I love my new home!

Awesome experience buying home with lennar!!

It was a quick and smooth home buying process with Lennar. Dates that were communicated were adhered to. Front office, supervisor team were super responsive. Good experience overall and hope it remains that way!

Our whole experience was well managed, until the local utility company could not supply transformers on time. Lennar management and sales weee upfront with updates, though. However we were without internet for a month, and Lennar had not mentioned that as a problem until closing.

I'm happy with the purchase of an inventory home, vs a custom build. I find that Lennar is focused on Tech Homes. I think for 55+ people some may not be ready for the 21st Century home. I like the additives of Ring equipment which I feel is about $1000 worth of products which saved me from getting a new system. The response to new build defects was rapid and man-made defects are expected in a new build.

I have had a pleasant experience with purchasing this home.

Brian has resolved every issue I have had. He is a good listener and a great resolver of problems in my home.

Love my home and the quality is fantastic, I had one issue with a light and they came out and fixes it the same week, I can't say enough about how much I love my home.

The buying process was great Zach followed up with us through the construction process. My biggest disappointment is the quality and the workmanship and finishes. Skip trowel finish on walls terrible done buy someone who didn't know what they were doing. We love the house and community just wish better care should be take with interior finishes.

I loved everything about the experience. My ONLY complaint was with ANABEL, the rep who gave the 2 walk-throughs once my home was complete. She was NOT flexible with her scheduling which caused me to leave work both times, she rushed thru the walkthru..she could have just handed me the brochures to read because her presentation and customer service was horrible. She asked me to tell her for the most minut issues. I pointed out a couple and she NEVER followed up.

We have been waiting to get internet line ran to our home for over 3 weeks.

Maintained a great working relationship with builder rep and customer care rep after the sale. Very pleased with the concern by both individuals for attention to detail and response to customer concerns.

Overall it was a great Experience!! There was little issues when we 1st moved in, but that’s the nice part of having a new place with warranty, then buying as is. Lennar came out and fixed the issue and with any other issues, they are still coming out to check and fix issues . With that a HUGE shout out to Rudy! And another reason for the 5 star on trustworthy! When they say they’re gonna come out to help or fix …. You can trust him!!! A true professional!! For the price, it was good but of course, everyone would say would be nice if it was cheaper lol. Thanks again Lennar for the experience, and for having good people on your team, from Marla, to Rudy and Jason (you know who you are) thank you!!! The home buying experience was really great.

Every step of the buying process was smooth with Lennar. This is our first home in a new community and every step of the process was seamless. Our project manager, Ian, was very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. We also worked with Adam for our walk throughs and he was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. Working with Lennar as our lender was the easiest process we have ever had. Lennar has thought of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend buying one of these beautiful homes.

Buying process was good and easy........quality is just ok but that's kind of expected in these kind of developments I think. Service to take care of things afterward has been great overall.

Thomas and Katy were awesome to work with. They stuck with us as we learned about our new home. If issues were found they got them resolved quickly. They were friendly and very kind. Our home is the perfect size and area for us. We love it!

Happy to move here in Vanue nice club house, nice peoples surround us.
