Lennar has been very accommodating on dealing with issues that came up with our new house. We only have 1 issue that has been a little hard to resolve but other than that they have been on top of things and friendly in handling issues. I’ve already told lots of people that we were satisfied with our experience with Lennar.

The purchase and closing went very smoothly and quickly. Service requests were handled promptly and in a professional manner.

As a first time home buyer, my experience with LENNAR was undoubtedly a great one. Smooth communication all around! All questions were answered from sales to close of escrow. I would recommend LENNAR to others looking to purchase

My experience purchasing a Skye Meadows townhome has been great overall. My sales rep, Shelby was absolutely amazing, and the construction managers that assisted me with a few things after move-in were always prompt and helpful. Lennar Title was easy to work with, but the mortgage department could have communicated better throughout the process. Really my only complaint is that the quality of the finish work could use some improvement (corners of all window trim were not sanded, nail holes were not filled in floor trim, painting and caulking was sloppy, and had to clean paint spots off the flooring). Very easy to work with and dedicated to filling yr needs n requests.

Love the home. We have run into a few small quality issues but Lennar customer care has been great and they have been responsive to address the issues we have encountered.

We purchase at The Venue at Smithville in Eastampton, NJ. Lennar offers 3 models of single-family houses and has display models for touring. It was easy to determine the model we were most interested in, and the sales rep was very helpful. We knew exactly what we were getting and just had to choose a lot and a couple of options. The whole experience through closing was very easy, transparent and on schedule. The house is obviously in move in condition, but if you want to customize it plan to spend some more money.

Great staff and easy to work with kept us informed on each phase from the beginning to the end.

Smooth transaction to purchase. Great communication with staff. House is what I expect at this price point. Is it perfect? Nope. But it’s what I need it to be at this moment.

We had a great experience buying with Lennar. Everyone we worked with were so friendly and answered all of our questions. They answered the phone every time we called and always got back to us quickly. We will work with them again in the future.

The buying experience went well from the sales person to the loan people, to the site superintendent. It would have been nice to use a larger size DG or rock in the front yard though. The DG is more like sand and gets everywhere.it would have also been nice to get a set of plans for the house, if not paper a PDF.

My experience as first home buyer was great. All concerned parties were helpful and tools used to process the application from beginning to end was user friendly.

While there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed after move-in (which is to be expected with a new build), Lennar has been extremely responsive and timely in fixing these issues. The customer service is fantastic, and Lennar has made it easy to contact them when needed.

Deb, Charlie and Angela have all been great to work with in finding and getting settled in our new home!

I love the house, however going through Lennar Mortgage was a nightmare! We sat at the closing five hours waiting on the paperwork. Again, we love the houses, but do not use the mortgage company.

I enjoyed very much working with Mr. Ricky McNeely for a couple of repair issues that turned up in the first week. He is very punctual and great to work with.

This was overall a great experience. We would have liked to have a little more choices on what we wanted. Like a gas connect on the back patio The dryer vent is too close to the door. With the dryer in front of it the door won’t close and used a 50 amp receptacle so I had to use an oversize power cord. Overall a beautiful, well built home well worth the money.

I am sad I used an outside realtor who was not the best; however, the Lennar staff has been amazing both during and after the process. Juan, Daniel, David, Jason have all been amazing!! We did have some minor electrical issues, but they corrected everything promptly once I reached out to them.
