My buying experience with lennar was great we were treated with importance and care. I say care because it was a very important decision we were making at this time in our life. It was quick and painless. Happy we did it.

Home Buyers need to know exactly what is included in a new home. I was completely unaware that my new home would not have exterior lights, that there were no shower doors in two of the three bathrooms and no towel bars and no mirrors in any of the bathrooms. I have spent the first month in this home purchasing those items. Also older couples like myself need more one on one attention as it is often difficult to do everything via the computer. We have difficulty with Virtual visits.

I have issues with some of the products - flooring gets dents/scratches easily. Walls are crooked. I like my home and the area that I bought in. I am glad my daughter & realtor found the place. Just wish the workers would take a little more pride in their work.

On-site construction team leader Allen Bailey and on-site customer care support Andres Pelaez are fantastic. They simply handled issues with professionalism and respect. We truly appreciate their dedication and they made our experience with Lennar pleasant.

Lennar was great to work with while buying our home. They did everything to help us get into our home smoothly. With any issues they had quick response to fix the problem.

All in all a good experience. We got a well built home at a reasonable price. Some of the workmanship could have been better which required a number of tradesmen return visits. Lennar's was very responsive to any issues, kudos to them. Bottom line I am a satisfied home owner.

House is great floor plan and price was good for what we got. Follow up of service is a little slow because of the rush to build new homes. Hopefully when building is done they will be back to finish up the little details that need attention.

Lennar made it easy and concise throughout the entire process. Their team kept in touch with me every step of the way. All construction issues were addressed and remedied prior to closing ( nothing major ). Mortgage people were difficult to deal with.

My Agent Penny was wonderful, she helped me find my ideal home that I love. The loan officer was through and made sure I had all paperwork needed. My project manager changed 4 times and I never had anyone to really go over any questions or concerns and a lot about the home was not reviewed with me. The closing day process not only was a stressful one but rushed. The mortgage office did not take the time to review things and explain certain paperwork so I left there clueless. Though that part of my home buying experience was not pleasant everything else was good. I love where I live and the home. The workers need to be better and not leave such a mess and clean the house before closing and make sure all is ready for move in day. ... More

It was way to buy a new home with Lennar. Everything went smoothly and the house was only 7 days behind schedule. The staff is great. I wish I would have paid more attention to the materials, the cabinets, hard surface flooring and window are pretty cheap. The carpet is nice and overall it is fine for the price.

Few things in life are as nerve-racking as buying a new place. Exciting but stressful! I must say I was very impressed with my experience with Lennar. My salesperson, Ann, was great and very receptive to all of the questions I fired away. Joe, my loan rep, was also very communicative and quick to respond. And then also a shoutout to Don, the lead for the community building team, as he took me through 2 very thorough walk-throughs and even gave me his # to call with questions once I moved in. From start to finish Lennar team made the process smooth and transparent. I got a lower rate, better house and all without the haggle of todays bid wars. I m beyond pleased with how he’d the team worked to get me in the house. Now that we are in, we are very happy with the home overall.

I’m very happy with my new home!

I’ve had a few issues with the home, but that’s to be expected with a new house. It’s the response that bothers me. Most of the plastic was left inside of the tub of my guest bathroom-it looks dirty and gross… I asked for assistance on how to remove it-no answer. One of the trees installed on the front lawn is falling over and dying… I asked for help- no response. I had other issues, but they were resolved quickly….I am grateful for that, but not getting help for these other two issues leaves me disappointed.

The Monroe Parke Townhomes floor plan is good and space utilization is excellent ventilation, over build quality is great!
