Love my new home! I don’t know where to start…I want to send a special thanks to Robyn, Brittany and the entire Lennar team for providing a smooth home buying process. Experienced excellent communication and superb concierge service/care from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with the build and finishing. Concierge was extremely prompt with addressing the minor issues found. Overall, great experience!

Great experience with their team from sales to walkthrough and warranty work that need to be done.

Few bumps here and there but very pleased with the service start to finish.

Bought the Evan … Awesome Garage! Park large RV’s or ?…. Up to your imagination! The house layout is awesome… The master room very nice & Roomy!! Large fully covered front patio w/Mountain View’s as well as the back yard too!! Quality home very well insulated! With three thermostats too controll a/c all areas of the home .. great feature!!! Really enjoying neiborhood and neighbors everyone’s very friendly!! J F

Our home was completed on time. It had only a few items on the punch list, most of them were taken care of prior to closing. The rest were added to our warranty list. This list was made up of items we identified, mostly cosmetic, and were addressed and resolved quickly.

The most frustrating home buying process I’ve experienced. The mortgage team continuously sent documents for signature with errors, and when pointed out repeated said to just sign them as they were only for underwriting and we’d just be signing them again later with different info. Very uncomfortable process. I was still resigning corrected papers a month after closing that I had pointed out previously and told to not worry. They also rarely responded to questions without multiple attempts for info, but were always in a hurry to have documents returned immediately regardless of the time of time they were sent to us. The sales liaison was also less than helpful and was somewhat misleading in the process. We bought while out of state, and were sold the promise of a wonderful community center and amenities that our somewhat high HOA payments would be going towards. At every chance when we asked about the status of the amenities, we were ignored. Once in the area we discovered they had not started the actual plans or construction for this yet. Not until closing day did we get the response that the amenity center would not be ready for at least another year. This is a large selling feature for most new developments in the area, and this turns out to be the only community putting it as a last priority. There are almost 100 houses already finished as well and no ground even broken for the center. This makes the neighborhood feel even more like just living in a construction zone rather than a new community. It’s also hard then to understand what our HOA fees are actually paying for? They do not come off as building a community at all. Most importantly, the worst part has been dealing with the construction team. The quality of care for our new home is very substandard with zero accountability. They did not ensure having utilities on for the home for a 3rd party inspection, and they blamed the inspector despite our prior and detailed coordination (and the inspector checking in with the office), so we were not able to check any electrical or HVAC items in the house. During the orientation walk thru we went through more than 3 rolls of blue tape due to poor craftsmanship throughout the home, and a painter just kept walking around removing it behind us until we noticed and stopped them. Eventually we moved in with multiple electrical issues present, cracked window frame, faulty lights, paint on carpets, unfinished work, uncorrected cosmetic blue tape items throughout the home. And worst of all, the construction team completely abused the use of our home while we were away directly upon closing AND after. On closing day, I entered my home for the first time to find workers sitting in my home eating their lunch. I kicked them out and notified the Construction manager but nothing happened. We travelled out of state right after, and came back to a home that was left unlocked (they had to change the door after we moved in as the one prior was uneven and they didn’t ensure locking the house!), and there was clear evidence workers had been in the home to use the bathroom as well as changed out materials for use in another home (a damaged door was newly installed on a closet where a good one had been and random pieces of window trim were lying around that weren’t there at closing). Again notified the manager, again all apologies, but no change as the very next day the workers continued to plug power tools into our outside outlets for their use. The plumbing ended up clogged as well as a result of workers flushing loads of wipes while using our home as their bathroom when we were gone or before closing. The sod was also laid very poorly with issues found in the irrigation system, with no communication with us or response to our concerns during or after the process. So I fixed the irrigation myself, but am still left with a lawn that was laid with large patches of holes throughout. If I don’t have to involve them in fixing things anymore, I don’t as there’s no trust. There is no oversight over the workers in the community it seems. Only one saving grace is a single customer care rep named Ken who still fights for us to get our issues fixed. He alone seems to keep the team mildly accountable at least for warranty repairs. This all sounds like a lot of complaining, but it’s been a seriously frustrating and overall unacceptable process for what was supposed to be a wonderful new home experience. I can’t recommend enough against Lennar in Brookmill. Hopefully corporate management tracks the mismanagement and waste in this community and changes things. ... More

Home looks fine, but sloppy builds. cabinets are not leveled, cabinet door rubs against base when opening, a lot of edges need caulk as there’s small cracks, paint thinned/cracks on top of walls. Tons of smaller details. No window screens, no fans, and little things they can do to improve. Overall good experience, but could definitely step it up for a better review!

My experience purchasing a Lennar home in the Sawgrass community was amazing! I love my home and everyone took care of me. The customer service was awesome and the quality of my home is just as good. I would recommend and I would do it again.

Very knowledgeable sales agents and great service with inspectors and they deliver their promises on complaining with any requested repairs

House layout is perfect and also de location. But builder just made lots of silly mistakes. First and most biggest mistake was electrical breakers and wiring’s were badly installed so after two weeks of moving in power went off very 15-30 minutes. Second big mistake done by builder washer water hoses were installed wrong. Only hot water was coming in. Third mistake and as of today I am still waiting for a response of the builder; drawers and cabinet doors are cracking up and master bedroom bath drawers were in bad conditions since previous inspection and have not been replaced. Forth mistake the grass was not properly maintained and now after 30’days of me watering and trying to make it grow it is still turning yellow. There were other little things that also needed replacement but they were addressed rapidly. ... More

Right from the sales person to the mortgage specialist to the construction who walked the property with us the experience was excellent. Lennar is a builder to trust as per our experience.

Gm just left the new home orientation. Items still haven’t been completed from the previous 3 visits. Why am i continually sent to do this walk. When the items aren’t addressed. Everything to start of has been a nightmare The only quick part of this process is the finance team Quick to take your money Once you get into your make sure you do the walk through with an inspector and agent I thought I could do it myself since I have history in real estate but no as I moved in to my so called “move in” ready home issues after issues kept coming It’s now been over a month and still issues happening to my home From foundation cracking Loose and broken frame inside roof Consistent gas leaks Very dirty home from cabinets being full of dirt due to no sod Caulking issues all over inside and outside Holes on your outside walls and mix of paint used They plant dead sod on your lawn and not even placed correctly Speaking of sod which is grass No sod on your home until you moved in and be ready to deal with the muddy rainy days and having to walk around everything And if you have a dog man it’s a hassle. I can honestly say our experience has been great from beginning to end. On closing day, the house was in great shape. Of course minor issues arised after being in the house but every time we have needed to request service they have been addressed quickly. All the Lennar staff in the neighborhood are great to work with and they truly want to make you happy. Of course there are those that can never be happy. That has not been our case. I would not hesitate to buy from Lennar again.

Things pointed out on walkthrough were not fixed. Payment is 25 % more than quoted at closing, fencing had to be redone by myself and 3 neighbors.

Not worth the high price tag. Lennar claims to offer quality homes but skimps on materials used in the home. The cheapest grade of apartment paint is used throughout. Poor workmanship skills in the construction teams, scratches on the walls and floors, unfinished corners, peeling paint on doors, missed sealant on exterior walls. Lennar will boast about their customer care team, but in reality they ignore every request and close any ticket as soon as you close on the home. Request a thorough walk-through. The sales agent will distract you with warranties and paperwork so that you can’t identify issues. Buyer beware. ... More

Came to colonial Heritage, probably higher expectations than I should have. Lennar was portrayed during the sales portion as a quality builder unfortunately, those expectations haven’t been met. I would have expected better than below average workmanship, which is unfortunately what we got.

it has ben avery ice experience, my new house is cozy and very wel distributed, my family an i love it.

I’m thrilled so far and I am very happy with my house and the upgrades that it came with. The warranty department has been very responsive to any issues and everything I missed during the walk through has been or will be corrected. Love the community and the close proximity to Sunset Beach and the Calabash waterfront area.

It was not clear who address your issues to because I was constantly told that’s not my department. I didn’t have a pleasant experience with financial group with Lennar. It’s an unwanted experience for me and I am glad it’s behind me.

-Fence falling from no concrete -Windows leak -Front door leak -Poor exterior prep and painting -Worst of all AC is inadequate for home and gets warm inside home. -second worst of all is lennar warranty is terrible they try everything under the sun to avoid fixing anything. Piece of crap people. DONT BUY anything from lennar -other people in the neighborhood have issues even worse than mine.

Overall very happy here since we moved in
