Our buying experience was very pleasant and frictionless. Having options included and great incentives simplified the process. We received good support through the mortgage application process as well. When the walkthroughs came we found quite a few quality issues which were supposed to be resolved prior to the final walkthrough. When we returned for the final walkthrough, most of the items had NOT been addressed. That resulted in a scramble to get things taken care of, push back from the construction field manager on some items that weren’t acceptable and a delayed closing while items were resolved. ... More

Quite place, a lot of light in the house, great layout, nice patio, and great, knowledgeable staff

The home buying process was smooth.

We were always supported promptly by the sales staff. Ryan was always good at responding to emails. The construction manager Josh also was responsive and helpful.

Overall our feelings are mixed regarding working with Lennar. Kasey was outstanding to say the least! We believe the purchaser should be allowed some input regarding finishing being installed into the home they're purchasing within reason of course. To purchase a property knowing you're going to replace the bathroom and kitchen is somewhat silly. A brand new house should be complete in our opinion. It's not to say we're not happy with our house but I could be better if allowed a couple inputs. We also didn't understand the timing of the builder. That speaks for itself when you buy with Lennar. To excel in some areas and blunder in others blithe's the entire process. Do better with the finishings! We do have a wonderful home in a wonderful. Salesman wonderful Christina was very helpful and aware of her product. Lennar Mortgage was not so good and informative needs some attention on her understanding of loan process.

Although small, too many imperfections all over the house that you wouldn’t normally expect to see from a brand new house

I have recently purchased my second home with Lennar, one in SC and now in Florida. I had both homes inspected prior to purchasing and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased with the home and the community and would recommend purchasing a home with Lennar.

The entire team involved in our purchase made the experience great. It was extremely smooth and easy. The builders limitation on some standard things that should be included with construction, such as towel bars, or areas soap dish / shampoo shelves in the showers are some examples. We upgraded our appliance package which included frameless glass shower stalls, which still didn’t include some of the standard things listed above. These things highlighted do not reflect negatively on the great customer service and our overall experience with the Lennar team. I bought and financed through Lennar so I’d say I got a fairly good deal. All equipment and appliances included saving me the hassle of shopping for each items individually. The frustrating part of the whole buying process was the Mortage team always asking for the same documents. To make it worse they give you only 24hrs to upload it.

The purchase process was straightforward, though it’s important to consider factors like discounts, add-ons, and more. The quality of the villa seems good, and the Arden community is beautiful with its impressive landscaping and amenities. The construction team provided a great experience; the salesperson was friendly and made sure all details were clarified. They kept their promises and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this construction company for their professionalism during negotiations.

We could not be happier with our little cottage on the bluff overlooking the foothills of the Sierras. Our buying experience was incredible and the people at Lennar have been super responsive and accommodating. Our Loan Officer Rachel was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. We had a couple stressful moments & her calm encouraging demeanor was exactly what we needed during those times. Our walk-through experience with Lincoln in the Construction Department was amazing too. We could tell right away that a high standard is important to him, so we knew he was taking our concerns seriously. He was responsive and efficient. Unfortunately, the only complaint we have is that during our Sales experience, we were told that there would be no future construction on the hills behind us. We bought the house for the phenomenal view and have since learned that there are indeed, plans for future development there. I will not name the name here because we recognize we should have done our due diligence and confirmed this before we bought the house. In the end, we are still in love with our new community. Firstly, let me say dealing with the team at the community of Willow was a pleasant smooth and easy process. Starting with Nicole, who made the purchase quite easy and relaxed. Dealing with David and his team to obtain my mortgage was great. Finally working with Kim in the title office was stress-free. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I have recommended Lennar to colleagues and family. Even so my sister is buying a place at one of Lennar‘s other communities.
