Overall, the experience we had with Lennar was great. There were several minor issues found in the house when we brought in our own inspector, but Lennar was with us every step of the way and fixed everything before move-in. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and kept us up to date of any and all changes due to weather. We ended up closing early in the end, which was a wonderful surprise!

The associates at Lennar worked really hard to make my dream a reality!! Thank you so much!!!

1st time home buyer great experience

Value was controlled by market, second visit to look at floor plans the price jumped 10k over a one week period (new quarter apparently). All homes are skyrocketing in price though due to demand and lack of availability in the open real estate market. But not having to haggle / bid over price was priceless. Lennar used quality products, and a few of the upgrades where a nice touch. The sales team was great, Sarah & Paige were responsive, flexible and were very much not the pushy type. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my availability to accommodate whatever I needed. Personable and professional at all times. Construction manager Jason was a nice touch with construction updates, I think with the materials being so in demand he was able to notnhave any major delays, which is impressive (I felt the effect in my industry) and home was handed over when originally promised. Roger with warranty, I Had a single repair to get done after final walk through. It was done on time, when he said it would be done. New parts used, not old parts fixed or adjusted. Great team to work with! Any issues that came up were resolved right away. Only suggestion is maybe include some items in the home like a patio cover to match the homes style and colors

I called three repairs within one month of move. They were prompt answering and sending for repairs. Overall the buying process is great.

Our entire process from researching, discussing options, signing contracts, monitoring construction with the manager, and working on responses to ongoing issues after living in our new home has been outstanding with Lennar.

These are quality smart homes with lots of perks

Easy process. Provided option of using their mortgage co, title co, & homeowner’s insurance co so I didn’t have to find these on my own. Web site provided information on utility services to set up.

My overall experience is very positive. I only wish the kitchen materials like countertop and cabinetry were better. Workmanship also needs improvement. Post sale Customer service has been excellent though and the builder is very responsive to our needs.

Sales staff are friendly and helpful. Quality of the home is good, some drywall issues as expected, but we have a 1 year warranty, so will have them come do repairs near the 1 year time frame. Very responsive to issues and questions.

Builders team very professional

The sales staff were excellent! The house has a great floor plan for our family! The only issue I have is some of the interior finishes weren’t where they needed to be. They are cosmetic issues - texture paint caulking cabinet trim. We were on a tight closing schedule so I accepted the house with minimal corrections. The tight schedule was on my end not there’s! Tips for for new buyers- take your time- if possible walk through the home before orientation. You will miss things that you will find after you move in- this happens all the time- don’t sweat it!! What I really like is that the home is complete! Gutters - sprinklers- smart home features. To install these items after you move in can be very costly!! Lastly- when shopping for a new home look at closet and storage space- it was what we liked about our home. We looked at a lot of other builders and the floor plans had a lot of square footage but a lot of it was waisted. The bedroom closets are a great size!! I hope this helps! ... More
