After extensive research and review I have decided to purchase a Lennar and I am glad that I did so . I had only positive experience since the very beginning until I moved into the new house . I also liked the way Lennar handled any question and issues that I had and resolved them in a timely and professional manner . Based on my own experience , I would recommend Lennar to anybody who is looking to purchase a new home .

The overall experience from start to finish was fantastic very professional!

I was impressed with two things: 1. the inclusion of a keyless entry, and 2. the inclusion of the Ring doorbell. I was less than impressed with two things: 1. the home did not include window screens, and 2. the kitchen and bathroom cabinets did not come with hardware (doorknobs and drawer pulls). Very disappointed with Lennar over the latter two things.

First time buying a home on my own and it was a smooth process. I also was given a lot of support during the process as well.

We bought from another state. The entire process was easy. The staff are top level & very nice. It's been a great experience.

I had a very pleasant and satisfied experience with Lennar’s staff during the home purchasing process. Particularly, I am very happy to work with the sales agent- Sean, the Homebuyer Concierge- Lauren, and the Loan officer- Nolan. They were not only exhibiting their professionalism and knowledge about their areas they also were very attentive and patient to provide detailed information to address all my questions and concerns. They went out their way to help me. For example, I had concerns with the carpet color. Lauren worked with the Construction Manager- Ed and the contractor to make sure the color was the correct color. It took Lauren a couple of days to research and contact relevant parties and provide me very satisfied answers. It shows Lennar has an excellent customer service philosophy reflected through it's staff. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. ... More

It is a very clear process to get the house. I like the user friendly application to approved the mortgage. Bad credit will help you to get it the right score 640 Lennar builder platform defintly save your time.

They try to help you communicating every step of what you are buying and Answering your questions, they lock for ways to make it easy for you.

We have been so happy about our new home. I think everyone wishes that there would be a swimming pool in the future and the playground job will get done soon. We have been building one of the nicest community in Colorado, so keep it up for everyone here. That is really my suggestion.

So far so good everything‘s been great and Lennar and their personnel have been extremely helpful in resolving issues and answering questions and they have made my experience easy and I look forward to continuing to work with Lennar.

I've own 2 homes prior and Reed @ EPOCA is my 3rd and hopefully my final. I can't say enough of how my shopping experience was low stress and somewhat enjoyable. All the staff from finances to the on-site representatives, were helpful and patient. We're very happy with our new home. Those individuals worth mentioning are: Felice, Becky and Lisa.

We were looking for a one level single family home and had seen the model Lennar villa 2 years ago. We finally decided that the time had come to move and are very appreciative of the help and attention we received from Lennar. We moved into our new home in July, 2024 and are loving it! It's exactly what we expected and wanted. All of the different people involved in the purchase and build of our home kept us informed of the progress and understood our excitement. It was extremely easy buying this house. I mentioned to several that this was the smoothest purchase we've ever had. Our mortgage person was on the ball. We didn't have to jump through hoops as some unprepared mortgage lenders are
