My experience as first home buyer was great. All concerned parties were helpful and tools used to process the application from beginning to end was user friendly.

Our construction manager Graham was awesome . He has a friendly and approachable attitude and find’s resolution for any kind of issues that we reported. The sales staff Marcela and Tommy were also very efficient and helped us in a smooth home buying experience. Thank you Lennar team.

Mostly favorable reviews of everyone involved. Answers to some questions where not as timely as they should have been, otherwise everything was very good.

Our sales rep, Mitch, was very helpful in explaining any issues and kept us updated on timeline and decisions we needed to make. The build process went well and as we were moving from another state, we couldn't be here during the process as often as we would like. The online updates were helpful, but the process to retrieve them was a bit wonky and there weren't as many as we expected.

Excellent attention to the client. And was always available through the buying process!!

While there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed after move-in (which is to be expected with a new build), Lennar has been extremely responsive and timely in fixing these issues. The customer service is fantastic, and Lennar has made it easy to contact them when needed.

Barry kept in contact with me from the point of contract and throughout the entire construction process of my home. He was very attentive to every question I asked and answered in a professional manner. Barry walked me through every step during my first and second walk-through Before closing on my home. Celecia was great very helpful from beginning to end - I’m just a little upset I was told trash was included in our hoa and it was not - joel w mortgage was amazing even though we ended up just going the cash route he still was awesome ! Anthony and Katie were awesome when it came to warranty time they really helped me get things done Tim the construction manager was such an angel a true blessing very helpful ! I’m super thankful for each and everyone my new happy blessed home I’m thankful to the lennar team -!

Nice staff and good quality of home buying

Issues addressed immediately when found. Very customer oriented!

We were pleased wish our purchase and so far the home is well built.....not many complaints. There are just a few minor issues that need to be fixed, for example a little touch up paint and texture.

The loan process was easy and straight forward. We were informed on next steps. Loan officer always ready to answer our questions and nice. It was a great experience

Moving to South Carolina from Florida was a big step for me and my family. Finding a new home became the spot lights for us. Lennar homes made our pick really easy. We have 3 kids and finding a home with well spaced rooms, open living rooms spaces and storage spaces are critical. The Lennar team also made it easy along the way, everyone was very helpful and provided key insights and suggestions along the way. Over all this was a great experience!

Overall we had a great experience. Lennar’s new home rep was very responsive to all our questions. We would recommend buying from Lennar.

I had a great experience purchasing my dream house from Lennar . One thing I would say, Lennar kept their word. There were no surprises at the end and that meant a lot to me. Lennar took my concerns seriously and acted quick to resolve all of them in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Lennar any time.

I dealt with a lovely sales representative, Regina Herff. She explained everything at every stage of the build and purchase. She made sure to keep me up to date on the entire process of the house construction and would send me weekly pictures of the progress. She truly made this a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for an easy purchase!!

Joe our sales person was awesome. The building supervisor worked hard. We did run into a few issues that needed addressed, we are not happy at all on how the rock was cemented up to the vinyl on front of the house. It looks like crap and will need repaired soon.We run into issues that concerns us on the seal plate on the right side of the house. Also we’re disappointed with our driveway having to shift to avoid a manway.

Easy to do the virtual closing.

My entire home buying experience was fantastic. Every member of the Lennar team, from sales to construction was responsive and proactive. The homes are beautiful with really well designed floor plan. I like that some high end options are standard, like granite countertops, faucets, etc. This was by far my easiest home buying experience.
