It was indeed a nice experience

The mortgage approval process through Lennar was seamless. Great sales and construction leads.

If you had to put Lennar in the good, better, best category. They would be better. The price we paid was on the better side the materials used was occasionally on the good side. The most disappointing install was the cheap carpet that feels like cardboard. It’s a shame to spend over half a million and get carpet used in dorm rooms The building process has almost zero customizations. If you want an extra outlet, to bad. If you want to insulate interior walls, to bad. The window package is CHEAP. There are tons of upgrades available But they don’t follow new trends like black accents. The expensive upgrades don’t get your better workmanship either. I’m curious to see how things hold up over time. We hope to move in the next 10 years where the house will likely deteriorate. The builder’s were amazing. They walked me through and made sure I understood every detail of the home from start to finish.

Melinda (Lennar consultant) made the selection of model and contract experience very easy. Bobby and Josh (my before and after contacts) were always listening and did what they said they would do. Made it very easy to go thru the building experience. After the purchase, Gonzo installed upgrades for me. very reliable and affordable. Very satisfied with experience and finished product.

The home-buying process was super smooth, and did not have any issues whatsoever. The entire Lennar team were friendly and answered all questions i had about the home and community.

Over all a very good experience. You have to understand that they are really throwing these homes up at an incredible pace. Only a few cosmetic issues that were handled after the walk through. Sales office took care of me, showed me three homes in process and doing the paperwork in less than an hour.

We love our new home and have enjoyed working with the staff at Lennar. Though everyone has been courteous and professional- we do wish our punch list items were being handled in a more timely manner

The process was direct and straightforward. They provide all they promised, it is good you keep tract of promises until closing. Lennar gives opportunities to homeownership to instrested buyers even at this tough moment in the market. The Sendero community is just so wonderful to be a part of it. My family and I love our new home, for it's a dream come true with Lennar.

We chose 5401 for the location and community - loving it so far! Having lived in other new build homes, Lennar really holds up in quality. The sales team is incredibly helpful and kind, and warranty team seems to be willing to help. The townhomes are a great price for value option especially in todays market! Overall, highly recommend 5401; the Lennar team will take care of you each step until closing day!

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with our new home. Our place was completed on time. Sales person communicated with us throughout the building process. Home orientation by builders team was thorough. They were very accommodating. Only disappointment is the appliances. They are not up to standard. They are low grade. Should consider matching appliance to cost and value of home.

Awesome experience from building to closing. Everyone I mean from the construction manager Ashlee to Carrie my loan officer was always available and communicated with me during my entire home buying process.

All team of lennar are good. Helping with all issues during the process. Construction team is kind and help to fix all issues. Guides how to use all appliances in the home whenever required.

This has been a great first time home buying experience. My sales agent Laurie was superb and was there to assist and navigate along the way. Leslie was also amazing with answering any loan or finance questions and ensure alignment with the title company/requirements. Again, amazing experience and team. All backend/pending follow up items have been addressed or completed. Kristine has worked closely with me to complete all service request and assisting with all pending installations. Amazing team, I would highly recommend any first time home buyers or homebuyers work with Lennar - their Customer service and for simply ensuring what could be a stressful process, very seamless and exciting!! Over all very good experience. Face to face communication with Derek and Ryan were great. We love our new home. I only marked down one start for quality as there have been a number of items that needed repaire after move in that were missed on initial walk through. Tho this was my first time buying a build home and I had it Inspected by a third party there were still things we didn't find until moving in and to that, so far, all the corrections have been done well without issue. Lennar keeps their end when it comes to the warranty.
