Overall it was a good experience moving from Indiana to Texas. Lennar was accommodating with scheduling for closing and walkthroughs. Closing was online. The house is great. It has been a month so far and we haven’t had any issues with the home itself. I would recommend considering Lennar for future purchases.

The buying experience was professional and smooth. The on site sales rep, Elson, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. Made the process simple and enjoyable. Only problem was, at the price we were paying, Lennar should have been more flexible with some last minute changes. Also, many of the things they did in earlier homes they stopped doing: lighting, alarm, ring door bells, electronic locks, they stopped doing, but we paid a higher price than those folks without the extras.

I have to say that I am very satisfied with all the entire experience. I read very negative post and reviews on internet about lennar, but my experience with them have been very positive.

Overall Lennar team was good to work with. Our salesman Jack was great, as were Ally and Angela in the mortgage department, once people stopped changing. They need to do a better job of quality control on the finalized construction, many tradespeople had to return to finalize discrepancies, although it was nothing major.

Aziza, Gene, Julie, and Brittany were all attentive to my needs throughout my home buying process. Gene and Brittany continue to answer questions after I have moved in. Experience has been great so far. I am praying that this Lennar neighborhood will live up to my expectations.

Bryan was excellent working on loan app and paperwork. Kim was very helpful keeping us posted on building progress and also questions about the tienhome

Some of the wrong materials were used. Example: wardrobe keys were used for the room keys.

Lennar was very thorough and follow up has been good

The response to fixing things is great. Would be nice to have bushes included in maintenance.

With this being our second home but our first time building we couldn't have asked for a much smoother process. We were provided updates throughout the entire building process from the ground breaking, framing, tradesmen and finally the finished product. With everything being provided and the floor plans fitting our family needs moving in was a breeze. If you want new at a reasonable price go with Lennar.

Our home buying experience was not stressful. We did a complete walk through a couple of weeks before closing and then a final check the morning before we closed. Any items that needed to be addressed after closing were handled in a very timely manner.

Our sales rep Matt was very instrumental in our decision to be part of the community. He was very accommodating and tried his best to answer all our questions and concerns. As first time home buyers there is always this anxiety of a huge purchase and the process involved. Matt worked with us to ensure the process was smooth and less stressful. We are happy with our home and hopefully will be a part of the community for a long time.

The first time I came out to meet the Sales agent "Cindy" to find out about the possibility of becoming a homeowner. My entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in my experience with all including the builder was great, he listen if I had any concerns which were not many. I love the quality and value of my new home. If I had to mention anything I would say I would have like if the builder gave little more patio/porch in the backyard. However; The Lennar -Team and every one made me me feel at ease. They provided exceptional customer service. I do not remember everyone I had contact with, but the Lennar staff-Team members, are a awesome group of people. Logan, believe he was the loan officer made me feel comfortable the first time I spoke with him, as he walked me through the process from start to finish, which took away our feeling of stress or being overly anxious. My home buying experience with Lennar was great absolutely zero issues or complaints & I love my new area ..but for the price these homes are currently being sold for the flooring is very sub par unless you love a lot of carpet & I've seen better quality bath tubs in an apartment

Response has been very good. However when the insulation contractor added more insulation to the attic their hose damaged the paint on our gutters. This morning someone came by to fix the paint and spilled the paint can on our driveway. I don’t know if they can clean it up. It is a very large area with black paint. Not happy about this.

My wife and I are very happy with our new home. We would definitely recommend lennar for anyone considering buying a home.

I had a great buying experience with Maria and Eirik, my only real complaint was the landscape company did a really poor job with the quality of sod and trees. Then they replace some of it and I am left dealing with the rest of the weeds not sod on my own

Lennar has been great throughout the homebuying experience. As a builder, the structure and materials used in building the home were great. There are some cosmetic things that you will probably want to change but they have don't a great design with design features, options, and color scheme. The Project Manager and Customer Support team have always been responsive and helpful. The staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, great experience.

I love the process and may buy again when there is good deal
