This precious from start to fitness has been pretty simple. I did everything with Leonard I financed I got my homeowners insurance. I purchased a home that was already prebuilt enclosed and less than 60 days. It was an amazing experience. Lender was exceptional and so was the sales team. Gregg was great and so was Austin and I cannot forget about, NICOLE

I feel the experience of buying has been good. Eugene was available and greatly helped me in purchasing my home. I would like to comment on a few matters. The quartz island in the kitchen is not a good choice. The stone is fragile and takes a great deal of time to keep clean. There are too few electrical outlets and consequentially I have to resort to extension cords which are unsightly. The wire shelves are not good, do not look nice and bend under weight. The shower heads that are mounted high on the walls are impractical. A shower head with a hand held cord would be much better. Several of the inside doors hit each other when opening and closing. The lumber for the fencing is fragile. Such a thin cut wood that is stapled. I was quite shocked to see that. Very likely will not hold up well. And I also want to mention the common areas that are nicely installed but the landscaper did a poor job of not caring for the trees. Many of the trees have died due to neglect. Sprinklers do not reach the trees. And these trees look very shabby. And this of course is visual eyesore. Some skylights on the single story house I bought would have helped with the lack of indoor lighting. Inside lighting is poor at best even with all the inside lights turned on. So many problems, but the biggest one is that my brand new house that I closed less than 2 months ago, now has diffused mold in the kitchen and a water leak under the concrete. I can't even move in even though I'm about to make second mortgage payment.

This was the worst mortgage transaction I have ever experienced. Communication was minimal, our concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and our loan was not cleared to close until the last minute. Thankfully, we had the best realtors guiding us throughout the process. The final walkthrough process was a joke. Third time was a charm for us. After moving in we found so many issues, mostly minor, that should have been addressed prior to moving in, but customer service had been great. Josh has been very responsive and has made sure everything is taken care of.

The whole experience was not at easy as i though.

I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you and thank you again for everything you've done. This is my first time being a home buyer and I did not know that it was going to be this easy, thanks be to God Almighty, thanks be to Michael H. Rebecca Z. and many others.

It was a very nice experience meeting with the construction managers and the final walk through representative for my new home. They were all very knowledgeable and attentive to the details and needs that were presented. Many thanks to everyone, and I love my new home!!

I bought my house from Gregg at Lennar. I even have not gone there to see it in person. But the purchase of experience is very good. Lennar is reliable. Look forward to seeing the house and get to know the materials soon.

The road noise from w.lake bld. Should have been disclosed. This is a heavily traveled drag strip.the plastic fence does nothing for roads noise. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase here. Also wasn’t disclosed that we don’t own the club house.

The entire process using the internet and “portal” was a nightmare for this Baby Boomer! Everyone I encountered assumed I knew how to navigate, upload, download, scan, import to a file - and I still don’t! AND - I didn’t have a computer or the internet, so this experience left me with a bad impression of Lennar. I was treated like an absolute moron because I didn’t understand how to present documents or find one to sign!!!! And when I did ask for help, many people were impatient with my lack of understanding the technical lingo. Very unpleasant experience

We went to tour the division just to see what they were like and it went from a tour of new homes to essentially a car sale. I don’t mean that in any bad way, but that was the closest kind of transaction I can compare that too. Working with Michael we were qualified for our new home and thus began our journey to becoming homeowners. We were then assigned Matt to get all of our required loan documents in order. Once everything was collected we were good to wait until the closing and cash to close transfer. The signing was very quick and painless.

Lennar mortgage went up to a week prior to closing and then said sorry, we cannot finance this. we had to go to a loan broker who got us a more expensive (points, interest, amount) loan within 10 days! We had to move out of our old house prior to closing, so we had to rent an AirB&B with two dogs and a cat for one week until the mortgage was approved. Horrible for all!

We're happy and not happy! We like the house, but Lennar will forget about you once the close is done. The Mortgage Officer 5-Stars EXCELLENT!

If I knew what I know now I would not have purchased this home! This has been the worst experience! Starting with the Mortgage Company forward! The mortgage experience was the worst mortgage experience I have ever been through. Everything was so complicated and you never spoke with a person! This is not good for a 55 and over community especially! It was extremely frustrating and I spent 10 days looking at and signing documents online which was very difficult and I only had 28 days to pack up and get out of my house! No one ever contacted you by phone, only email and I couldn't sit there and look at my phone when I was trying to pack boxes. The entire mortgage process from start to finish was very frustrating. And now to continue, the walkthroughs were not good and items weren't taken care of and then I had two different people telling me items were going to be taken care of and here I am 8 weeks later and they're still not done! The warranty process is horrible because everything is online and you get a message that some number item is scheduled for an appointment and you don't know what it is for and who the vendor is and you can't reschedule it because you can't call them. And just today I had one appointment cancel and the other one just not show! This has been the worst home building experience I have ever had and I've built a few homes. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted in that times have thought about not even finishing unpacking and getting out of here! I can't even unpack my clothing because my closet wax are falling off of the wall! I have clothing all over my house and I can't even get settled because of it! I kept putting off doing this survey but you keep sending it to me so now you have your survey! And I am not the only one that feels this way. And everybody passes the buck! It's nobody's job and it's not the HOA and it's not Lennar and nobody fixes or takes care of anything and my property looks disgusting because it's supposed to be taken care of and it's included in my fees and it looks horrible! I have dead grass and dead trees and dead plants and no one ever shows up to take care of it and what I have in my yard is weeds instead of grass! And trees that fell over and it's nobody's job to fix them! I'm extremely frustrated! ... More

Been pretty awesome overall, the value is there with Brand new everything awesome. If getting mortgage through Lennar, need to be prepared to turn things around as immediately as possible. That said, I’d recommend family and friends to buy Lennar home if HOA dynamics are something you’re OK with.

The home buying expereince was seemless except for the rate. The models are really and the home build quality looks extremely good. The support after we moved in was a bit okay and has room for improvement. What I hated the most in the home buying process is the sales rep said that they have interest rates specials but would quote different rates and would defer it to the lender. The lender quotes different rates to different people and when asked about matching the rate that my friend got, she asks me to check with the sales rep and they just blame each other and finally I had to go with a rate that was quoted to me. I wish they keep it consistent with the "specials" they provide. ... More

Unbelievably difficult to get anything fixed. Will NEVER buy another Lennar product

Exterior stucco at many places looks sloppy, with holes, wire mesh exposed, stucco accumulating at bottom of walls. Base of garage wall, concrete lumpy, not a finished look like with other builder’s concrete base of garage wall. Shea Homes garage - base of wall looks smooth & finished. Lennar’s concrete base look so un-finished, not smooth - very poorly done. It’s s big difference how both look next to each other, in pic, when compared. Customer Care Service not easy to get repairs. A little difficult, many checks & inquiries as screening, before repairs to be done. Customer Service requests, when replied, need to include item short details, right next to request numbers, to make easier to refer to. ... More

The entire process from start to finish and close was amazing. All the woman in the front office and back office just amazing too. Love our new home and neighborhood.

We had a pretty good experience. We have purchased from Lennar before so we were better at advocating for ourselves this time. With any home builders you always want to have the product independently inspected and the issues on the punch list completed before you sign off and go to closing.
