Glad to have choosen Lennar for my home purchased. They worked with me and the whole team was very attentive and quick to answer any concerns. Process was fast and easy lots of reliefs. Very few minor details at the inspection which were all resolved by closing date. Very satisfied with my home.

Home buying process was a breeze for us. Very happy with the house and location. We were looking to downsize but this is such a spacious home. Doesn't feel like a downsize at all. My kitchen has an awesome huge island with plenty of cabinets. Space is definitely not a factor here. Love the way the fence surround the whole house ensuring privacy.

Lennar stayed on top of all the process. I was emailed and called when the agent had a question and explained the process thoroughly. The online closing was easy and fast.

Excellent service I think Lennar is the best.

We absolutely love our new home. From start to finish, Lennar made it very comfortable and convenient. Our sale person Merry was very professional and willing to help, Dan our lender was awesome, Scott (i think thats his name( head of construction was very helpful, the loan officer ers, then Chris, he is an asset to your company. They all are.

Carissa is/was an absolute dream to work with. She is/was very prompt, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. All of the issues were taken care of nicely very professionally.

The overall process was easy and not overwhelming. Every person that led us thru the process took the time to make this stress-free.

I worked with Ann @ Linden Hills in Little Elm, TX. Ann is very professional from the point of finding a home that best fit my needs to answering many questions and concerns I had regarding the process. She helped in all aspect of the purchase process including working with the Lender and she was very responsive throughout the process. We love our home! Lennar has a process to assist from the moment you apply. Once our walk-through was complete, there were a few touch-ups here and there. The team handling this, Lissette specifically, was responsive and took no time to address our concerns. Holly with Lennar Mortgage was also amazing. She understands anxiety from buyers (us) and handles it like the pro she is. Oh, and the little details we have in our home are appreciated. The fridge is fingerprint-resistant... I LOVE IT!!!!!! We specifically purchased the home because we loved the floor plan, and everything included in the price. We originally looked at another builder in town, but they did not include a fridge or any blinds for the price they wanted, and their finishes were so plain.
