The whole process has been satisfactory.

Very nice neighborhood, lake and area. Love my house.

Tracy was amazing helping us with questions. Everything else went smoothly. The only problem is that we are seeing problems now that had blue tape on them but were never fixed, like a hole in the garage door back and finishing and cabinets in master bath missing. Visible nails in baseboard in master toilet as well as drywall issues. Drywall issues in master bath along with missing grout in master shower. Not really sure who to tell about any of these issues. Also the ring system is ridiculously difficult to operate. We can figure out how to link anything. Including the garage door, thermostat, front door lock and our door bell won’t chime inside when you hit the button. ... More

We had a great experience with Lennar in purchase of our home

Love the company and home buying experience. We HATE the level lock. It doesn't connect with the rest of the smart home features on ring. Only works on blue tooth so we can't unlock it unless we are at home. It just sucks and we wish we had a key pad like our neighbors.

Every Lennar employee was excellent! Always available and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for better! However, the quality of products and workmanship created quite a few hardships for us. The new air conditioner had to be replaced before the third one worked. Also, the workers drilled into the pipes in the pantry which created sewer water, mildew and mold in our townhouse. This happened twice! The floor and wall had to torn out and repaired twice. All this since August. Lennar project managers/supervisors were excellent and responded quickly.

Since we have moved in we have been over the moon with how quickly they respond to any issue. They have been few but everything is taken care of

MY family and I were anne to see and take pictures of the house from the foundation , We have pictures of the lumber when it was delivered to the completion of the house . We were especially blessed to talk and get pictures of the crew, Michele and Linette at end end of escrow and the Celebration!

Everything went smooth and I am not complaining, I am happy but if you have a choice to build yourself which is better. If not lennar is good builder to choose out there thanks lennar.

The floor plan is what caught my attention. However, for the amount invested on this new beautiful home, I was a little disappointed that the house didn't and wasn't equipped with a door bell, a water spicket and lightning in the backyard.

The price was good for what I was getting! And eveything except washer and dryer included!!

Not sure if it's Lennar or Prime Management, but response to problems/requests is problematic

Overall I was pleased with the process. A recommendation I would make is to have the final (warranty) walk through 3 days before closing so there is time to take care of any issues.

The home buying experience was good. Some of the issues and quality of appliances and workmanship was a not good, but when we addressed issues, the responses were very good.

Wonderful customer service. Attentive and quick to respond.
