service to work properly. We are getting Wi-go but struggle to connect to phone calls. Everything else has been great, thank you!

For me and my wife being our first time buying a home it was wonderful experience overall! All the way from start to finish and got to give thanks to our Lennar sales consultant Etta who was very professional and knowledgeable that help us along the way and address all our questions and concerns. We just bought an Eleanor and are very pleased with the property. The transaction went very well and I do recommend them. We also did the mortgage loan through Lennar as well. If there was any knock I thought the communication through the loan process could have been a little tighter; however it was not bad and everything did come together on time. The home is beautiful and we are happy with the Lennar team.

We were impressed with the responsive of Tatum in the walk through; ease of scheduling repairs required; quick response of Sonja Grace our Homebuyer concierge.

From touring the model home with Meridith, to working with Annette at Lennar Mortgage, to the quality check with James & Joe...our homebuying experience has been wonderful. Thank you, Lennar.

We thoroughly enjoy our new home. Lennar does a great job with floor plans. Not all is perfect and there are spots in the home we wish were different but we realize that no matter how a home is spec’d out, there will always be the “I wish we/they would have done this instead”! In the end, it’s a great home with great features!

My experience with Lennar was amazing. I had a few hiccups during my buying process but the team I worked with was there every step of the way. My family is so grateful for everything that was done for us during the process. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

It started with Dan (sales) whose guidance made our home buying smoothly. With the help of all customer care staff it just made it easier for our transition to our new home.

It was a real pleasure to work with Steve from North point who took us to Rancho Canyon to look at homes! I love the open concept and facial look of the homes in this community! Everything was pretty much online and electronic which made it easy for us as buyers! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We love our new home!

We bought a 4/3 Trevi model from Lennar in Williston/Country Lane Estates in April. The buying experience was very easy and we received a very good deal. A lot of home for what we paid, great incentives including closing costs and a great VA interest rate. The quality of work could be better on the finishing - we had the whole exterior essentially repainted as whoever did the touch ups didn’t really match the paint and there is some paint drips inside. But we plan on, and already started, repainting the interior so didn’t stress on that too much. The big thing is everything works, nothing is out of place really, and we are happy with our home. Sabrina our sales agent was great; Chris who took care of us during the walkthrough was also great; and Chase has been super responsive with post close concerns/issues. We had a very good experience. It was trouble free and very organized as Letta knew exactly what we wanted, how we wanted things and what we couldn't do. It was explained clearly. Due to our Internet going down Lennar was flexible and made our closing work in a timely fashion. No problems. We love our new house.
