My husband and I recently brought a home in Lindera Preserve and had a great experience. Everyone from sales (Alvin), construction (Chip) and even during the underwriting (Rob) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We originally were going to go with a different lender but Lennar Mortgage was able to save us thousands in monthly payments and closing costs!!!! We have been in our home for a month with no major issues and we couldn’t be happier. There are a lot a bad review about Lennar in other states but we honestly didn’t have ANY ISSUES from contract to closing. Everyone I worked with at Lennar was great. The new home consultant Eric, the loan officers Raphael and Janet and the closing coordinator Yahaira all treated me as a valued client and were always there to answer questions. And Masen saved the day by finding me some extra tiles. All in all a very good experience.

Lennar has been easy to deal with and any problems have been handled promptly

Lennar makes buying a home as easy as it could possibly be. Their sales agents are very helpful and accommodating. It is evident customer satisfaction is their priority.

We moved from Illinois to SC last year due to my job, and we (me, my wife annd our infant daughter) ended up renting a small house in Liberty. It was way too small for us, but then we found out we were going to be having another child, so the hunt for a better suited home was on. We stumbled upon our house out of luck, just 3 days after our son was born and it was a smoking deal so we had to jump on it quick. Lennar is a good company. I think they hire some contractor workers who rush through these homes so for my experience, I had a lot of issues that I felt if they took their time building the home instead of rushing, some of the stuff wouldn’t have to be done over. Now, I love the fact, that when I have called for help on any issues in my home that needs immediate attention, they are quick and responsive and get people out here to fix exactly what you need. Jennifer & Chad have been the most supportive since the day I moved in with helping me get items done. From my new home orientation list and any issues since I’ve moved in, they have been awesome, Ms. Denise is the best sales consultant I’ve ever met. She does exactly what she say she is going to do and she make sure from the time you get your Lot until closing day, she goes above and beyond to help you. Lennar has an an Organized process for home building and delivery. It also has a well defined process for post delivery warranty related issues. Lennar delivered what was promised. Supply related delays were beyond anybody’s control. However, l kept on receiving updates regarding delays. Overall good experience.

Although I have only been living in our new Lennar home for about six weeks, so far everything about the home has been great. Even minor (normal) issues have been dealt with quickly after I filed the request via the online service request portal. Bottom line, so far so good.

This is actually my second brand new Lennar home. I decided to downsize. My first experience was definitely wonderful so I came back to the builder I trust. Any concern is addressed right away.

I chose a base model house and consider myself a DIY person . So I made quite a few upgrades myself. The guys at Lennar are helpful and reply fast to issues found.

We put down money sight unseen, going off of reviews and photos of work (this was due to a last minute job transfer and needing a house for a growing family). From day 1 of speaking to the community liaison, we were kept in the loop of construction progress, fall backs, and Changes. When were able to finally see the place in person, we were not disappointed. Then come orientation day, and seeing the final product, we were over the moon with how perfect everything turned out. Outside of normal house issues (really just a few mail pops) the craftsmanship of construction has been phenomenal. Nothing major has gone awry since moving in and we tell ourselves nightly how appreciative, lucky, and how much we absolutely love our new home. We love our new home and great neighbor.

Post handover I raised 2 tickets, but first followup call happened to know what the issue is. Post that when they will come is unknown

I purchased the home while living in Colorado. The builders on site were responsive in interacting with my brother to address anything during the walk through and final turnover

It was a pleasant journey towards owning my new house. I really like the layout however I wasn’t able to make changes anymore. There are some things that need attention and they responded to the requests right away. There’s still pending things to fix and I get updated on the status of the request. Overall I’m very happy with the house.

I found the perfect retirement home at 3Roots. It was expensive but exactly what I wanted. Loan and escrow were fairly simple compared to my previous home. Had a few problems with various items but they were all attended to by Lennar.
