Lennar is a good builder

Buying with Lennar Homes was a great experience. James was helpful the whole experience. And then Wyatt was very good walking me thru the walk thru for the closing. And Susan was very helpful in over seeing details that needed to be fixed after I moved in to my Villa! Lennar Homes is a great place to Live! Come see them today!

From the beginning Shannon D. has been extremely helpful making the home purchase process very easy. After the closing, she continues to help us when issues arise depending on the situation. In addition, Cody B. has been invaluable as far as being on site every day. He also goes above and beyond helping us out on any issue that is planned or unplanned. I will say though that quality of craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired.

All of the Lennar frontline staff, especially the new home consultant, Carlo, loan officer, Ilyssa, insurance agent, Maribelle, and especially the construction manager, Lacey, have allowed us to be at east throughout the process of buying and moving into our new home. The combination of their professionalism and hospitality helped us greatly enjoy our new home experience.

Homebuying experience with a Lennar was good. Professional agents assisting throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Lennar.

We are very grateful to have a safe house. Kim was meticulous in ensuring the safety of the structure of the house. In having the home painted in a Benjamin Moore Aura Satin, we discovered sheetrock significant flaws. Given today's difficulty in obtaining plumb and flush walls in construction, we would have appreciated the option or suggestion to obtain textured painting such as Orange Peel.

Very pleased with our house purchase from Lennar. The buying process was easy and straightforward. They don't let you customize anything really, but that's a good thing for me. There were several items brought up during the final walkthrough that were not fixed as requested (even though the construction manager tried to convince otherwise), but they have been worked on after the closing. Overall, I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy a new construction.

Lennar representatives were responsive and available throughout the purchase process. Orientation was thorough and issues resolved immediately.

Overall the process was smooth, they are good at sending friendly reminders of stuff to be completed.

My home buying experience was easy, and I love my home!

Everyone I've worked with at Lennar is amazing from the start to finish. Shortly after moving into my home I experienced a small issue and one phone call is all it took. The repair team resolved it right away. Not only was the repair completed quickly...they went over and beyond to ensure the issue wouldn't arise again. Kiddos to Connie, John, Steve, and the plumber. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was amazing!

I have used Lennar as my builder of my last 2 homes. Each time has been a predictable and satisfying experience. Production Manager is extremely helpful and responsive as were the whole team.

Ask lots of questions

The entire process was very manageable. Everyone involved was very friendly and caring.

The financing part of purchasing and closing was very smooth. My loan officer always answered the phone when I called and was efficient. My CSR that conducted the Home walkthrough was fantastic and got all my concerns addressed. The only feedback I have is some quality of the workmanship could be improved. It appears some aspects were rushed to completion which caused a lot of rework and/or repairs. Not sure if they have it, but quality checks and reviews throughout the build process (such as plumbing), and before a client walkthrough (painting, trim, fixtures, etc.) would avoid so much re-work and back and forth. With that being said, everything was swiftly addressed, it just resulted in more of my time taken. The only thing that inconvenienced me was I only got 20% of grass in my back yard. Overall, we had a great experience purchasing our home. It is a very well developed neighborhood and great place to live.

Insulation wasn’t perfect, too many little holes I have to plug. The lawn wasn’t perfect, a lot of spiders, big ones too

This was such an easy process. Of course I was prepared for almost any problem that could come up in the mortgage process. As far as the building process goes, it was smooth and my Lennar homebuying rep was in constant communication and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

Our overall buying experience was great. Products is good quality but we expected few things could have been better in home. But I understand Lennar excluded them to save some money. We wished they are included like security and lights here and there to complete the experience. However, there are few people who made this process much smoother. Terri from sales and Esso from building manager team are really awesome and provided exceptional service. Everything from purchasing the house and moving in has been great. I am very frustrated over the planning and execution of getting a driveway landscape irrigation and sod. It is very frustrating watching people that moved in a month after us get all of that stuff done while we are still sitting with a dirt yard. It has been planned twice and it has been moved twice and we were told that it was going to happen minus any inclement weather, but 85 and sunny does not seem like inclement weather to me.

I really like how Lennar works with home buyers. Lennar provides the full service, one stop shop when it comes to the purchase of a new home. All services work together to ensure a great home buying experience. I would highly recommend Lennar over other home builders in the area.
