The appliances, minus the extra cheap washer and dryer, are top notch. Putting a $200 crappy washer in a million dollar home is just insulting. At least give the buyer an option to upgrade. Overall, the flooring was put in straight, I've seen worse grout jobs. We really have no major complaints at all so far. Lennar is definitely overpriced for a very basic house, but we liked the space and the neighborhood. They gave us a great interest rate deal at a time when rates were skyrocketing. So zero complaints on the buying process. Any minor issues that we've had, have ALL been corrected in a super fast and efficient manner. Their follow up workers are fantastic! We are still cleaning up paint marks all over the house floors, but I guess that's normal. The plastic seats on the toilet are a little ridiculous and cheap for the price we paid on the house, but overall, workmanship was actually better than Del Webb, Richmond American, Pardee, Pulte and even Toll Brothers. Some of the other builders have more options for sure, but then they added up to way beyond Lennar. So I guess you have to figure out priorities. We would still consider using Lennar in the future. Communication and the process for reporting issues with the home is beyond brilliant and easy. You get a Lennar rep to work with you throughout the process and ours has been beyond amazing and on top of everything! ... More

Lennar is a great team to partner with and fulfil the dream project for a Home! Very well organized teams handling the entire Home Acquisition life cycle. The sales team is central to any product and my experience with Lennar has been great. Found great suggestions and absolute transparency in to the property and good insights on decision making parameters. Tom from the team deserves a shout out. Bill from mortgage team and the extended team with good technology enabled setup made the entire paperwork seamless and a valuable learning experience. Closing team and prep work towards closing with construction management team reflected the professionalism Lennar builds its reputation on. Construction materials and planning was well sized and executed. It is a difficult industry with the wide spectrum of people and process. Lennar’s tech enablement gives it the edge. This is the third house we have built, and by far the easiest for us to navigate through. Although we would have liked to have been able to get some additional customization, we understand that the value of this builder is attainable through standardization of the homes. We were surprisingly impressed with the quality and amount of trees and landscaping that they did along Route 47 and at the entrance to Fox Pointe. Looking forward to seeing what the park brings esthetically to the development.

The home buying experience with Lennar from the on-site sales agent to the closing process was exceptional. I have bought several homes in the Atlanta metro area and this experience has been the best. There were issues after I closed but Kendra in customer care was wonderful and wasted no time addressing the issues. Would recommend Lennar without reservation.

The buying process was great. Love the house, but wish I could’ve picked some of the finishes. Waiting for small issues to be repaired. Overall, I would recommend, very nice community & looking forward to many years here.

Fast to build the house and good quality inside of house. Workers are very responsive and friendly.

Best Walk Through experience with Brian. The minor fixes are done smoothly and further fixes are through QR codes and video inspection and all done without any issues. I think Lennar is putting technology in a good use.

Lennar was very helpful towards the closing of the house. they were flexible in supporting us in closing the house. The agents did a great job in understanding our situation and helping us during the closing process.
