Great orientation and move-in experience.

We love our new home. We love the floorplan and the covered deck. The construction supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and made sure the issues found by our home inspector were taken care of before closing. After the closing we found a crack in the tub surround and they promptly had it repaired by a very experienced vendor. The one negative - they should paint the baseboards with semi-gloss instead of flat paint.

I m so excited and happy they have made my experience very enjoyable and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I love just because I purchased they make sure it wasn’t about just a purchase.

We recently purchased a new Lennar home at BeachWalk in Calabash, NC. The buying experience was very simple since we were cash buyers. Basically we selected our home, put down a deposit and waited for it to be finished so we could get our inspections. It was a very easy process and there was good communication with Lennar and our project manager. We closed and moved in on time and are very happy with our purchase. After 2 months in our home, we are still content and are seeing the homes under construction selling out fast in our neighborhood. Had a great experience, love my new home. Heidi was very responsive and helpful.

I purchased a Lennar home that was already completed do to timing issues with the sale of my home. Doing this on my own for the first time, I sought out Lennar because of a good experience in VA with a Lennar home we bought in 2017. I’m enjoying my new home and everyone at Lennar and their suppliers has been kind, courteous and responsive to any issues or questions I have had in these first two months.

Everything from start to finish was on point, easier than buying someone else’s issue, highly recommend new construction

I was skeptical initially as there were lots of negative reviews. I have to admit my experience was nothing short of awesome. Everything they said they would do was done, and any issues that we had were promptly addressed. What really got me was when I asked about the previous negative reviews, they acknowledged them and stated that there were issues especially during the pandemic, but I liked that they didn't deny our try to redirect. bast finish home ready to move in

From the day we signed our purchase agreement till closing & beyond, we have been very happy with our experience building with Lennar. The sales manager was wonderful, patient with all our questions, kept us in the loop from digging our homesite till closing. The construction manager was also wonderful, always quick to answer questions, and help with any issues that came up. Our house is beautiful, well built and honestly perfect. We are so glad we chose Lennar, and love our new house.

Special thanks for Robin, sales agent and Dave, the loan officer, to keep me informed and of every step with fast responses to all my questions. I would highly rate them for their services.

Everything with the buying was seamless, great experience!

I moved here about a year ago and it took me so long to find the house that was built in such a unique and beautiful way. Trust me I had seen other builds but none of the others had such a great quality and the lennar realtor and the loan processors were very informative every step of the way. I understand that they do not want me to say the people who had helped me… I will continue to send the people who helped me from the lennar my family, friends, colleagues, and clients. Who are looking for a new home.

Entire process was very good. I like the good quality and value of my new home. I have a problem with my dogs digging under the fence and getting out of the yard. Builders were ok with fixing up the house before we moved in. Closing was delayed several times before we finally got to move in.

We had a great experience with the builder, From watching our home be built to our walkthrough, Thanks Dan'te, and moving into our new home.

I would like potential home buyers to know that the team at Lennar is awesome to work with. The loan officers are friendly and courteous. The are more than willing to answer any questions you may have as well taking care of all documentation needed to process your loan in a timely manner, They respond to emails and phone calls promptly. The construction manager was also great to work with providing updated information on a regular basis. We were very pleased with the quality of the way our home was built.
