When looking at the home, we were told that ALL lawn and landscape maintenance was covered - lie. We were told that the gates would start to be closed for security - lie. We were told that the amenities we are paying for are for use of only residents - lie, because the gates are left open anyone can and do come in to user our sports courts, pool, and trespass fish. I have submitted two requests to get the swamp that is the drainage area on the side of my home - nothing. If anyone reading this is considering buying from Lennar, look elsewhere. You will be told anything to get you to buy only to find out that you have been lied to. ... More

The process was very smooth and quick. I was in my new home within 45 days.

Every person I have come in contact with through the entire proces has treated me with kindness, respect, knowledge, and professionalism.

We’ve been in our home for two months now. So far, so good. The neighborhood is amazing and we love the details. By the time of our walkthrough, there was nothing to blue tape. The attention to detail was great.

Our first homebuyer experience could have been much better had the sales team been much more responsive and kept us up to date on the status of the home. We missed out on the initial home we wanted due to the first sales person, Sheri, not responding to us in a timely manner. The sales person for the 2nd home, Corina, was very friendly once you were able to get ahold of her. After the contract was signed though, we only heard from her if we reached out several times with a question or concern. Even then, we sometimes had to reach out to other people to get an answer. Our closing date was missed as the builder did not provide the necessary items to escrow in a timely manner. We even had to provide documents to the escrow company ourselves as the sales person was not responding to the escrow team. When we picked up our keys we were advised there was an issue with our mail box which was being worked on. We got the run around from the post office and the builder on this issue and had mail and packages returned to sender for several weeks. We had to open a PO Box just be able to get our mail. We eventually got someone high up in the post office to respond to us and stated they had already been in contact with our sales person and was waiting on documents. After many weeks the sales person finally responded with what was needed to get this matter resolved. The home has been great but you can tell some of the construction team rushed thru some items such as the shower not being caulked properly and leaking, brand new lights in the house going out - even though they are supposed to last for many years, needing a new ac compressor after living in the home for only 2 months, the sprinkler system not being set up correctly and many of the plants dying. the lennar team did a great job with my entire home buying process. from start to finish. from sales to closing. so glad I caught them building my house that I didn't know I needed, until I actually needed to move into it right away when I sold my home. the timing was impeccable, couldn't make this up if I wanted to. thank you lennar - chef's kiss!

Beautiful house, everything was done very well

With all the things going on in my life nothing is easy. I came from a home that a friend built and I loved for 22 years and I had people I could call to fix things but not so here. I have to register my own appliances-there are staples in the carpeting and it is hard adjusting but I will get there. The neighbors are nice and I am taking it day by day.

Tom was my first contact and he helped me navigate the buying process Not all things were explained clearly. But by asking questions I figured things out. Using Lennar title was also helpful but the online portal is not easy to navigate.

Very disappointed in Lennar Sales Rep. and rushed craftsmanship. When being shown the house and we asked if we could put in an offer, the sales rep answered,”you can but if it gets appraised for more you’ll need to pay the difference at closing” this dictated how we proceeded. Just recently we learned we were supposed to be shown rates. We were never shown any. Lying to first time home buyers so a Lennar rep. can squeeze more profit for them self’s is disgusting and I’m appalled that’s what y’all stand for. We trusted our Lennar sales rep. and got taken advantage of! She screwed us out of thousands of dollars! FYI after closing the same exact house was priced for $10,000 less than we paid online. A lot of issues with quality, splitting wood in the fence, nails falling out of the fence due to warped wood put in, paint splatter on floors. concrete splatter all over walkway and by garage, every single hinges creaks, damaged door to dryer, wholes from re drilling, random holes in concrete between home and walkway, chip on porch, uneven painting on porch pillars (from rushed hand painting), super uneven. A couple more thing to add we are in an HOA with no place to put our trash cans except back yard or garage. Also we were given a flyer informing us on the school that we were zoned for. This had a huge impact on why we moved to this neighborhood. Turns out it was not the correct school. We were also told only TXU was the only energy provider here which was also not true. Eric and Chad are the rudest construction managers I have ever dealt with. They don’t do their job properly and blame it to others. I have asked them several times to ask the construction folks not to parked in front of my house and block my driveway. They have argued with me and told me that they can’t ask them where to park! I have it on camera that construction guys parked there vehicle right in front of my drive way for over an hour and I have sent them the photos of the vehicles! They didn’t do anything. I am not very pleased with Lennar for having guys like Eric and Chad as construction managers. They are not qualified to be working for Lennar. I want Lennar management to talk to them and ask them for their rude behavior! I would never deal with Lennar anymore and would never recommend any friends or family just because of those 2 rude folks. They have argued with most of the community over small stuff. They needs to be removed from Lennar. They are representing Lennar and Lennar customers are running away from them. ... More

Has been an excellent experience with Lennar. Great workmanship and quality built home. Had a few very small issues and they were corrected immediately. Our Sales Rep Alicia L has gone above and beyond! Thank you very much!!

Don't like the fact that we don't have a pool and we are told that there is no time frame on when it will be completed. So we are forced to spend money on water parks and the lagoon so our kids to die from heat

It was an overall smooth, easy, process from beginning to end. Issues have been addressed. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. It's a beautiful community. Some personal preferences would be to be more considerate of the retired/older owners. Microwave is much too high to remove food safety. Tall cabinets are beautiful but not useful beyond second shelf. I'm understanding the reason but there's trip hazzard coming into garage, should be somehow made more visible. Same with the back patio step down. Just a few suggestions.

My experience with Lennar as a company I have been extremely satisfied. The whole sales team in everyone that backs up that sell team has just been very helpful and have answered all my questions and request. I am very satisfied extremely. Good experience for my new home purchase

From start to finish, what an incredible group of people. I was never left with unanswered questions. The process was smooth, quick and easy! I have purchased 6 homes in my lifetime and this was hands down the best experience. I highly recommend Lennar to my friends looking for a new home. Thank you Lennar team!

The home buying experience was excellent! Except the loan process, it was painful, draining and very time consuming- requesting the same info over and over from my job and from was very unprofessional from the loan company—-

Bought a new construction home. Drywall had more need for patch work than a new home should have. Warped framing boards used, causing parts of the wall to bow into the home. HVAC system used does not provide enough cooling in the summer months upstairs. Should have a split two unit system to cool separately. Customer service with warranty department has been good, but shouldn't have so many issues with a newly built home.

Our agent with Lennar, Mary A, was extremely helpful with our buying process. She answered all our questions and helped with any problems we had to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with her.

There was lot of unknowns after and before the Closing Process and there was no follow thru on what was discussed and agreed to during the walkthru and during the Sales Process.

Due to circumstances I was only able to see house through pictures and WhatsApp walk throughs and found them to be thorough and helpful the whole way. I am enjoying setting up the home and making it even better. Thanks to the whole Lennar Team from sales, quality control, finance and title for making this go as smoothly as possible! Now to be honest the only real issue is the landscapers my sod was so lumpy with holes throughout!
