the 2 people assigned to us were both extremely responsive to any questions or issues. They followed thru with their action items on any items I brought to their attention. Could not have been happier with their support.

Could make the closing a little stressful. Had to make last minute changes in order to close.

The process was/went fairly easy in the sense that my paper-trail was easy to follow and even tho serious issue(s) came up unexpectedly I was right to provide them with the needed information. Since everything was done on-line at times, it was challenging for me but my son was there to help me. Finally, I'm glad and blessed that the process is over and I'm in a new house, Good luck to everyone.

Sales rep & construction manager were great to deal with. Very thorough & did what they promised.

Great experience with them. make sure to follow up with team to get details ahead.

I think the hardest part would just be waiting for the house to be release for sale but once the house is ready everything is just so smooth from Sales to Mortgage and everyone from Lennar. Kudos to our sales person Kristian and mortgage team Cody.

Going through the new-construction-home-buying experience w/ Lennar was very easy. They made uploading the documents simple and they were very efficient. I’m happy w/ the whole process and very happy living in my new townhouse. It was perfect for me at this point in my life having raised two children, now adults. Highly recommend using Lennar.

Very honest people to work with and reasonably priced

Lennar gives you more for the money. They included the blinds, refrigerator, and surprised us with a washer and dryer. Other home builders do not do this. The overall experience was great.

The sales guy from Lennar was wonderful to take care of the whole process. There were hiccups during the first walkthrough but they fixed them all on the second walkthrough. There is an emergency leak caused by outside hose speagot. Lennar sent right away to fix the issue of plumbing. They fixed the drywall and did the painting caused by the issue. They stand by their warranty.

The team of Melinda, Bobby, Josh and Randy did a fantastic job at making the entire process exciting and beautiful.

We love the community and area. We purchased at the beginning of the community opening and decided to purchase a larger home in the same community. We like many of the extras included in the sale, having the appliances and blinds included are a nice plus.

Relatively easy buying experience. Made even easier by working with only Lennar for the home and initial mortgage. They were extremely patient with my misunderstandings of what they wanted for the mortgage. The windows do not provide as much noise reduction as I thought they would. Love some of the appliances. With time I may change to accommodate my personal preferences. But there is nothing wrong with any of them thus far.

The sales staff was always helpful and informative. The mortgage team was efficient and easy to deal with

Overall very good experience for me

Found a house almost ready to move in. Able to finalize and close in two weeks.

It has been a great experience with everything included and we don't need to set up anything by ourselves after we moved in. But there are a lot of minor finishing touch issues that I see. There are lot of minor spots on the floor due to paint spilling and there are gaps between power outlets cover and wall. I think some attention should have been given to the final finishing touches.

We have dealt with a Lennar a few times before and the service is consistent and the homebuying is a fairly easy process. Great team!

Purchasing the home through our salesperson was great, she was very helpful keeping us in the loop with updates and progress pictures. . Our Forman also very helpful in getting us in on time. All and all a great experience. Thank You.

My wife and I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and true sense that Lennar cares about their buyers. From Shannon on the sales team to Nick in Customer Care, to the subcontractors coming by for minor warranty repairs, everyone has been wonderful to deal with. We are from Canada and have built 4 new homes there. No customer service experience we've had prior to this with a builder, compares to Lennar's amazing one. We feel we got great value and quality of construction. Where there was an issue we noticed, it was fixed promptly and professionally by contractors, with follow up from Nick in Customer Care.
