Unfortunately, this was not the overall first buyer experience I expected.

I loved the color of my house on the outside. It is a very spacious house with a good plot of land. Highly recommended.

Very unpleased with how things turned out for what we paid. After close it became evident the craftsmanship in the molding in the “Designer Plus” package, the drywall work, and painting was not what I expected for the price we paid for the home. It’s evident Lennar is focused on turning and closing homes quickly and letting many of the details go by the wayside. If I could do it over again- I would pay more money for a smaller builder who cares about more than a buck.

I am very disappointed with lennar employees who showed house material and options to purchase my home those were not explained clearly.Also lennar mortgage is worst lender I ever go with.I wouldn’t recommend lennar to my friends for buying their house.

Overall we are happy with our home. There are a few things that we’re not happy with. Our back yard is an issue with ground being uneven and over ran with weeds. There’s a few odd ends through out the house that we are not 100% pleased with. But, for the most part we are happy. The HOA definitely needs some rules in placed and I would like to see more landscaping in the entrance. The kids park needs a few things and better up keep. But I’m sure these are things can be addressed as the neighborhood gets older.

After extensive research and review I have decided to purchase a Lennar and I am glad that I did so . I had only positive experience since the very beginning until I moved into the new house . I also liked the way Lennar handled any question and issues that I had and resolved them in a timely and professional manner . Based on my own experience , I would recommend Lennar to anybody who is looking to purchase a new home .

Great experience overall, very responsive team and seamless process. I used the financing option as well which made the experience even better. Competitive rates as well. We love our new home. Very modern and smart. Great after sale support as well. Good value.

From the mortgage to the move in, the overall experience with Lennar was great. The home is built solidly and response to issues is rapid. Some of the sub- contractors’ work needs to be tightened up. The appliances are entry level but those will be changed out after 1 year. No regrets here.

Only good experience was the sales consultant. After that it was very bad. At Lennar Mortgage I had numerous different contacts throughout the process, they did not know where the other left it off. Same for home delivery, concierge and other unaccounted number of individuals. You try to make it buying a standardized process with specialized people in for everything. But eventually humans buy your product and they want to be cared for by humans. Your process resembles very much to calling big corporations' customer support line and being handed over to multiple departments through a menu system, never talking to the same person again. This is probably the biggest purchase in their lives so they want to be treated well.... Also the customer expected to work width different systems but nobody tells you when, which to use....It was very difficult to set up mailbox, gate access etc.... Now in the home but still cannot get anyone to answer if a 18 wheeler moving trailer can get to my home.... I have a long list of warranty issues: Just to name a few: Leaking Pool, rusting hardware on sliding doors, not balanced AC, front door jams. Overall material quality is kind of minimum (builder grade). Also some practical issues such as no fold down attic access and very small opening... I recommend to name a single point of contact for each clients who would help them through the process. Also adding few thousand $ to make the home nicer. Like Kitchen counter Backsplash, basic lights in rooms, soft close drawers and !!!properly shelved!!! closets. ... More

make sure you know quality of everything

I was impressed with two things: 1. the inclusion of a keyless entry, and 2. the inclusion of the Ring doorbell. I was less than impressed with two things: 1. the home did not include window screens, and 2. the kitchen and bathroom cabinets did not come with hardware (doorknobs and drawer pulls). Very disappointed with Lennar over the latter two things.

Lennar's workmanship is not what it used to be...it was top notch many years ago when we purchased a prior home. This time around, the workers who built the home did not pay attention to detail; some of the finished work was sloppy, no attention to detail in some areas and overall I attribute it to rushed work. Thumbs down for me on Lennar: I would consider other builders in the future - I wouldn't exclude Lennar, it's just that I would not make them my 1st choice of builders any longer. Ex: exterior stucco - not sealed at the Fascia of the home, allows bees to nest; nails showing through exterior stucco; nails showing through interior stucco; overall poor quality control; during our walk-through for final sign off, the interior of the home was dirty - no excuse for dusty floors, dirty tub and shower. There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

I’m not happy with lennar’s policies. First they show me different color when house get ready then it’s color was totally different which I doesn’t like. Their designs I doesn’t like. Inside of the house is also very basic. And house construction material is very cheap. And my real estate agent is super rude, very unprofessional and very short tempered. I definitely will NOT RECOMMEND my real estate agent to anyone. Lennar people making fool to their clients specially first home buyers. Overall next time I will pay 5k-7k or 10k give extra but will choose good company, which making houses with good quality material and inside and out side good design and I will choose that company which not do fraud with client and not make fool to people first show different color and on final touch gave different color. And ONCE AGAINT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY REAL ESTATE AGENT. ... More

The Lennar team (from sales to finance to post-move in customer service) — everyone was nearly horrible and not worth the money they are paid. I could spend many hours explaining every situation and how bad of an experience this was but to sum it all up. Some of the sales agents are rude and don’t care. The finance team SUCKS and will try to feed you to another company that clearly they will benefit from. The quality team might not actually ensure that important needs are addressed before closing. The builders use VERY cheap, low-end finishing and throw the house together (so expect issues). The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything from the outside to your neighbors. The entire process is disconnected so expect to deal with nearly 10 different people to cross the finish line. No one knows how to take accountability for issues. Worst purchase experience ever. I fell in love with the house, but the company was not trustworthy, unhelpful, and does not follow through.

There have been multiple issues with the home that have needed repair or to be addressed. Prior to closing customer care was very responsive. Since closing the responsiveness has gone significantly downhill. Also that I continue to find issues related to the quality of the craftsmanship of the home that demonstrate sloppiness in the building has been concerning. The insulation for noise and weather is great. The community is well taken care of.
