Great home and price but the house came with some cosmetic issues and hvac issues and haven’t had my warranty request served. Very poor response times in that regard.

The homebuying experience was rough. First, we were not allowed to use an agent, which made me feel at the mercy of Lennar when going through the process. Second, our home concierge was terrible. She would update us on the status of the house late in the night. On inspection day, the house was not ready and had to reschedule after we were already present at the appointment. Finally, they moved our closing date only a few days after were expected to close and put up a fight after we requested to close two days after the proposed closing date. My overall experience was satisfactory.The sales personals were on point and polite and very helpful.

My wife and I met Ms. Denise from driving around and looking at new communities, then walking in when possible. From the day we met Denise we knew we wanted to take this journey with she and Lennar, and that is exactly what we did. The overall experience was absolutely phenomenal. We have no regrets whatsoever. Such an amazing staff there with Lennar. Truly amazing.

We have had no issues with the build quality of our home so far. These homes are built with quality materials and workmanship. Small items noted on our final inspection were fixed. Our only frustration so far has been a communication problem. Simple, things such as trying to find out the exact name of the color of our white paint, so that we can get some touch up paint, have been far more difficult than they should be. The only other issues we have had were also communication issues. Some staff need to be re-trained so that correct information is being given to buyers. But this is not a build issue. ... More

I'm disappointed with Upper Management. When I bought my house in Lennar's 55+ Senior Community, I asked if they would install a couple of items (Grab Bars & Higher Toilets) their answer was NO! I have lived in three other 55+ communities and they where more accommodating for older residents needs. I would not recommend Lennar to Seniors!

Most dealings with your represent I’ve s were good.

I have had an issue in my home since first walk thru and over two months later given constant run around. Still with no answers and it is delaying everything else that needs to happen in my home and my elderly mother has to delay moving in because of this issue and creating so much stress to my family. My husband ended up in the hospital with the added stress. Buying a new home should be happy and satisfying time not like this.

Excellent buying experience and excellent service in taking over the new home transition process.

We felt that the value we received for the price paid was great. We love our house and look forward to personalizing it and making it our home

We had a miserable final walk-thru and we should not have closed without the issues being addressed. Quality of workmanship leaves a-lot to be desired. However, Nick the service rep addressed all of the issues in a timely manner and we are happy with our home.

Overall, the experience was good. The sales agent and team were pushy and difficult to deal with at times.

The home is built with a high standard.

This was my first time buying a home and all though it was extremely overwhelming at times Tina and Kim at Lennar, Was absolutely amazing.

This was a nightmare! Save yourself and go elsewhere!!

My 5th new home purchase, my second dealing with Lennar(my mom’s home a couple years back) both experiences with quality workmanship, very pleased. Designs in both cases exactly what we needed. Extremely pleased with my mom’s new home build which made buying Lennar for myself a no brainer. If ever buy again I know where i’m shopping first.

Kelvey was amazing to work with. Her made the buying process pleasant. After dealing with her the process went down. Ashlyn seemed like it was a bother to ask her a question. Real frustrating nail pops. Lennar will not cover nail pops due to settlement. The day we moved in we found several nail pops. Noah and his group fixed them but made us feel guilty for asking.

Heater not working since last week

Life circumstances required a home purchase in a short time frame. I did not see or experience the building phase, it was finished the first time I saw it. Final walk-through revealed multiple issues if varying severity, but none critical (mostly fit/finish, but not all). Walk-thru to close was 1 week, not all fixes made, was told to submit warranty requests for unaddressed items. Frustration: repairs that have been made were made to the lowest possible quality to still qualify as 'repaired' instead of genuinely done well. Bright side: warranty coordinator and individual staff from vendors, etc who I've met have all been professional and helpful. ... More

I’ll definitely recommend for a first time home buyer

Generally good. There was a lot of attention leading up to the purchase but after that not so much. The workmanship and attention to detail is ok. The team could do better with quality control. Lots of little details missed. For instance there are pencil marks on nearly every corner and on the floor where trim work meets. A drawer front in the kitchen was damaged and JD said he would replace it- that has been nearly 2 months ago, shower glass has flaws that should have been pickup by the build team and replaced. Again I feel it has been all about getting the house closed.

Amazing outstanding consistent. All lines look great. Very thorough. Home is beautiful down to the baseboards trim ceilings, the knockdown texture. It's amazing! I'm so blessed. Very polite. Courteous there to support you and your experience and buying us Making sure that you are

I love my new house but I am not satisfied because Lennar did not put rain gutter to the house . Your worker said ‘ oh we did not install rain gutter anymore , it’s been years we don’t do those rain gutters and rain gutter are not a part of the house . That’s an excuse! You can go back and check did you ever see a home without a rain gutter . You can cut something else to keep your pricing stable but rain gutters are always a part of the house. It’s not about the money but the thing is if you setting and building a house please putt at the features in it .
