The first time I came out to meet the Sales agent "Cindy" to find out about the possibility of becoming a homeowner. My entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in my experience with all including the builder was great, he listen if I had any concerns which were not many. I love the quality and value of my new home. If I had to mention anything I would say I would have like if the builder gave little more patio/porch in the backyard. However; The Lennar -Team and every one made me me feel at ease. They provided exceptional customer service. I do not remember everyone I had contact with, but the Lennar staff-Team members, are a awesome group of people. Logan, believe he was the loan officer made me feel comfortable the first time I spoke with him, as he walked me through the process from start to finish, which took away our feeling of stress or being overly anxious. Lennar worked with buyerin providing best experience in home purchase and building.

Lennar has been great throughout the homebuying experience. As a builder, the structure and materials used in building the home were great. There are some cosmetic things that you will probably want to change but they have don't a great design with design features, options, and color scheme. The Project Manager and Customer Support team have always been responsive and helpful. The staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, great experience.

Lennar is a good builder

All of the Lennar frontline staff, especially the new home consultant, Carlo, loan officer, Ilyssa, insurance agent, Maribelle, and especially the construction manager, Lacey, have allowed us to be at east throughout the process of buying and moving into our new home. The combination of their professionalism and hospitality helped us greatly enjoy our new home experience.

Very pleased with our house purchase from Lennar. The buying process was easy and straightforward. They don't let you customize anything really, but that's a good thing for me. There were several items brought up during the final walkthrough that were not fixed as requested (even though the construction manager tried to convince otherwise), but they have been worked on after the closing. Overall, I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy a new construction.

I have used Lennar as my builder of my last 2 homes. Each time has been a predictable and satisfying experience. Production Manager is extremely helpful and responsive as were the whole team.

The experience was very nice and smooth

This was such an easy process. Of course I was prepared for almost any problem that could come up in the mortgage process. As far as the building process goes, it was smooth and my Lennar homebuying rep was in constant communication and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

Lennar staff is very attentive to my needs and concerns. Professional and outspoken in excellence.

Everything is good ,

We met with Brad, a very good sale rep, and he explained what Lennar offered. We picked a house that was under construction and we watched it bring built. We moved in and, as with every stick build house, there were minor issues that were quickly addressed. We’re happy with the house, pool and the neighborhood

The home buying experience with Lennar was wonderful. They were great at letting me know each week how it was going. Plus, any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. They also closed when predicted. I would recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a great home with great customer service.

Not enough little feachers for the price Work on the pond!

We have had a few problems with baseboards and floors but they have come to fix everything very quickly and professionally

when you move in to a new construction home, you expect it to be clean & tidy, unfortunately that wasn't the case. the bathrooms were left extremely dirty. was disappointed to see that.

I TRULLY WILL RECOMMEND LENNAR TO FRIENDS AND CLIENTS. I REALLY APRECIATED ALL SUPPORT GIVEN.

First of all we are so happy we found this hidden gem in Hill Country. We drive into the community at the recommendation of a realtor from Johnson Ranch. We met Debby at the models. Debby took us out to look at some homes that were being built. We found one with an amazing view out back. Not only did we get the home for a fair price, they paid all closing costs and paid down the interest rate. Although some of the craft mens ship was a little concern, all issues were resolved prior to move in. We could t be happier here. We love all of our new neighbors and our community here.
