Lennar are very good builders and their responsibility to the customer is 100%. I like Lennar home.

Sincerely, buying home from Lenner would be a great thing to do. Friendly staffs, quick response on any kind of home issues, ready to assist in areas. Clear explanation on any property of your choice, they are amazing. I have referred friends to Lenner for buying and I am still referring because I am pleased with the property I purchased.

As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous about buying A home even more so a brand new home.I have to say Lennar has developed a very cohesive and efficient process from making the home purchase, to their mortgage lending process, home walkthroughs (pre-drywall, new home orientation and celebration walk) and to customer service contacts and help post closing. In each phase of the process every Lennar representative acted with professionalism and quality-care. The online step by step guidances provided to the new homeowners are well planned/thought out and extremely helpful and insightful. I would be lost without them. The Everything’s Included and automated packages are a plus. I could go on and on, but will end on this note. Great sales consultant. Well versed in customer service and a genuinely enjoyable person. Questions were answered promptly and completely. Just based on Gary alone, I would recommend Lennar.

It was extremely easy to buy from Lennar. The only complaint for us is we would have like the option to upgrade. But that being said we did buy a home going in knowing we could not. All the staff have been great and easy to work with. Our salesman was very pleasant.

Love our new home. The sales staff and builders of our home were professional. Very friendly and responsive. We did not love the process with the mortgage side of Lennar which needs improvement. Overall, would highly recommend a Lennar home.

I just purchased my first home through Lennar and I'm thoroughly impressed. We checked out a few builders in the area and Lennar was top notch. Since we moved in, we've had a few minor issues that Lennar fixed immediately. I'm impressed with how they setup a new home buyer for success. The only thing they are missing is a 'personal touch.' There are no flowers, welcome note or anything of the sort when you move in.

Everything so far has worked out for me here in my new home. The only problem my head was the amount that I had to come to closing had changed on me twice with being in contact with my son who also purchased a home in Charlotte from Lennar homes also bringing only $12,000 to the table at closing where I had to bring, I think it was 58,000 closing. I felt that I was paying way too much. It sound good from the beginning but I had to go in so far into the purchasing of this home. I could’ve backed out but Christy who worked with me? Our home buying experience has been pretty good. The Lennar representative has walked us though the plans and set the expectations about the build quality and the construction timeline. The moment we signed the contract they started right away working on the project and keep us in loop with construction manager and kept us posted about the progress biweekly. We were living in a different state far away from our building however they were really supportive and kept posting the pictures of our house. The construction has finished on time without any delays and the inspections were right on time. So far we did not had any issues living in the house. The sales person in the sale office responds to my emails and text messages in very short time evrey time when I have questions or concerns.

Karl the sales person was great. Can't say enough good things about him. John Proffitt mortgage person was great very informative. Both of these people made the home buying experience stress free. The only problem we have is responsiveness to warranty issues. This has been sub par

There were several small problems with our condo at closing. Customer Care did a good job making corrections and follow up.

The home buying process was really smooth and easy. My wife the whole time was waiting for something bad to happen because nothing ever goes smooth in her eyes. When nothing bad happened she was shocked. Would highly recommend Lennar to others!

Nice, smooth and courteous. The only downside is that I wish the closing would have taken place at the homesite or the keys/code could have been available at the closing location. Having to drive back to pick up these items was one trip to many for me.

Good bargain and great incentives offset the high interest rates, thus equalize the low affordability issue.

Seriously Lennar is the best when it comes to buying newly constructed homes, the process was so fast and the sales team was simply the best. There was alot of communication and education especially for a first time home buyer like me. I was in the market for so long but i think Lennar stood out amongst other builders. I will highly recommend Lennar.

I was expecting a nightmare of a home buying experience from horror stories I've heard from other people buying homes, but Lennar was great and the process to purchase one of their brand new homes was very smooth! We got to do a walk through prior to closing to address any issues we saw and there were only a few minor things that were resolved before we moved in! The customer service agent was great and walked us through all of the features of the home and how to maintain everything, which was extra nice as you don't get that with a used home! Highly recommend if you are looking for a home in Kitsap County, WA that you don't skip over looking at the Lennar homes in Port Orchard! ... More

Buying a home is never easy, especially a newly built one, but with jack working tirelessly on my behalf it was very doable.

It took long to get approved but we were happy that the house was kept for us.

We waited a really long time for construction to start at this new community - 11 months after signing. During that time, we never stopped looking for a home, but nothing came close to the layout of the Mayflower plan. So we waited, and so glad we did. We broke ground on Feb 12 and closed July 13. During the build, we visited the site often to see it progress. There were issues - first we were very surprised with how high the house was going to be due to the slope. I swear we were told it was slab home but it was a crawl space. We never wanted sloped driveway or a bunch of steps out front, but our construction manager was very clear with us on how it would look and he was spot-on. In the end, the steps are fine, it looks good, but still dislike the driveway! During construction, our CM advised us about an issue with the main bathroom wall, it was bowed on one side, so they ripped out the entire wall and redid it. We didn't see any of this, he just informed us about it so we knew what was happening. We noticed some issues during build such as a leak under kitchen sink. It went for a month with nothing getting done and I was stressed about the water ruining the cabinet. But in the end, they fixed the leak and replaced the cabinet. There was a big issue with the main living/dining/kitchen area floor - it was sunken a bit after drywall, flooring and cabinets were all in. We didn't notice it, but our CM pointed it out and told us they were investigating. Lennar brought in engineers who provided details on the situation, it got repaired, but then the LVP was floating, so every time you stepped it made a crackling noise. it was so bad! This was just a few days before closing. Day of closing, we come in for the final walkthrough/New home orientation, and they had completely replaced most of the flooring in that whole area the day prior! The CM said he couldn't leave it like that and they had to 'make it right'. I was impressed. Happy we stuck it out on this home. Really, the CM's make the difference and there is a great group of guys at this community. We had a 30 day follow-up and our Customer Service Rep has been amazing. Not a lot of items really, but he's been on top of each of them, following up after every one is completed, even fixing some himself. Overall, there were stressful moments - times when we thought about canceling contract and going somewhere else. So glad we waited and now we're in a beautiful home that we absolutely love! ... More
