This was a fantastic experience. Everyone who helped us throughout the process was an absolute joy.

Home buying itself is a stressful process, however Lennar truly covers EVERYTHING! I received help and support with all my questions or concerns. Everyone from Jamie in Homebuyer center to loan officer Josh, and closing agents and customer care representatives were ALL very kind, caring and knowledgeable. This was so important to me as I purchased the ideal property that will allow me to age in place and in comfort! Thank you Lennar!

Michael did an amazing job with getting the ball rolling, and the staff at the title office were amazing. I had some challenges with the finance team, they were disjointed and that was overall frustrating. Dislikes: the model home does not match what I bought. I was told I would be buying the exact same product, I was okay with that. However, the home I purchased had some significant downgrades (living room does not have a tray ceiling, bedrooms does not have ceiling fans, cabinets does not have pull knobs, no crown molding, back door does not have blinds, toilets are not sealed, flooring was totally different). We are beyond sad for agreeing to go ahead with a Lennar home. Feels like we got a lemon though it was a "brand new home". Almost nothing working, plumbing is substandard with leaks all over the place. Electric quality is so crappy that they switched the wiring. Just crazy, never heard of anything like this. Though the cake as it were must be taken by the sales team - pushy and lies are their only two tools.

Worst house buying experience I’ve ever had

I came to purchase this house feeling extremely rushed. I was assured that the model we were interested in was no longer available. I could only buy the LAST remaining "spec" house. Just yesterday, I received an email stating the model I wanted as future build...

The sales team was awesome from Nancy to Christian they are all great.

Landscape issue not fully resolved as reported before moving in, which should have allowed for down pmt to be refunded. Pressured to close. Hoping that community involvement will make the home buying experience worth the investment. AM grateful for having been offered a reduction in price to accommodate seller motivation to complete present development.

Excellent team of Lennar wonderful departments associated with them from beginning to end I received the upmost respect and help from them never have I dealt with such a great set of people who helped to make my dream become a reality. I like the house but so many things are done to save a penny versus making it a true quality product. The yards are beyond terrible and they could have at least made them a bit usable if even just making the sides nice. They left a ton of garbage in my yard. The fact that they ran laminate flooring only halfway across the room and carpet on the other half is awful. Again just cheaping out of quality. Using plastic instead of metal in all the drawers (why?) why a double seat fiberglass shower? It leaves now room. Again must have been a bargain. A simple shower would have been more useful and nicer. I like the house but quality is not what they are going for it’s strictly cost. ... More

My home buying process (1st time) was traumatizing. I was so excited at first but Ronnie was a huge bully and Jody was very condescending. Everything was rushed I had no time to think or weigh my options on anything . Ronnie made the experience the worse she was so rude and pushy. Jody would try to be helpful at times but her delivery and tone always seemed ask if I was bothering her. I wanted to back out so bad the only person I had a positive experience with was Taylor. When we did our walk thru she was nice informative and willing to help

While the community is attractive, the builder takes 1000% of the enjoyment of owning a new home away from the buyer. From omitted items which are in the contract, to shoddy construction, to deceptively low HOA fees, Lennar is the champion of bait and switch.

Overall experience was a bit rocky, there is a huge lack of communication at times during the process which causes anxiety and unnecessary stress. I didn’t know I would be closing for sure until after 5pm the day before, it was very stressful. Also when I actually picked up my keys, the person who sold me the house was out for paternity leave (so happy for him) but the person there was real impersonal, just handed me the keys and was like good day. I was disappointed because buying a house is a big deal.

The process was smooth and staff was very helpful in the process , so far the experience was good hoping the same for future as well.

My sales representative, Kim was amazing! I kept her busy for a year and it finally came through!

The only good part of of this process was from the loan and title personally our home concierge Jose terrible terrible terrible all you guys did was take advantage of a young military family thinking we were stupid cause our age and cause we were officially here in San Antonio yet as well as his boss who called and blamed us for the problems we had in our home because we hired a third party inspector and her word i quote “ Lennar is a faster moving company then anyone else so with you hire a third party inspector it pro longs if and cause the issues you are having” basically because they rushed the work of the home and we were holding them accountable it was our fault as well as having our family and realtors in the home with a whole gas leak. Never again will we do business with your company nor will i recommend lennar to any military or civilian. ... More

Had a terrible experience , as an investor I would have hoped they would have worked to keep my business. I am still working to fix issues with the house 2 months after closing Loan was transferred before first payment and no one could tell me where. Among other issues before closing

Provided a good interest rate and a nice home for the price relative to current homes on the market.

We had quite few issues with our build, the workmanship was poor in several areas. . From Garage Flooring to Drywalls. The buying process was also bit clunky. Despite having the "high tech" communication tools, it was still not as smooth as it could have been. Overall. It has been average quality of build and process. Nothing really wow'ed or impressed us. This was our 4th time purchasing New Construction, so are familiar with process. So, our feedback is just "ok" could have been worse. But we have seen much better build and process as well. The quality and after build service/support... only time will tell ... More

Everyone was spot on, answering questions and very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I went to the display home, no matter who was there, they were extremely helpful. The construction manager and young lady who did the final walk through were excellent. I love my home and highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone shopping for a home. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

When I visited the office as expected the quality and service I had before from Lennar. After a very long purchase process, I finally got the house. Since it is a new home, I expected not to have issues. I reported 4 of them and only one has been taken care of. Very sad.

My first contact was my sales rep. Carlo kept me informed of available homes and found one for me that met all my requirements. It was new construction and in it finishing stages. Lennar mortgage worked with me and I received an excellent mortgage rate. The closing went smoothly. I am very happy with my new home, especially with some "extras" I wasn't expecting, such as the ring camera and doorbell, insect treatment port hole, gas tankless water heater, and usb ports in some of the outlets. I am very happy with the entire experience.
