We bought a great retirement house!

Lennar's broker, Cheryl, was simply outstanding; very responsive on any requests we have had, both pre- and post-closing. Some finish and repair issues discovered post-closing have been or are being addressed. Overall, can recommend the Cascades in Newark DE for anyone looking for a house in a 55+ community.

Not much got done after my walk-through and doing my punchlist, so I wasn’t really impressed with how the house was handed to me. However, the response with contractors and work orders have been amazing. The contractors are fast to respond and pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Lennar and purchase another Lennar home in the future. Is it for

Overall it was a great Experience!! There was little issues when we 1st moved in, but that’s the nice part of having a new place with warranty, then buying as is. Lennar came out and fixed the issue and with any other issues, they are still coming out to check and fix issues . With that a HUGE shout out to Rudy! And another reason for the 5 star on trustworthy! When they say they’re gonna come out to help or fix …. You can trust him!!! A true professional!! For the price, it was good but of course, everyone would say would be nice if it was cheaper lol. Buying process was good and easy........quality is just ok but that's kind of expected in these kind of developments I think. Service to take care of things afterward has been great overall.

We chose 5401 for the location and community - loving it so far! Having lived in other new build homes, Lennar really holds up in quality. The sales team is incredibly helpful and kind, and warranty team seems to be willing to help. The townhomes are a great price for value option especially in todays market! Overall, highly recommend 5401; the Lennar team will take care of you each step until closing day!

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with our new home. Our place was completed on time. Sales person communicated with us throughout the building process. Home orientation by builders team was thorough. They were very accommodating. Only disappointment is the appliances. They are not up to standard. They are low grade. Should consider matching appliance to cost and value of home.

Our salesman was excellent. Great guidance and quick to respond to all questions and concerns, if any. Field representatives also rate high with honesty and excellent response time.

Over all very good experience. Face to face communication with Derek and Ryan were great. We love our new home. I only marked down one start for quality as there have been a number of items that needed repaire after move in that were missed on initial walk through. Tho this was my first time buying a build home and I had it Inspected by a third party there were still things we didn't find until moving in and to that, so far, all the corrections have been done well without issue. Lennar keeps their end when it comes to the warranty.

Lennar is a great team to partner with and fulfil the dream project for a Home! Very well organized teams handling the entire Home Acquisition life cycle. The sales team is central to any product and my experience with Lennar has been great. Found great suggestions and absolute transparency in to the property and good insights on decision making parameters. Tom from the team deserves a shout out. Bill from mortgage team and the extended team with good technology enabled setup made the entire paperwork seamless and a valuable learning experience. Closing team and prep work towards closing with construction management team reflected the professionalism Lennar builds its reputation on. Construction materials and planning was well sized and executed. It is a difficult industry with the wide spectrum of people and process. Lennar’s tech enablement gives it the edge. Lennar was very helpful towards the closing of the house. they were flexible in supporting us in closing the house. The agents did a great job in understanding our situation and helping us during the closing process.
