Corina, Brian, Brandon have been really great help in getting any issues we've had resolved. We have not been at all happy with the Tile & slab company.

The house we choose is a perfect size for our family. The quality and craftmanship is excellent. The sales team was great in keeping us informed in the process of purcase. Overall all a great experience. Thank you Lennar!

Not enough little feachers for the price Work on the pond!

Home is great. Lending was fairly unresponsive unless we sent multiple messages.

The process was made very easy and we felt like we a lot was taken off our plate with the people who helped us from submitting our application to closing day.

Great experience overall. Wouldn’t change anything

Every new home will have its problems, and Lennar is no different. But there is a difference in how homebuilders respond to these problems. Lennar has an excellent stag ready to address any issues the customer has. They are quick to respond to questions and repair any problems encountered.

We have had a few problems with baseboards and floors but they have come to fix everything very quickly and professionally

The process was quick and easy to understand. The only small issue is the craftsmanship. The door to one of the bedrooms is misaligned. While the issue was resolved after the final walk-through, it became misaligned again. I've fixed the issue myself.

when you move in to a new construction home, you expect it to be clean & tidy, unfortunately that wasn't the case. the bathrooms were left extremely dirty. was disappointed to see that.

I TRULLY WILL RECOMMEND LENNAR TO FRIENDS AND CLIENTS. I REALLY APRECIATED ALL SUPPORT GIVEN.

We are mostly satisfied. We have some issues to be addressed. We are terribly disappointed in the poor quality of our deck. This will be noted for Lennar review in our 60 day report.

First of all we are so happy we found this hidden gem in Hill Country. We drive into the community at the recommendation of a realtor from Johnson Ranch. We met Debby at the models. Debby took us out to look at some homes that were being built. We found one with an amazing view out back. Not only did we get the home for a fair price, they paid all closing costs and paid down the interest rate. Although some of the craft mens ship was a little concern, all issues were resolved prior to move in. We could t be happier here. We love all of our new neighbors and our community here. We had a great experience with the responsiveness of all the Lennar people we interacted with. We have bought and built many homes over the years and this was the best overall experience with any builder that we have had.

Happy with my home , great after service from Lennar after we move in our home.

So far we are enjoying living in our new home. There have been a couple of minor problems, but we input a work request to resolve the problems, were contacted for a video meeting of the problems and they were taken care of in a couple of days. Neither of the issues reported were super urgent.

I really like Lenna's professional handling and quick response. These are very important to me!

I have bought twice from Lennar, townhouse at first then moved into a villa. I was pleased with the level of workmanship that went into both places and the design. Like any new builds there has been some warranty work which Lennar complete. However, it does seem that the warranty sometimes gets delayed or perhaps forgotten. Once they start the work then it’s done in a timely matter.

Lennar made the buying experience very easy, we are happy with our new townhouse. The Lennar team was very quick at resolving any issues we had.

overall a nice product but attention to detail of painters and sheet rockers to include cleanliness is lacking. without our construction mgr things would have been extremely frustrating!

I just purchased my first home with Lennar. The experience went more smoothly than I expected. The house is perfect for me (literally everything I was looking for), and the loan process was made very easy by my loan officer and processor. Communication was great between everyone. Very happy with how everything turned out.
