Price for value is totally awesome. Some nice features too. More reliable warranty support system would be nice.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. We were From Michigan so our walk through was great as our Realtor was able to attend on our behalf and see the property virtually. All the staff from beginning to end were amazing even the building supervisor and the person who helped us when we notice small issues in our home when we moved in. I have heard some horrible stories about Lennar but our experience was great and i would highly recommend them ... More

Everyone at Lennar has been very helpful and understands the needs of the customer, up until now all the issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.

Over all process was smooth. Especially Sales& Mortgage. Special kudos and appreciation to the Lennar credit score advisor. Lennar won’t dis appointment me and anyone for sure. Happy to recommend Lennar to my family and friends for sure. Regarding service team, I haven’t reached out them yet but Hoping to have the better customer support for the next 330 days.

I'm a 77yr old widow who moved here from ga. Actually did everything on line except for closing and I could have done that on line also. The Lennar team helped me every step of the way. Aberdeen is close to the beach and is perfect for retired people. I love it.

My experience with Lennar was great. Everyone on there team was well appointed in their skill. I felt like I was in the right hands from the beginning. There were a few problems after doing the inspection but Lennar was quick to resolve them and made the process easy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with their consumer service team and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. They were prompt and thorough with helping me take care of any problems. Good when the right people were involved. Some of the loan experience was poor, but Logan helped make it 10x better.

My journey started with my husband and I just looking and dreaming. Credit wasn’t great. Meet Marcia, who walked us through Sagewood. She he told us about McKenzie Ridge. She was very helpful and really felt what we wanted. A couple weeks later we went to McKenzie Ridge where we met Lynn. She was so enthusiastic and made our experience exciting. She gave her loan officer my information and told me that she would help get us on the right track. If it wasn’t for Lynn’s enthusiasm, I wouldn’t have taken the steps to work towards my dream. There is one issue i am still waiting for the superintendent Daniel to resolve. That is the dead grass, at the orientation we asked about the dead grass and he informed us the grass was installed when it was cold then it turned hot so the grass was not doing good and then said they were going to fertilize and airate it. the following week when we closed the grass still looked dead so we asked him about it and he said he would continue watering it and would send an email (never got ) regarding the grass. When we moved in grass was still dead but there was a-lot of weeds so it looked green. i spoke to Daniel twice about the grass since we moved in and the first time he said he was going to get the landscaper over, i never heard from him so when i called back he said he had to talk to his boss. still waiting for a call back to tell me what his boss said. Very disappointing to come from the desert expecting nice green grass to only have weeds. i also was not happy i did not know about the big drain grate in my back yard. Thats what you get buying a house 1800 miles away and not seeing it till the orientation. Please contact me! trustworthiness and responsiveness are 4’s due to the dead grass. ... More

What we were expecting in our new home is exactly what we got from Lennar Homes. It has been a great experience from the purchase process to moving into our new home.

They built what they said they were going to build. We had a pre-dry wall inspection completed and Lennar got high marks on that. The have a pre-close inspection and while there were several (minor) and mostly cosmetic items to fix, they were very responsive in getting these items fixed before we closed, a week or so later. I give them a B+ / A- overall.

Our sales representative Chris was absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our buying process was very quick with no hiccups.

To a person, sales, experience center (where you pick finishes), escrow, construction, service and maintenance, every person we worked with was terrific. Lennar clearly has built a strong culture focused upon service and integrity. Did everything go perfectly? No as that is impossible when you consider all the complexities… but what differentiates great companies is how they behave when there is an issue and I can say with full confidence that Lennar steps up and does the right thing. Super happy with the Lennar team we worked with!!!!
