Awesome experience love this community and we everything about it .

Experience was very good. They gave whatever they promised and the quality of the house is very good along with the entire process from finding the home to closing the escrow was easy and understandable process.

My overall experience with my Lennar purchase in Land O Lakes, Florida has been excellent! After 40 years working in and around the home building industry in the Maryland/Virginia area I have been truly impressed with the home buying experience. From the initial contact with Stephanie in the sales department, to Jon at Lennar Lending, and to the final punch out and closing of my new home this has been great! I have to admit that Lennar runs this entire process like a well-oiled machine, that I would recommend to any of my friends.

Our experience has been great thus far. Our salesperson was good but once we decided to buy, things really started to move. Loan process was good as was move-in process. Some minor issues but they have been addressed. My one concern is the lawn. We began watering as soon as we moved in but the lawn may have suffered in the interim before could begin watering it. Large patches are dead.

Our home is nice. We have put alot of effort into making it a really nice home. Neighbor hood is nice. The sales staff and the after purchase staff have been great.

While most of our concerns were addressed prior to closing. After moving in the customer care has been slow or nonexistent. Promised information was never provided.

The homes are presented wonderfully. However, after living here for a month, we noticed the Chatmanship is mediocre. The AC vents are loud, various portions of the house that are tucked away are missing paint, plumbing is mislabeled, electrical breaker keeps tripping, among other things.

The only thing that kept me going with the home buying is my amazing realtor. Lennar’s team was awful in communicating within themselves throughout the entire process. The day I was closing I had to call them and ask them if we were ever going to have a final walk through which they stated “I signed to skip it”. I asked to send me a copy of this supposed document to which they responded they were misinformed and that I could do final walkthrough 30 minutes before closing! Obviously it was rushed as we had a 25 minute drive to closing which we later regretted as we saw things that needed to get fixed before the closing. ... More

Over all good but dates kept changing and overall the yard was suspect. The house is great.

We originally had our own realtor, but were told he wouldn’t get paid because he wasn’t with us during our first tour, so we were basically forced to work with Leah instead. The entire experience felt rushed from start to finish. Anytime we had questions about the house, Leah always seemed annoyed or inconvenienced. The house itself also feels very cheaply made and poorly thought out in a lot of ways. The hardwood floors already feel uneven and bumpy in certain spots, the counters scratch incredibly easily even though we’ve been very careful, and a lot of the design choices just don’t make sense. For example, the master bedroom doesn’t even have a door to the bathroom area, so the room constantly feels cold. The shower shelves are mounted so high that children can barely reach them. Even the bathroom lights are on motion sensors that shut off while you’re still in the shower. The “smart home” setup sounds nice on paper, but in reality it’s frustrating because everything uses different brands and separate apps that don’t communicate with each other. Instead of one smooth system, you end up juggling multiple apps just to manage basic features of the house. Another disappointing part was the lack of guidance after buying the home. There was no clear welcome packet explaining what to do next, how to set up utilities like water and electricity, or how all the smart home features worked. Instead, you’re left digging through countless emails trying to piece everything together, which becomes overwhelming fast. A simple welcome binder with instructions, contacts, and setup guides for all the home features would have made a huge difference. But honestly, the worst part was the buying experience itself. Buying a home is supposed to feel exciting and memorable. Instead, Leah was nowhere to be found. No congratulations call, no welcome package, not even there when we received the keys. All we got was a generic congratulations email, and the keys were handed to us in a Ziploc bag. It’s frustrating because if our original realtor had been allowed to represent us, he would’ve actually guided us through the process and made the experience feel special instead of transactional. To anyone considering buying a Lennar home: do not walk into that first tour without your own realtor present. ... More

The whole online process was quick and easy

We had a very smooth experience with Lennar from start to finish. The process felt easy and stress-free. I also did a home inspection, and Lennar quickly fixed the small items that were found. The only suggestion I would give is to improve some of the finishing details. Overall, a great and seamless experience.

Took my EMD. Made promises that weren’t kept. I am completely traumatized from the experience I had with Lennar. So much so that I may never try to buy a house again.

My experience with Lennar was okay. Being a first-time home buyer, I did get a pretty good deal. However, going through the loan process was an eye-opening experience. Lennar mortgage was very demanding and expected me to drop everything and get what they wanted done immediately. I also felt like it was somewhat of a high pressure sale on this house. The area is hard to get to. If there were better access roads to major highways. My work commute would be cut by at least 10 to 15 minutes. I really hope that Lennar is working with community planners to start opening up four lane roads for the increase in traffic in this area. I do enjoy the neighborhood that I live in. But I am at a distance from the things I like to do and enjoy. The new driving is definitely an adjustment. Hopefully this will be changing in a couple of years. I just don't see how it can stay the same with the number of homes that they are building in this area. If things don't change I give my current home 1 to 2 years of living before I move and find something closer. I have also noticed that there are some things such as appliances and my garage door opener that are starting to have some issues after moving in and living in my house for maybe a couple months. You would think these sort of things would last a little bit longer. My neighbor has also complained about the lack of quality workmanship in his house and I've noticed in my house as well. My advice to someone wanting to purchase a house in this neighborhood is keep your eyes open on everything. And do not let things slide ask for the moon and make sure everything is in working order. ... More

Superb customer service from start to finish! Dennis, Frank, and my incredibly patient loan office, Jon (just to name a few) exemplified spectacular customer service. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Amazing customer service, quick response times and quick issue resolutions. Thank you for the incredibly amazing team for guiding me through this entire home buying process.

Save your money. This company is a rip off. They do not deliver what they offer to get you into contact..

I enjoyed working with everyone I came in contact with. Especially Eric when it came time to learn about the house he was extremely helpful. I have recommended 4 family members to definitely move into the same area I am confident they will buy one of your homes.
