Lennar builds a high quality home at a fair price. They also stand behind their home. My wife and I am very satisfied with our home. The home was completed within one day of promised date.

Lennar stood out for the affordability and amount of amenities received with the home purchase! All of the sales, staff, and neighbors were great. Our construction manager, Vinny, made sure we had everything we needed, and understood the functionality of our home. Glad our realtor , Mike led us here.

The lawn care is very poor. Most of my plants have died and the lawn has weeds and bare spots and the water does not drain completely. The HOA says that they are not responsible and will not fix this issue, given that the plants and grass were of poor quality. It would also be nice if Lenna gave the homeowner the option to get a water softener installed.

Buying a home from Lennar was stress free. The staff was great.

I was in control of the entire process. No pressure tactics from the realtor, no design choice during the time I purchased my home, but with the Lennar "Everything's included" there wasn't much need to do so.

The sales person for our property was great! She took pictures of our house while it was being built and kept us posted of the progress. Really loved being kept posted along the way

Very happy with the purchase.

Distance space between two houses is too narrow. Subdivision entrance sign is not big enough to show Lennar is a big builder/company. Subdivision backside should have built a wall besides front wall.

Great buying experience in a market where there otherwise wasnt one. Overall happy, factor in the price of an AC install before you buy.

The overall buying experience was great, especially for a first time home buyer. We had some slight miss understandings with the construction department, but nothing that was detrimental. Overall I'm pleased.

I am very happy with my new house and community. The construction manager and sales rep were helpful during the build and responded quickly to any question I had. I particularly like that I can put a work request in the computer and a representative gets back to me quickly and sets up a repair man in a timely manner.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? From the first moment we met they were so careful about every single detail that it was impossible not notice the difference. We felt at home. The house was a dream, perfect, clean, almost no details to be fixed. I was expecting a high end price but no, it was a fair price and surprisingly they were flexible. The builder's team was fantastic, they took care of us as if we were the only customer they have. They not only delivered everything that was agreed but also the sales team went above and beyond.
