We have been super happy with the purchase of our new home built by Lennar. When we had our own home inspector inspect the house, he was very disappointed in the fact that he couldn’t point out any major flaws of the home. The inspector said the house was built very well and he couldn’t find any major issues. They go above and beyond to make sure their buyers are happy. For example, Lennar is replacing the sod in our front yard because it didn’t root properly, which Lennar didn’t have to do since the sod isn’t apart of our home warranty. We are well pleased with the purchase of our new home.

Ray helped me and ALWAYS answered the phone, which is really important I think. The project manager, Russell, was very helpful as well, and I was allowed to do multiple walk-throughs of the property as it was built. After everything was done, Julius, the warranty guy was super responsive in giving attention to a couple of things that I missed. Overall a really good experience. Would definitely recommend this builder to any friends and family.

My husband and I just got into our lovely Lennar home and we are very happy with it and the experience of our purchase! I am a realtor myself and am always watching for issues, discrepancies and follow through....Lennars' home buying process was seamless! We were amazed when after using my favorite home inspection service right before we signed, they said they could find nothing wrong with the house! That was impressive as that rarely happens in my experience. We really enjoyed Jeff, our sales person, Ryan, Lennar's lender and talking with our HOA representee. All were very friendly and helpful! Great experience from start to now. Had to call home warranty twice but they fixed the issue right away. Absolutely great company and people and I loveeeeee this home. I am grateful for everyone in the process of getting the house.

Very satisfying. I reside out of town in another state and relied on a relative to handle on site visits as well as some correspondence. All went well and Lennar cooperated with the situation. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Despite hurricane Ian and the delays it caused, the quality of the new home is really solid. I’d recommend Lennar to all my friends.

The purchase experience for new home from Lennard Homes, was a smooth and painless. The Lennard team did all the work, and made it possible to close in one month. The loan officers communicated with us the whole process to avoid delays and helps us obtain our Dream Home.

In overall, it is a good experience, good accompaniment throughout the process, they could improve the materials they use in the bathrooms, update the laundry machines, provide information on how to contract the garbage service.

The process was mind boggling at first, but it was the best thing I have experience beside my two kids. Lennar was by my side through the entire process and in the end I was very satisfied. With that being said, I adore my new home.

Overall it was an easy and pretty painless purchasing process from start to finish. From the first time my wife and I met our consultant Kurtis he was very on attentive and responsive. We decided to move ahead with purchasing a home from Lennar during our initial visit to the model home and let Kurtis know. Within 24 hours Kurtis had sent me the necessary documents to begin the process and instructions of where to wire the deposit. The escrow process went smooth and we closed a couple days later than anticipated due to a delay on flooring, which was our fault. During our first walk through there were quite a few minor blemishes throughout the house(paint overspray, wall scrapes & knicks, moldings scrapes, etc) along with the windows being dirty with mud that had splattered on them from the exterior which we documented with their representative. He assured us that the items documented would be fixed for our final walk through. When we came back on the final walk through all the items had been fixed with the exception of the exterior windows still being mud splattered which was not the end of the world but it would have still been nice if it had been taken care of. Once we moved in it came to our attention that our upstairs heater was not working and we contacted the HVAC company that was contracted by Lennar and they informed us that the unit had been wired incorrectly which the corrected. Other than that, the only thing I have found wrong with the house so far is an ethernet port that was wired incorrectly which I fixed myself in about 5 minutes. Travis, Shane and Emmanuel were extremely helpful.

I enjoyed working with Ralph on the mortgage loan side. He was very kind and helpful. I liked working with Kerri from the office side. I love that the ceilings are high both on the bottom floor and the top floor.

The buying experience was great, the rollout was excellent

Overall very nice laid out home. Love the single story and the three car garage. After moving in notice quite a few flaws in the building workmanship. We will get these address and Jesse is great to work with for getting issues corrected.

Perfect place for me to move. A turn key home they were not kidding. Everything was included which was a big selling point for me. Staff was super making the home easy to buy with no regrets. Thank you

Seems like construction was rushed, however when making request for service they do come out in a prompt manner to resolve the issue. Overall I would buy again if the price is right.

Overall experience buying a Lennar home has been excellent! Very friendly and helpful team. The only major problem was landscaping/grading. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. We love our Lennar home here in the Pensacola area!
