After looking at several homes by a few different builders I went with Lennar because of the quality, craftsmanship and what other builders considered upgrades were standard with Lennar. I felt I got more for my money.

We love our home and we are happy

Very smooth and timely process. All timelines were met, and the updates and progress reports were weekly and very well received.

Great quality house. Quick responses to any issues. we have.

Some quality issues submitted were garage door alignment and rattling on the AC unit. I was told these are normal issues when seals are not sealing gaps and other AC units are quieter in the complex.

It was pretty smooth n easy. Nice neighborhood

Get an inspector and make sure Lennar fixes all issues found BEFORE closing. Lennar will find every excuse to not resolve any issues after the deal is done, even with the one year warranty

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

My family and I had a terrible home buying experience. Our loan officer had a personal matter come up and literally ghosted us. His leadership didn’t pick up the ball or reach out to us on their own. After multiple times of trying to reach our loan officer we finally went above his head and were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help a little. We weren’t told if we were approved for the loan or not until 2 days before closing all while proactively trying to make arrangements and plan as we had to move to the new location from out of town. The follow through with our loan and procedures for everything were terrible. Here we are months later and still having issues with the getting our taxes taken out of our escrow because the loan officer failed to disclose that we were apart of two different counties and needed to apply for the exemption in both locations. In addition, the home just was very poorly built, from the toilet roll holders being screwed into the cabinets with about an inch of screw protruding out into the cabinet able to scratch someone, to the poor door seals to the cheap garbage disposal that causes our water filter to leak because the quality of the disposal doesn’t push all the food down. This was a horrible home purchase experience. It was hard to get a person to call you back. We had to do a virtual closing and it was awful, the first person we called at the Virtual Closing hung up on use when we didn't get connected fast enough. Then we had to find someone at Lennar who could tell how to get back into the Que since this was already paid for by Lennar. We couldn't ask any questions because it was just the notary on the call. Horrible. After we got moved in our air conditioner did not cool! Lennar has you scan a code if you have any problems and that called us back to help us was rude. The air conditioner had a leak in a coil. It took 3 trips from the air conditioning company to finally be repaired. There are a few minor problems in the house but don't want to call and have them fixed due to the unwillingness of the person we had that received the service request not being helpful! ... More

T.K. is awesome to work with in making home decision. Austin did a great job with getting me approved. Loved my loan processor. But the quality of home for 340K is not worth price you pay. Overall experience was okay. Like new home, but after being in home for some months. Realize quality of work is mid grade. Found a bunch of areas in home not fixed or unfinished work fixed. Grass layed down not good as I have nothing but crab weeds since moving to property. I should not have to put in so much work for bad saud layed down on property.

Buying a home should be a time for celebration of a great achievement, instead, with Lennar Homes, this was a frustrating and disheartening experience. I paid cash so this should have been a seamless experience. However, with the exceptionally poor communication with all Lennar employees I worked with, the closing nearly didn't happen. Lennar staff refused to give me the keys to my home hours after funds had been wired, because I would not fraudulently sign paperwork of things they had not done. I understand that Lennar is a lower cost builder, but that shouldn't mean you get discounted and poor customer care. ... More

Between AC not working day of move in after multiple issues prior to closing, ants, overall bad workmanship, shower needing to be replaced, sewage smell, faulty wiring, faulty plumbing, and almost everything being “not covered after closing. Would not recommend. They build these houses so fast and don’t care what happens after closing. Only nice people are the Sale Agents, after that it’s no good. If they do come out for “warrantable” defects, it’s “we’re doing you a favor”. Need some sense of responsibility.

It was a great experience from the build to the final walk through. The home was over priced initially, but the team at Lennar mortgage and the team onsite really took care of things and made me feel at ease with how the appraisal came back lower than expected. Was glad to have Austen and TK to work with. I would recommend Lennar for sure!

My experience with Lennar was effortless from the beginning. The process was very easy and stress free.

Love our home. Qualities is great for the price. There were some minor things that could have been done better (like some of the caulk work), but overall, a great house in a great location. All the new neighbors that I have talked to seem to like their new homes as well.

The main reason I'm going to the trouble of writing this is to state my displeasure at one aspect of the purchase, but I'll save that for now. First I'd like to state what a good value for price my home was. It seems to be quite well made with an unusually generous part of budget having been devoted to excellent ambient lighting and electrical outlets. One generally must pay a premium for that. That's where it ends. The lovely garage comes without a garage door opener. Seriously. And zero trim work with white paint everywhere. Barren as a baby's behind. Now for my complaint. The mandatory appliance package is awful, being very clearly builder's grade and black. And inexplicably, Lennar refuses to just keep their appliances and permit me to bring my own, which I did anyway, but now it's taking up valuable space in my garage and I must go to the trouble of trying to sell it myself. This seems utterly unreasonable to me and makes me snot blowing mad. ... More

If it’s not too late. Look elsewhere. I have had and will probably continue to have issues with this New home. I have so many pictures to prove it. Make sure you check that your home has been painted and I don’t mean with just primer. The landscaping company is horrible as well. After filing a report with the landscaping company that my so called Bermuda sod was dead and dry when they finally installed it , because it was just sitting across the street for weeks, the company adjust there picture to look green, however they couldn’t adjust the tree that was dead. So just aware..

Never finished cocking in restroom And grass installed was very poor all dry and died

We have been so disappointed in the quality of our brand new home. We have only been here a little over a month and we have uneven floors, wood boring beetles, malfunctioning appliances, broken roof tiles, construction debris, and more. Every time we have Lennar come fix something, they either miss the appointment, show up with the wrong materials, or can't fix the issue. It took them 4 tries to fix a single dented panel on the garage. 3 times to fix a small area of drywall. Moreover, they first try to tell us, we are mistaken and that it isn't an issue. We do not trust Lennar or our customer service representative, and every single tradesperson they have sent has been mediocre. ... More

Enjoyed meeting all the reps to close my escrow and house inspections etc. very nice people.

Quality control and workmanship is below avarge and a lot of mistakes.Close on house and had to spend 1500.00 to have tile floors cleaned and not the only one.

This is our first buying experience with the Lennar and i would say i will buy it again with them in the future although our escrow closing has been delayed 3months and materials that used for the new home seems bare minimum quality products. Im saying this so hopefully the Lennar will consider this into for the future home buildings. The reason i would buy it again is people who are working for the Lennar. Lindsey Chavers homebuyer concierge was there to address my issues and support so i could put up with 3months delay problems.A huge thanks to her! And once we have moved into the new home we have faced and are facing problems in my new home but the Lennar service team is kind and there to support and try to fix my matters asap so i feel confident of my new home. Although im hoping the home warranty can be 2years rather than 1year! And there are still Lennar people onsite to work but they are all friendly and kind. The folks at Lennar Corp., Customer Service, the individual development(s) agents, Lennar Mortgage, Title, insurance services were very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and courteous in the San Antonio and Dallas Market s. They have put together a streamlined, turnkey, top to bottom experience to make home buying so much easier, faster, and less frustrating than I have previously experienced. There use of today's technology makes the process so much easier and faster. If you run across Michael, Korina, or Serenity you are in good hands!

I moved from out of state so I relied on my realtor and Lennar sales rep to assist me thru the process. There were some issues at walkthrough which were addressed by bldg mgr such as dead sod replacement before closing. I drove for 2 days to get to DE and upon arriving at the sales office to pick up my keys I was handed my keys by the sales agent. There was no welcoming feeling from her which I thought was odd. How about welcome to the community or welcome to Delaware. All she said was “I wonder when you were getting here”. Moving on, I got to the house and within 48 hrs my water was shut off. Again, every state does water a little different and I was in the middle of moving in. Lennar, how about knocking on my door to let me know that in Delaware you need to set up an acct with Artesian water. My daughter moved into her home and was told that she didn’t need to call. Some confusion there but again I called to have it turned back on. A week passed and I went to use the oven for the 1st time and flames shot out throughout the entire oven. Scary but immediately turned it off and called our customer care person Chris. He stopped by, made a phone call and had someone out to my house same day to install properly sized converter for oven. Chris was pleasant and helpful. Several weeks now passed and weeds were up to my knees. No grass was being cut until pics were taken on top of the grass becoming brown again. I was watering daily but between drought conditions and heat wave grass was struggling to take root. Fast forward to September and I have a lawn company out to see if they can fertilize/aerate/seed grass. Keeping fingers crossed that they can save the lawn. Meanwhile neighbors have made comments about my lawn. (Embarrassing). Moving forward, to late September and my water meter’s not recording the water usage. Called Artesian and they sent a technician out to see what was going on. Well, he told me that meter wasn’t working so he replaced but told me that the underground area where meter was installed was collapsing and that I need to contact builder to have that addressed. He thought maybe it was damaged during the grading process. I took pictures and emailed Chris again. He did respond and said that he’s not sure it’s a Lennar or HOA issue but wanted to see the pictures of the broken meter and ground so I sent them. So here we are. Next week will be 2 months. I am hoping that I made the right decision to purchase a Lennar home. Overall, I am staying positive and maybe Lennar will reach out and speak to me. ... More
