Coming from a custom built home, you have to adjust your expectations. Townhouse is well constructed and very comfortable but fine craftsmanship not a strength. Still, we love it.

Backyard grass is uneven, but all others concerns are addressed in one month.

It was a quick informative process, our house is perfect” thank you Stephanie” the construction is top notch”thank you Eric” and the loan process was straight forward with nothing hidden, “thank you Andy and Desserie”

Our whole Lennar experience was great from the sales team, work site personnel and warranty team. They made us feel welcome and made sure we were kept up to date with our home.

Quality home at an affordable price.

Lennar offers a unique build that includes higher end appointments at an all included price. Great attention to detail and spacious floor plans. The quality of workmanship could be a bit better, but it seem that subcontractors don’t all possess the same quest for quality. It was disappointing to see things that were important to us as home buyers, was less than important to the contractor. Also, things that were supposed to be included with the home, were cut “due to Covid”, which to me is lazy.

The loan office -Rachel was amazing. While the process was long I totally understood why. The team was amazing. While I am still finding small issues here and there, my rep Jon from customer service has been very responsive so that has been great.

Helaine was wonderful, very attentive to my needs.

Tony was very helpful throughout our buying process. He was always quick to answer any of our questions.

I like their loan process; especially their loan officer, Stephen, who helped me in every step to get my loan going forward smoothly, I also like the warm environments in every room of Lennar house bring to my family!

Ryan R. Is where it all started ...what a great experience that started from day one. We had been looking at alot of different areas in SWFL before coming to Vista Blue. Originally it seemed to be to far from Naples. It isn't and we fell in love with the community and the home. Ryan R. was fantastic through the trying, buying/Bidding process that was so frustrating but with his help we finally succeeded. Some of the workmanship and quality is less then was expected but after our close the construction supervisor (Mike W) and the customer support from (Mark H) has been fantastic with cordination of all the trades that are involved to correct any and all issues that have come up. The workmanship is great. The location and the proximity of the interstate road and highways were short distance. The amenities of the Beech Creek has to offer is excellent.

Jamie is excellent very professional

Our sales person and construction managers were all great and very responsive.

There were some issues at the tail end but were quickly resolved. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Upon closing, the Lennar team, with a great emphasis on Danielle, have gone over and above to make sure that any problem or concern I have had have been resolved effectively and efficiently. Kudos to Danielle!

My only complaint has to do with the way HOA fees are collected. The homeowner should only have to pay one fee, Lennar can then take the total amount paid and distribute it to the different, golf membership, grounds maintenance etc. I don’t like having to pay four different fees, it’s a pain.

As a first time home buyer , I never thought that getting a house is unbelievable but we made through it smoothly from inquiries, appointments and closing. staffs are great and their websites and apps used are both user friendly. We are at home at lennar.

The buying and building process was seamless. The construction manager was knowledgeable and provided gudiance through out the building process. Our home was ready on time, even in the midst of supplier chain issues.
