The sales experience and closing was a very positive. I received construction progress updates on a regular bases. We closed a week earlier than originally planned. Lennar has been very responsive with repair requests. The only concern I have is the quality of the closet doors. There have been multiple issues with them which have been addressed but my concern is long term durability of the closet doors.

I’m happy with my house

From the initial discovery of our house to the day it closed was just under a month. Gail our Sales Consultant was great from showing the house to me the first day I saw the house to follow up and coordination throughout our quick closing. Shawn our sales officer was a phenomenal resource that helped us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. Jason our customer care representative during our homebuyer inspection was very knowledgeable, personable and made us feel at home for the first time. He and his team worked through some construction workmanship issues in a very timely and professional manner. They were very forthcoming with a few issues that happened during the final touch up process. Jason, Jorge, Anthony, Cody and Kelly and the team with Vintage Flooring were a great compliment to the overall team and again helped us get our “The New House” (as our baby calls it) to pristine condition prior to closing. I had worked with Lennar both directly and as an outside Architect and this is the sincerest form of flattery or if you will confidence in a home builder when someone who has worked with/and for a company and chooses to put their personal faith, trust and families’ future memories in a Lennar Home. Luke was very helpful in every aspect always willing to answer our questions and concerns. Adam was awesome with the mortgage process. The move was a bit hectic of the short time we had but worth it. We are very happy with how Lennar took care of us.

On each step all the lennar team helped me with really fast response and very clear instructions on what needed to be done. Easy process

The whole buying process went so smoothly. The Lennar finance team wirk efficiently in securing a great deal for me. However after the move in I have many questions and no answers. I recently inquire how to use my water sprinkler system because it hasn't turned on, but no one has been able to help me out.

The team at Lennar was first rate. Knowledgeable and courteous. The walk thru was great and very helpful in understanding the technology that was built into the house. I am very satisfied

i bought a readily available home. i noticed even before the independent inspection, Lennar had taped areas around the house where they had already identified things to fix. The inspection/remediation process was a bit confusing as the documents signed did not have all the fixes from the report but in the end all was addressed. Any follow up was done swiftly.

With all things said and done, we got a really nice home. Sales representative were helpful and did their job. But, I think the Constuction crew were very sloppy. They did leave paint and caulk spills on the cement driveways, sidewalks and garage floors thru out development.

Overall very happy with my home building and buying experience. There are some corners that were cut to save costs by Lennar that I feel should be reconsidered such as not including a refrigerator with purchase, as well as the glass door for the walk in showers. It is very hard to purchase a major appliance in the middle of financing for a mortgage and this is a huge added stress to the home buyer that shouldn’t be. The walk in shower glass not being included allows for hot/warm water to seep onto the floor at times even with a curtain up, and with rollout vinyl flooring this will overtime create a problem with the floors adhesive pulling up. The grading of the yard on the side of home was poor and doesn’t drain correctly which will cost me now to install French drain. Very smooth process for me. Customer service has been great.

I worked with Alex and Miguel during the purchase and couldn't ask for better construction managers to go through the process. Both were personally worked on the items needed attention in order to be completed. During the process it was apparent that the subcontractors were not the best they could have hired. It was also evident that the construction managers did not have much authority, if any, over the sub contractors, hence the problem needed repairs or correction were undertaken by the managers. I found it odd that Lennar would not have given the managers more power over the subs for better performance, which would have avoided all the issues came out. ... More

Local leaders, Patrick and Jason did well to keep us updated on the delays. While we believe that for the most part, the water meter issue w/ the village was beyond their control, we feel that we should have received additional compensation after the initial delay and the disruption to our lives in over the additional month delay.

On time. On budget. From point of sale through closing and beyond, Lennar has proven to be an exceptional company to work with. Thank you!

Sales agent listened to our goals and needs and shapedthe whole experience to well-fit our special and unique needs. Construction manager is consistently available with the answers and response. People from Lennar affiliated companies offered and delivered a smoothly integrated comprehensive support.

Overall, a good quality home. All the staff are great & very helpful. But the some of the materials used seem a bit cheap. The cabinets around the microwave are not good and done with multiple small pieces which visually isn’t appealing. The lights in the bathroom are not sufficient. Garage doors slam real hard. Some other minor stuff that can be improved.
