Wonderful customer service. Attentive and quick to respond.

The sales person for our property was great! She took pictures of our house while it was being built and kept us posted of the progress. Really loved being kept posted along the way

Very happy with the purchase.

Distance space between two houses is too narrow. Subdivision entrance sign is not big enough to show Lennar is a big builder/company. Subdivision backside should have built a wall besides front wall.

The overall buying experience was great, especially for a first time home buyer. We had some slight miss understandings with the construction department, but nothing that was detrimental. Overall I'm pleased.

I am very happy with my new house and community. The construction manager and sales rep were helpful during the build and responded quickly to any question I had. I particularly like that I can put a work request in the computer and a representative gets back to me quickly and sets up a repair man in a timely manner.

Overall good quality. Best floor plan. Less options. Delayed delivery.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? From the first moment we met they were so careful about every single detail that it was impossible not notice the difference. We felt at home. The house was a dream, perfect, clean, almost no details to be fixed. I was expecting a high end price but no, it was a fair price and surprisingly they were flexible. The builder's team was fantastic, they took care of us as if we were the only customer they have. They not only delivered everything that was agreed but also the sales team went above and beyond. Overall very professional and responsive to needs. If I were in the market for a second home I would be happy to buy from Lennar again.

My experience was great! The build had some minor things to fix but the responsiveness with the warranty was fast

I would purchase again using Lennar. My only issue is the paint is is more of a primer than paint. It needs 2 coats and I wish Lennar left a little paint, floor,carpet in the garage for touch ups.

It was a positive experience

Overall a very good experience. Our one critique would be that there seems to be a lot shuffling around. We would turn in paperwork or information to one person and then another person from a different section would ask for the same thing. A lot of duplicate steps in the whole process. It would feel more comforting if we had one person handling our case from start to finish. A few times we were worried it wouldn’t happen because all the different people involved didn’t seem to have our information and we would miss our closing deadline.

My overall experience with Lennar, and all active players on the team in making the purchase of my home a great experience. I truly appreciate all the help that I received to make this process of buying a home less stressful for me.

During the sales phase of my experience with Lennar the staff were much more responsive. Now that I have some small incidental repairs, they are not timely in completing these requests. Still very satisfied with my purchase.

Andrea was really awesome to work. Responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. The workmanship of the home is nearly perfect. But the group is very quick in responding to concerns and fixing any issues we have. And unfortunately, in this crazy market, I’m not sure one can get that great of value for a home but we are more than happy with the townhome overall.

Loved the ease of contacting the agent and getting through to the final process. Everything was easy and convenient and mostly done online.

Overall very good experience, Process was smooth.

The home buying experience was great. Brad Broseker and Steve Mustin were really great.
