Building was done per schedule. We were given all of the information we requested and had all questions answered during both walkthroughs. Issue were fixed immediately.

Everything included feature is awesome. Saved so much money on appliances, blinds, and more! Thank you :)

Many things had to be redone because of poor quality. Should concentrate on DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

We decided to build after searching all around Indy and other builders. Right from the start you could tell Lennar’s quality of home over others. We loved the 55+ concept! Just starting retirement it’s great to have a new home you don’t have to worry about or a yard to take care of! We can travel whenever the mood strikes us! The sales team sent us weekly updates and pictures of our home being built which was great as we were 3 hours away.

Our salesperson Susan made everything easy through the sale and is helpful after the sale with any questions or needs.

Overall, we have had an amazing experience purchasing and building our beautiful home with Lennar. We absolutely love everything, down to the finishes. Lennar homes have a luxurious feel for affordable pricing. The Next Gen layouts couldn’t fit our needs more perfectly. We instantly fell in love and knew this was the perfect home for us. There is definitely room for improvement with communication to homeowners as well as throughout the company itself, but at the end of the day our needs were met. The process could’ve been smoother and closing was a hassle. All in all, would highly recommend Lennar to build your dream home too! ... More

Sales people were nice Project management are willing to correct any issues immediately We purchased the Hartford model. We love the flow of the home. After being in the house 6 months, my only dislike is the master bathroom. The shower and water room are backed up to the living room wall and everything can be heard when being used. This design flaw could be corrected by switching the sink and lining closet with the shower and water room.

Everyone involved with the purchase and loan process were available and responsive to questions that I had. They kept me informed with regular updates during construction and were prompt to correct any issues that arose after moving in. I have been particularly pleased with the customer service process and the help the representative has provided.

Dawn is AMAZING. She has been consistently professional, responsive, understanding, caring, and thorough. I was going through some serious medical issues during the build and closing, and I feel so supported and valued as a homeowner. Thank you, Dawn!!

Great to work with. It was a manageable experience

The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!

This is my second experience with Lennar. Once more, I am very satisfied. The process of buying the House worked very well and the final product was above our expectations.

Working with Lennar mortgage was a nightmare, they continued to ask for the same information continuously from the time we applied until we actually closed, which was more than two weejks

We would’ve liked more upgrade options (e.g. windows in garage door, an ext. doorway to garage, a light over kitchen sink, higher quality kitchen cabinets and drawers, base cabinets with drawers vs. doors, electrical outlets in floor, exterior stonework on front of house, double hung vs. single hung windows).

Lennar (at Malone) was very forthright with any complications during the build process. They kept us appraised of new developments and progress on our new build along the way--including sending us pictures-- which I thought was a very nice touch. Michael in the front office always took his time to respond sincerely and concisely to any queries we had, and allayed our fear with the right information. There is also no "upsell" with this company-- what you see is what you get. Whatever wasn't done to your satisfaction will be fixed. Since moving in, every little fault we have found from minor issues to exterior paint complaints to drywall repair and so on, Chris, Andrew and team has sent professionals to fix it. It does take a little bit of time (I have even heard some grumblings about that), but I understand workloads these folks go through, and they have always shown up. It hasn't been an easy year or two (snowed in, rains, coronavirus) but the dedicated speed and professionalism that this team has worked with while maintaining quality has truly been commendable.
