I rented a Lennar Home prior to purchasing one and this is what made me want to buy with the builder. It was the detail of they put in the home and the unique features. I also like that Lennar builds the home and sales then so you get a new construction home without waiting 6-8 months. The process went quickly 3 weeks from going under contract to closing. No major issues and I am very happy with my home.

Overall we had a great experience with Lennar. We were kept informed of the progress being made throughout the build.

Sincerely, buying home from Lenner would be a great thing to do. Friendly staffs, quick response on any kind of home issues, ready to assist in areas. Clear explanation on any property of your choice, they are amazing. I have referred friends to Lenner for buying and I am still referring because I am pleased with the property I purchased.

It was extremely easy to buy from Lennar. The only complaint for us is we would have like the option to upgrade. But that being said we did buy a home going in knowing we could not. All the staff have been great and easy to work with. Our salesman was very pleasant.

I just purchased my first home through Lennar and I'm thoroughly impressed. We checked out a few builders in the area and Lennar was top notch. Since we moved in, we've had a few minor issues that Lennar fixed immediately. I'm impressed with how they setup a new home buyer for success. The only thing they are missing is a 'personal touch.' There are no flowers, welcome note or anything of the sort when you move in.

The sales person in the sale office responds to my emails and text messages in very short time evrey time when I have questions or concerns.

There were several small problems with our condo at closing. Customer Care did a good job making corrections and follow up.

Seriously Lennar is the best when it comes to buying newly constructed homes, the process was so fast and the sales team was simply the best. There was alot of communication and education especially for a first time home buyer like me. I was in the market for so long but i think Lennar stood out amongst other builders. I will highly recommend Lennar.

It took long to get approved but we were happy that the house was kept for us.

The process was/went fairly easy in the sense that my paper-trail was easy to follow and even tho serious issue(s) came up unexpectedly I was right to provide them with the needed information. Since everything was done on-line at times, it was challenging for me but my son was there to help me. Finally, I'm glad and blessed that the process is over and I'm in a new house, Good luck to everyone.

The sales guy from Lennar was wonderful to take care of the whole process. There were hiccups during the first walkthrough but they fixed them all on the second walkthrough. There is an emergency leak caused by outside hose speagot. Lennar sent right away to fix the issue of plumbing. They fixed the drywall and did the painting caused by the issue. They stand by their warranty.

Relatively easy buying experience. Made even easier by working with only Lennar for the home and initial mortgage. They were extremely patient with my misunderstandings of what they wanted for the mortgage. The windows do not provide as much noise reduction as I thought they would. Love some of the appliances. With time I may change to accommodate my personal preferences. But there is nothing wrong with any of them thus far.

It has been a great experience with everything included and we don't need to set up anything by ourselves after we moved in. But there are a lot of minor finishing touch issues that I see. There are lot of minor spots on the floor due to paint spilling and there are gaps between power outlets cover and wall. I think some attention should have been given to the final finishing touches.

We have dealt with a Lennar a few times before and the service is consistent and the homebuying is a fairly easy process. Great team!

The Lennar Sales Rep was friendly and very welcoming. When she learned I was a veteran she told me about a program for veterans where Lennar buys down your interest rate. It is a limited first come first served National program. Varies from year to year. The home she showed us met just about all of our desires for a home. Good lot size, trees in back of the house offering privacy. I first thought the house was out of my price range, but when I learned that my interest rate was lower than market, I was interested. Then I discovered the Refrigerator was included along with wood blinds, a garage door opener as well. Being tired I was still unsure, but then she told me Lennar would pay all closing cost. This was a new experience for our family in two ways, moving out of state and moving into a townhome. Our agent, Gina did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile and would take pictures of different phases during the building process and send to us. She was always willing to help!. We love the feature of the service request being online and the virtual piece of what needs to be done. The reps were very professional and quick at assessing any issue we may have had. This saves everyone time before someone comes out to fix anything. We have been very happy with all of the contractors too. Once we moved in Matt has also did a great job following up! As soon as a contractor would leave, he would call to make sure the item was taken care of. Dustin, who is Matt’s coworker has stopped by to check in periodically. We highly recommend you to check out Lennar if you are looking for a new home. If we decided to move again, we would definitely look at Lennar again and request Gina as our agent! The Lennar team guided me throughout the process. Very helpful, and responsive to my questions. Overall a good house buying experience.

Gyorgi was amazing in helping us get into our hopefully last forever home here at Terra Bella Condominiums. The layout and the construction of our until is great. Doesn't feel like a condominium at all, feels like a single family home. Construction is well done. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone

First time buyer, I'd say I had a good experience. Not without issues, but everything was resolved quickly and professionally.

The buying experience was professional and smooth. The on site sales rep, Elson, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. Made the process simple and enjoyable. Only problem was, at the price we were paying, Lennar should have been more flexible with some last minute changes. Also, many of the things they did in earlier homes they stopped doing: lighting, alarm, ring door bells, electronic locks, they stopped doing, but we paid a higher price than those folks without the extras.

Overall Lennar team was good to work with. Our salesman Jack was great, as were Ally and Angela in the mortgage department, once people stopped changing. They need to do a better job of quality control on the finalized construction, many tradespeople had to return to finalize discrepancies, although it was nothing major.

Lennar was very thorough and follow up has been good

The response to fixing things is great. Would be nice to have bushes included in maintenance.

Our home buying experience was not stressful. We did a complete walk through a couple of weeks before closing and then a final check the morning before we closed. Any items that needed to be addressed after closing were handled in a very timely manner.
