I have been very satisfied with the associates that work for Lennar. Brandon, project manager, was excellent. He was fantastic with updates and any questions that I had. After I moved in, Grayson, was also very helpful with questions that I had. My only complaint or suggestions for Lennar is minor. Why weren't towel bars or ceiling fans installed? It would also have been nice to have an irrigation system installed as well. Having 4-6 hoses plus sprinklers to cover the large grass area was very costly and it interferes with the lawn maintenance. Lastly, setting up the systems for the "smart" house was not very easy for me. It would have been nice to have had someone to come and set it up or a name and number of someone who could do it. Much better experience on build quality than recent purchase of D R Horton.

I was very pleased working with my loan officer and the seller agent from Lennar, both were polite, guided me through the expectations and requirements in a timely manner. This is my family’s second purchase from Lennar and we will encourage our children to choose them when they are ready to buy.

The people are amazing, great at their jobs, efficient and attentive with great personalities and customer service. I recommend using Lennar’s services every step of the way through the entire process. They made it incredibly efficient and easy.

Nice and awesome buying experience

I closed on my property before the construction was completed, I was assured by the builder that I would have access to the property 2 weeks after closing, This didn't happen. Fortunately, the builder compensated me for the delay in completion.

Our sales associate Tanna is always excellent. She’s very helpful and responsive. Jody also did a great job. Jody helped us with the loan and was very friendly… And responsive. We had a great experience… We would recommend to others.

I had a great experience with Beth as the sales rep. She was great guiding me through the whole process and was very responsive to my questions: via phone, next and email. The quality of the home itself is great so far. However, I am a bit disappointed on the workmanship of the landscaping. California is in a drought and there are many leaks with their irrigation system through out. I have reported them to the association and the landscapers I see at the community and these leaks still have not been repaired. Otherwise, my and family and I, are very happy with our home and the community!

It went out smoothly

There were some minor issues at closing, no Wi-Fi for 10 days and we still don't have any handles on any of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also, the guest bathroom does not have and drawers on the vanity sink cabinet. Hopefully these issues will be taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we are happy with our purchase of a Lennar Condo.

Will holdup on this for awhile . We were told it will take 2-3 days to fix and then I will write my review . Lennar has a very good reputation and that is the reason we brought in a Lennar community .

I bought my home sight unseen except for picture on the internet. When I got here I was very surprised at the quality of the home. I love my home. I highly recommend Lennar homes

If you are looking in the 55+ category you should check out a Lennar community. We starting by chatting with Ekaterina who explained all the model options and communities beforehand so we knew which community in PA to focus on. We made our appointment with Brighid who was patient, efficient and showed us great models in Meadows at Hillview to select from. Brighid communicates every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with. Each home comes complete with a good variety of upgrades included. Some developers nickel & dime you for everything including outlets, tile and hardwoods but not Lennar. The whole buying process was automated and there even is Lennar Mortgage with great mortgage rates & terms. Better hurry there almost 1/2 way done with building these cape cod style homes here. We also met Cheryl on the day of our closing who was great as well and helped us with some last minute details. Lastly you’ll also enjoy and appreciate your construction team-Chris & Joe for added insight and understanding of your new home. Weekly building updates were awesome while building especially living out of state. Still waiting on some needed repairs since we moved in. All in all it was a good experience.

There was no last minute surprises. I would have been more happy if Lennar mortgage matched the competition rates. I went with the other. Quality is ok. Lawn grading is sun optimal. Everything included gives Ring System but does not give it installed!!
