Very dependable and good value. Attention to details was very good except a few minor things, e.g., single zone thermo and no WiFi controlled garage door. We appreciated the trusting experience wanting us more of Lennar. Too bad, there isn't any where we are interested but who knows?

From inception to completion, they consistently exceeded my expectations. My dedicated new home consultant, Todd Eisele, not only exhibited professionalism but also genuine friendliness. He patiently addressed all my inquiries and expertly guided me through the diverse floor plans and customization choices. Special recognition is due to my construction manager, Aaron McDonald, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless. Aaron’s commitment to quality and timely communication made the entire journey stress-free. The craftsmanship of my new home is truly outstanding; Lennar’s meticulous attention to even the smallest details has resulted in a beautiful and functional living space. Our new home orientation with Mike Inge was both pleasant and informative—he patiently answered our questions and diligently noted any necessary adjustments. Whenever I had concerns or needed assistance, the Lennar team was responsive and attentive, demonstrating their genuine care for homeowner satisfaction. I extend heartfelt gratitude to my customer service representative, Jon Palm, for his prompt and thorough responses. Despite not knowing all their names, I also want to acknowledge the other team members who contributed to our successful home buying experience. Everything was smooth, fast, and easy.

We bought two homes from Lennar, both times, the experience was amazing. The home buying process is never a smooth ride, with Lennar, they make it better.

We lived in Florida where we purchased a DR Horton home. We built that one in 4 years. Lots of issues with the process and the build, so we were a little leary when we saw this Lennar Home. To our great SURPRISE, this was totally different. The process was smooth from start to finish. We were on a timeline to move to Delaware, and Lennar helped with that. They moved the closing date about a week earlier for us, so we would not be "homeless". Every question was answered and understood. We choose them to do our Mortgage as well, and got a great price, and interest rate. There was a team that checked in with Every aspect of the home. Very friendly and helpful

My wife and I are new to San Antonio and our salesman Jarrett was very helpful and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Jarrett was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He told us about the advantages of using Lennar financing versus other financial institutions such as no out of pocket expenses and lower interest rates. He also told us about military disability discounts which was a big selling point for us. Kim was our loan officer and she was also very helpful and available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Brenda was our person in the escrow department and she was clear and concise with the paperwork and made our closing quick and efficient. Love our new home!

Love the house and the service we have had. There are a few things going on with appliances that are pending. Other than that we are happy with our home.

Process was smooth and everything was done perfectly by the time we needed. Wonderful experience, with great people and it is a beautiful home. We couldn't be happier. Our whole experience has been great. Step by step throughout we knew what to expect and had consistent communication. The follow up on any concerns has been almost immediately. The materials and craftsmanship are fine, but this isn’t a high end home. We definitely have the value we paid for and we love our house.

I am the "go big or go home" type of person and decided to have my first home-buying experience be: building one. Lennar and their team made the process that others have told me I would dread smooth and seamless. Unlike other builders in our area, I was able to choose the colors, tiles, siding, brick, and cabinetry I wanted that were in line with the trim level I chose. The process was so fun to see the land develop from farmland to street, to the foundation, to the framework, to my home! Of course, there were some delays that some people would be upset about, but being new construction, I understand utilities and some other issues will arise. Experience has been outstanding in every way!

Knowledge and professionalism of Lennar staff from sales, loan officer who put extra hours to meet deadline for closing (this loan was not an easy task due to 5 hours time difference and special documents required for loan approval), walk through staffs and builder pre/final inspection went smoothly. Our family appreciate all the coordinations to make it happen, putting us into a newly build home we enjoy and love.

My whole experience with purchasing a home from Lennar was a great one. Everyone that I dealt with along the way was extremely helpful and attentive and I certainly would have no hesitation recommending Lennar to anyone who asked me. Thank you.
