I had a great experience purchasing my dream house from Lennar . One thing I would say, Lennar kept their word. There were no surprises at the end and that meant a lot to me. Lennar took my concerns seriously and acted quick to resolve all of them in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Lennar any time.

I dealt with a lovely sales representative, Regina Herff. She explained everything at every stage of the build and purchase. She made sure to keep me up to date on the entire process of the house construction and would send me weekly pictures of the progress. She truly made this a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for an easy purchase!!

Joe our sales person was awesome. The building supervisor worked hard. We did run into a few issues that needed addressed, we are not happy at all on how the rock was cemented up to the vinyl on front of the house. It looks like crap and will need repaired soon.We run into issues that concerns us on the seal plate on the right side of the house. Also we’re disappointed with our driveway having to shift to avoid a manway.

My entire home buying experience was fantastic. Every member of the Lennar team, from sales to construction was responsive and proactive. The homes are beautiful with really well designed floor plan. I like that some high end options are standard, like granite countertops, faucets, etc. This was by far my easiest home buying experience.

I've been extremely satisfied with my new house. Just needed a few minor adjustments as with any new building. Otherwise it's a very sound structure and I love it. I'd do it all over again. Thanks everyone.

only issue we have is our front door. There were many attempts made to repair. They said they will need to replace the entire door and frame. trying to schedule when we go down, but it is difficult.

For the price paid for the home I think that there’s some issues that could be paid attention to. Like the sheet rocking in the garage very tacky at the bottom. It looks very very tacky and I would like that resolvef but I have not paid attention to it getting it done. Mostly the finish work in the garage. It’s just like I said bad. Also, I’m wondering why there isn’t framing around the windows to make it look a little bit nicer to match the doors etc.. I know it’s extra funds but I felt you took the cheap way out in doing that. One last major thing is that the wood used in the fencing is so so cheap like the cheapest you can get and then, so you know, it’s not going to last very long at all. I would rather have paid more and had a better quality fence done. However, like I said, the folks have been really really nice and attentive. I think this other stuff is a Lennar problem ... More

My spouse and I had a positive home buying experience with Lennar. All the stakeholders we dealt with were excellent. In particular, the new home consultant and loan officer navigated the entire process with us with diligence and satisfaction. In short, they honor their commitments.

I love the house, however going through Lennar Mortgage was a nightmare! We sat at the closing five hours waiting on the paperwork. Again, we love the houses, but do not use the mortgage company.

After making the decision to sell our home in PA, we decided to purchase our new home in Ocala, FL direct from Lennar, strictly on-line without ever visiting the location, something we thought we would never do. Great communication, great sales representation and thanks to Bryan G. for sending pics throughout the process, so far workmanship appears fine, hopefully will remain without any major issues over time. Wish we could have customized a few things, but overall, we will make it our own over time. Thank you for a great experience!

Weekly updates on construction were a great help during the waiting periods.

I enjoyed very much working with Mr. Ricky McNeely for a couple of repair issues that turned up in the first week. He is very punctual and great to work with.

From the beginning, our sales representative understood the challenges we faced before and after the contract was created and approved. Sam's performance was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. Regarding the quality and artistry, we expected some flaws with a new build; however, more attention to details (small stuff) would be better for all concerned. Reference builder and team: we only had one encounter with the team supervision because we purchased a home build already. However, the Care Team has tremendously supported any issues after moving into our home. This was overall a great experience. We would have liked to have a little more choices on what we wanted. Like a gas connect on the back patio The dryer vent is too close to the door. With the dryer in front of it the door won’t close and used a 50 amp receptacle so I had to use an oversize power cord. Overall a beautiful, well built home well worth the money.

I am sad I used an outside realtor who was not the best; however, the Lennar staff has been amazing both during and after the process. Juan, Daniel, David, Jason have all been amazing!! We did have some minor electrical issues, but they corrected everything promptly once I reached out to them.

We did everything remotely after picking out the style of home and lot we liked. The team at Lennar was always relaying messages and weekly videos of our new home. They made it seem like they were there the entire time!

The purchasing process was very fast and effective. Great attention to customers and their concerns. Spacious houses but with many finishing details that need improvement.

My sales rep Robin, construction site manager Mark and new home orientation guy Larry were all top notch! Friendly, answered all my questions & responded quickly to the small issues I did have. Was everything perfect, of course not, but I got a strong sense that Lennar cares about their quality and your satisfaction and they make every effort to make things right!
