The Lennar Sales Rep was friendly and very welcoming. When she learned I was a veteran she told me about a program for veterans where Lennar buys down your interest rate. It is a limited first come first served National program. Varies from year to year. The home she showed us met just about all of our desires for a home. Good lot size, trees in back of the house offering privacy. I first thought the house was out of my price range, but when I learned that my interest rate was lower than market, I was interested. Then I discovered the Refrigerator was included along with wood blinds, a garage door opener as well. Being tired I was still unsure, but then she told me Lennar would pay all closing cost. Experience was overall great. Everything went according to plan. Home was delivered in a timely manner with just a few issues but that’s goes with any new home. Just wish the builder would have a pest control plan worked into their warranty at least for the first six months of ownership. Living here in Florida these bugs are no joke. Second new Lennar home and they didn’t disappoint!!

Professional and responsive during the home build.

The most amazing part of the homebuying experience was the mortgage broker Randy. He was amazing. The home inspection process also went well. We are pleased with our home.

Must find a way to stay on schedule for closing dates and provide better walk through before closing.

This was a new experience for our family in two ways, moving out of state and moving into a townhome. Our agent, Gina did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile and would take pictures of different phases during the building process and send to us. She was always willing to help!. We love the feature of the service request being online and the virtual piece of what needs to be done. The reps were very professional and quick at assessing any issue we may have had. This saves everyone time before someone comes out to fix anything. We have been very happy with all of the contractors too. Once we moved in Matt has also did a great job following up! As soon as a contractor would leave, he would call to make sure the item was taken care of. Dustin, who is Matt’s coworker has stopped by to check in periodically. We highly recommend you to check out Lennar if you are looking for a new home. If we decided to move again, we would definitely look at Lennar again and request Gina as our agent! Gyorgi was amazing in helping us get into our hopefully last forever home here at Terra Bella Condominiums. The layout and the construction of our until is great. Doesn't feel like a condominium at all, feels like a single family home. Construction is well done. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone

Our process was overall good. The only issue we encountered was electronic. Though we could contact a person, we like talking to a person during the building (financial) process. Our personal contact, Donna was great!

In the last 2 years, I've purchased 2 new homes, one in Moncks Corner that I purchased and then sold and had some real bad experiences with the builder, so I've been very aware of things in the purchase of the Lennar Townhouse and have been extremely pleased from the purchase date with David Nuckles to the Construction Manager, Kim, as both of them have been extremely helpful in our process. They have answered each question and assisted with multiple tasks, they are both true assets to your company.

First time buyer, I'd say I had a good experience. Not without issues, but everything was resolved quickly and professionally.

I love my home, it's exactly what I need and wanted. The construction and design is beautiful and comfortable. The team is phenomenal and very helpful in helping adjust and fix any minor issues. My loan processor was awesome, explaining everything clearly that I didn't understand. The overall experience was fantastic. I do wish that I could have receive some closing help before the financial crisis hit the company.

The best part of this experience is how responsive Lennar was to my needs. This made it a great experience.

Every experience i've had with my new Lennar home has been amazing. it's all been very easy and everyone has been super helpful and responsive.

Our experience with the builder has been very good, in general. I do feel that the lot should have been cleared of brush that was left after the construction. I also feel that dead branches and trees should have been removed by the builder. Even so I would recommend Lennar because I believe the house to be of quality construction. However, I would not advise using the mortgage and title companies. We had poor experiences with both.

All aspects were addresses and handled with care and forthrightness

Working with Lennar has been fantastic from start to close meeting timeframes to close and builders completing work. Notably, there were some issues with the craftsmanship in the home, which may be a result of meeting those aforementioned timeframes, and there was a broken pipe in the wall that leaked all over the garage and bottom floor, a broken sprinkler system, and a few other issues found, when or shortly after moving in. These issues were quickly remedied with the warranty requests and the home is finally to what we would expect.

structure of house is good ,appliances is good ,cheap paint was used ,inferior materials like faucets, door nobs ,sliding door .
