From start to finish, what an incredible group of people. I was never left with unanswered questions. The process was smooth, quick and easy! Due to circumstances I was only able to see house through pictures and WhatsApp walk throughs and found them to be thorough and helpful the whole way. I am enjoying setting up the home and making it even better. Thanks to the whole Lennar Team from sales, quality control, finance and title for making this go as smoothly as possible! Now to be honest the only real issue is the landscapers my sod was so lumpy with holes throughout!

We purchase our new home in the new Angeline development. If I can could everyone ten stars that wouldn’t be enough. From the moment we meet our sales rep Irina G it was the start of an amazing buying experience. She stayed in touch with us the whole process. I have to say if it wasn’t for her we might have walked away without buying a new house from Lennar. We had such a great feeling dealing with her and she gave us a great feeling of this new development and of Lennar we bought right away without looking anywhere else. She was very professional and friendly. She made us feel like we were the only home buyer she had. Peter W our Mortage broker was exceptional and guided us through the entire process. On to Barbara P, she was the Loan processor. She made everything very simple as our application was going through the process. Dealing with Barbara made dealing with the underwriter simple and easy. She was friendly and very informative. She got back to me instantly even if it was the weekend. Barbara, Irina and Peter were always there to respond to any questions I had even on the weekends. Barbara kept me informed every step of the way all the way to closing. We did our orientation with Will who did a great first walk through and went over everything in the house from the garage right through the entire house. Mark B our construction manager was the best and took care of everything that needed to be take care of before and after closing with just one phone call. Robin at the title company was great to work with also. We did our closing virtual and was a very easy process and was very quick. Everyone at Lennar we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. They all made the entire process terrific. They made us feel like family from purchase to even after closing. Overall home buying experience was great with Lennar. As a first time home buyer there were many questions that I had and Lennar helped answer all of the questions in a timely manner.

Excellent loan officer and loan analyst. Builder very knowledgable also, previous Lennar home owner but this experience was 10 times better. Only damage from hurricane were a few things inside and fence, and front yard tree but in process of being fixed, this team handled the hurricane situation excellent to help my closing stay on track. So blessed with our incredible salesperson, Katie. She was amazing! Nathan oversaw our construction and we couldn’t be happier with the work done…so much fun to see home grow over the weeks and months.

I had a wonderful experience with Lennar during my first time buying experience. They did everything that they could to make me feel welcomed and wanted and appreciated. Whenever I had a question, it was usually answered in less than 24 hours and with a warm smile on their face. I would most definitely recommend Lennar to anyone purchasing a home. Excellent service But they miss the blinds in our house. I paid money from my pocket to fix blinds.

I love my new home. The details such as sprinklers, the ability to have pest control done from the inside my walls is an important feature to me, granite counter tops and appliances. I’m deeply satisfied with my new home. Thank you, Lennar.

I love my Lennar home and lot. Eric guided me through the planning process. Neil met with me weekly at the home site to review construction progress. Jon addressed any issues that came up during the inspection and walk throughs. All Lennar associates I have come in contact with have been friendly, professional, and valued me as a home buyer.

This experience was smooth as pie, unlike going to get a home already dolled up. I signed paperwork, which was expected, and everything was easy to read and understand except for the money portion I had to get clarification on it. Other than that I had a good experience and would buy more properties.
