I was impressed with two things: 1. the inclusion of a keyless entry, and 2. the inclusion of the Ring doorbell. I was less than impressed with two things: 1. the home did not include window screens, and 2. the kitchen and bathroom cabinets did not come with hardware (doorknobs and drawer pulls). Very disappointed with Lennar over the latter two things.

Lennar's workmanship is not what it used to be...it was top notch many years ago when we purchased a prior home. This time around, the workers who built the home did not pay attention to detail; some of the finished work was sloppy, no attention to detail in some areas and overall I attribute it to rushed work. Thumbs down for me on Lennar: I would consider other builders in the future - I wouldn't exclude Lennar, it's just that I would not make them my 1st choice of builders any longer. Ex: exterior stucco - not sealed at the Fascia of the home, allows bees to nest; nails showing through exterior stucco; nails showing through interior stucco; overall poor quality control; during our walk-through for final sign off, the interior of the home was dirty - no excuse for dusty floors, dirty tub and shower. There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

I’m not happy with lennar’s policies. First they show me different color when house get ready then it’s color was totally different which I doesn’t like. Their designs I doesn’t like. Inside of the house is also very basic. And house construction material is very cheap. And my real estate agent is super rude, very unprofessional and very short tempered. I definitely will NOT RECOMMEND my real estate agent to anyone. Lennar people making fool to their clients specially first home buyers. Overall next time I will pay 5k-7k or 10k give extra but will choose good company, which making houses with good quality material and inside and out side good design and I will choose that company which not do fraud with client and not make fool to people first show different color and on final touch gave different color. The Lennar team (from sales to finance to post-move in customer service) — everyone was nearly horrible and not worth the money they are paid. I could spend many hours explaining every situation and how bad of an experience this was but to sum it all up. Some of the sales agents are rude and don’t care. The finance team SUCKS and will try to feed you to another company that clearly they will benefit from. The quality team might not actually ensure that important needs are addressed before closing. The builders use VERY cheap, low-end finishing and throw the house together (so expect issues). The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything from the outside to your neighbors. The entire process is disconnected so expect to deal with nearly 10 different people to cross the finish line. No one knows how to take accountability for issues. Worst purchase experience ever. I fell in love with the house, but the company was not trustworthy, unhelpful, and does not follow through.

There have been multiple issues with the home that have needed repair or to be addressed. Prior to closing customer care was very responsive. Since closing the responsiveness has gone significantly downhill. Also that I continue to find issues related to the quality of the craftsmanship of the home that demonstrate sloppiness in the building has been concerning. The insulation for noise and weather is great. The community is well taken care of.

We had an easy process. No issues with the home this far. Our sales associate Jennifer, kept us abreast of all that was going on with the build. She even sent weekly photos of the progress. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Hi I have started with short period liked the house. Initiated all process on loan and negotiation. They put home of the week for the less price with discount and when we were talking to finalize. They came up with increasing prices. They play a lot of tricks and look for what most benefits to them. They offer very less interest rates to many customers but they don't disclose. They accidentally exposed in one email and they covered up.

My overall home buying experience with Lennar was great. The level of experience and knowledge with the team is incredible, and I love my home overall. However, it's was disappointing when I had to accept that I was walking in a brand new home with three long cracks in the garage that will not get fixed until the cracks get larger. And now the ceiling in the living room is beginning to crack from one end to the other. I just think being in a new home less than 60 days and experiencing this type of problem is unacceptable. I understand the concept of a home settling, but I don't think a new homeowner should walk into these kind of issues from day one. It takes away from the joy of purchasing your home. ... More

I guess if you are paying cash this would not pertain to you. But if your mortgaging good luck, waited 6 months for an official approval, which someone told me sure your approved why would we do all this work for nothing. ok so I kept sending accounts and we went to a week before closing. I had pods coming cars transported and new furniture delivered scheduled. 7 days before closing date and official down payment I was told we can't approve loan because we cant use your income from Jan- June. well if it wasn't for some great sales people that got me hooked up with another mortgage company, I might of been very upset, but got approved in 7 days and had closing the date Lanner was giving me. Don't waste your time using Lanner Mortgage , this happens to many people I hear. Tell them to keep their 12k off closing. ... More

First time buying a home on my own and it was a smooth process. I also was given a lot of support during the process as well.

From start to finish my experience with Lennar has been far above what I expected, and what others 'told me' to expect. Initially, there was some coincidence on how Lennar's sales rep (Julie) and I met, but as the buying process continued, so did the trust, and so did the business relationship. Once the preliminaries were completed, I was handed off to another wonderful Lennar professional (Kayla) who handled the really "painful" part (finances), and executed her job as smoothly and as professionally as did Julie. Once that hurdle was jumped, Matt (project mgr) took over the final steps and like the others, handled my first home-buying experience with understanding, patience, tons of education and encouragement....and it continues to this day as I still correspond with him on certain issues. In all honesty, in the middle of my home-buying process, I purposely watched a couple of Youtube vids regarding certain negative experiences of others and their Lennar encounters. Had I watched those vids PRIOR to my meeting Julie, I may not have continued forward. But my experience with Lennar in general, and with Julie/Kayla/Matt in particular was all positive. If someone is looking for value in a home, as well as a positive time buying that home, I would tell them to look no further than Lennar. I have bought from KB Home and Lennar, Every home have its problems, but the one thing that stands out to me with Lennar is how quickly the warranty service gets in contact and takes care of your request. Problem solved.

We bought from another state. The entire process was easy. The staff are top level & very nice. It's been a great experience.

Home is good but the seller never does what they said they wil do … as soon à I close the virtual contract no one respond my again except the region manager

Overall construction is good but there are a few like Landscaping, and final cleaning which were worst. Things that are blue-tapped for repair are also not addressed before closing.

I was quite disappointed overall with my experience with Lennar, from the title company to the construction team. I was ignored many times and lied to. Thanks Lennar!

I had a very pleasant and satisfied experience with Lennar’s staff during the home purchasing process. Particularly, I am very happy to work with the sales agent- Sean, the Homebuyer Concierge- Lauren, and the Loan officer- Nolan. They were not only exhibiting their professionalism and knowledge about their areas they also were very attentive and patient to provide detailed information to address all my questions and concerns. They went out their way to help me. For example, I had concerns with the carpet color. Lauren worked with the Construction Manager- Ed and the contractor to make sure the color was the correct color. It took Lauren a couple of days to research and contact relevant parties and provide me very satisfied answers. It shows Lennar has an excellent customer service philosophy reflected through it's staff. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. ... More

Very good process and experience. Everyone has been very helpful in answering are questions.

Purchased a brand new home recently. My wife and I moved in and had a list of things that were not finished on the home after closing. Took a month a several phone calls to resolve. Refunds took weeks to issue and several phone calls! Then the biggest issue of all my property was damaged by construction next door after I took possession. No regard for my property at all! Again several phone calls several warranty requests. Even a phone call to horry county police to make sure no one else will be allowed to damage any more of my property. Not miner damage!!!! Also we closed on our house and had to sit in our driveway because nobody meant us there as stated to give us the keys! Had to make several calls and wait two hours!!! The list could go on.
