Had an amazing experience with on-site agent Jennifer at Lakeview Meadows community in Fayetteville,GA. She was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and professional and made my home buying experience memorable. The quality of the home with the exterior/interior features is what really captivated me to chose Lennar over other competitors and the price was very reasonable. Perfect size community and the neighbors and neighborhood is beautiful! I’m so blessed and happy with this home buying experience.

Selling office very friendly and helpful. Home build very nice.after purchasing customer support was excellent.

We met with Brad, a very good sale rep, and he explained what Lennar offered. We picked a house that was under construction and we watched it bring built. We moved in and, as with every stick build house, there were minor issues that were quickly addressed. We’re happy with the house, pool and the neighborhood

The homebuyer experience was great, smooth process. Everything up through closing went smoothly. After closing, we had a couple small issues and logged a maintenance request. Those were quickly handled and resolved. My only complaints: 1. The white contractor paint sucks! I would recommend painting your home asap because you see everything on the walls, even just touching them. 2. I was told that I would get white trim paint and have reached out a few times because I have not gotten it. I still have not received it.

The home buying experience with Lennar was wonderful. They were great at letting me know each week how it was going. Plus, any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. They also closed when predicted. I would recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a great home with great customer service.

We have an electrical problem where half of the house is without power and it hasn’t been resolved in over a week!!! The sales team and the onboarding process went smoothly. Solving the electrical problem not so much.

We are looking for so many things in house, like location, proper sunlight, enough space, parking,.... but this home is perfect it's really easy for us.

Love my new Lennar home. Everyone has been so nice and professional through the home buying process.

Had an awesome experience with the whole Lennar team but Andria was amazing sales with so much knowledge and her professionalism was impeccable! Would recommend Lennar to all.

The experience was very easy and quick. The team was a great help with everything. all the way until closing. It was one of the best experiences I ever had.

There were some minor issues however they jumped on the issue and tried to resolve the issue and if it was not resolved they would come back consistently till it was resolved. The workmanship of the entire house was done very well and all the issues found with the blue tapes were all addressed. I would recommend these builders since they did an excellent job.

The sales team at the office were very nice and great to work with!

the financial piece was very easy and straightforward. the 3 hour walk through the week before closing is extremely helpful and was a good opportunity to address those little lingering issues like fixtures not matching or small imperfections in paint/trim. it was also very informative by showing all the features of the home and how they work or how to reset them for yourself. Overall I'm very happy with my home and the experience with Lennar

Great quality and customer service. Lenar home is comfortable and real good for value I paid.

We were impressed with the professional and friendly way of taking us through the different homes available and the cost of them. We made a quick decision and bought. Along the way Angela helped us and kept us updated on the status. We are living in our home now and all the different people involved up to the closing and beyond have been equally professional and helpful. We are impressed and thus far completely satisfied.

We are pleased with the quality of our new home. The process was smooth and ahead of schedule. We were kept informed of progress throughout the build. The construction manager, Eric, is superb! Very detail-oriented and responsive. All the build teams did high quality work. Definitely recommend!

Every step of the process we were informed. No guess work involved. Lennar always communicated and was very responsive to our concerns.

Delays were with justifiable reasons and sales manager kept us posted with video clips showing progress that as exciting

The finishes of the house could have been better especially when it comes to the paint . Flooring is OK engineered wood for Flooring isn't the greatest option, the quality isn't good. So far no major issues with the house.

Lennar does a good job of making the buying experience comfortable. And the loan officers were amazing. I would definitely buy another lennar home.
