The builder is extraordinary in the design and default options installed in the homes.

Lennar homes include all the windows doors fireplaces unlike other builders like Richmond. So what you see is what you get and you don’t pay more to add it to the purchase price of the home. Quality of home is excellent. Downside is there’s no say in closing. With one months notice you could be going to closing six months early stuck paying for 2 homes.

Everyone has been so helpful throughout this process.

You will end up with a great home, just make sure you point out and issues you see so they can be addressed.

Overall a very good experience. Our one critique would be that there seems to be a lot shuffling around. We would turn in paperwork or information to one person and then another person from a different section would ask for the same thing. A lot of duplicate steps in the whole process. It would feel more comforting if we had one person handling our case from start to finish. A few times we were worried it wouldn’t happen because all the different people involved didn’t seem to have our information and we would miss our closing deadline.

My overall experience with Lennar, and all active players on the team in making the purchase of my home a great experience. I truly appreciate all the help that I received to make this process of buying a home less stressful for me.

During the sales phase of my experience with Lennar the staff were much more responsive. Now that I have some small incidental repairs, they are not timely in completing these requests. Still very satisfied with my purchase.

Great 1st time home buying experience!

Sales and maintenance men were very responsive to our requests

Cookie cutter, bottom of the line appliances, shotty workmanship - no pride in work. Every vendor I had into my unit complained about how bad the construction was and no pride in the work. Mainly carpentry. The stairs are uneven, can see where drywall meets on walls, baseboards are crooked. This was my second Lennar home and I will never buy another Lennar home.

The team made the buying process easier and less stressful.

Andrea was really awesome to work. Responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. The workmanship of the home is nearly perfect. But the group is very quick in responding to concerns and fixing any issues we have. And unfortunately, in this crazy market, I’m not sure one can get that great of value for a home but we are more than happy with the townhome overall.

I would recommend Lennar to anyone considering buying a new home. I think we got a good value for the dollar spent on a new home. We liked the fact that most things were included and did not have to incur large expenses after moving in. Our project manager and warranty representative have been great. They have been very responsive, helpful and followed through till a problem or concern was resolved.

Lennar responded to the issues we raised during inspection and after move in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Quick process and great use of space. Each home buying step seemed to be organized and thought through. I would change a few architecture/design items about the house but overall satisfied.

Loved the ease of contacting the agent and getting through to the final process. Everything was easy and convenient and mostly done online.

Overall very good experience, Process was smooth.

Great builder I would reccomend

This is the second Lennar townhome for me (rented the first one, bought the second). The quality for the price is excellent and I love the fact that lawn maintenance is part of HOA. Also, appliances included is a plus. Very happy with my townhome!

Good communication, timely project completion, quality work

Very easy process and a great product

The over all house is great, but the cheap GE appliances leave you will a questioning feeling. You should either leave out the crappy GE appliances and save the customers the aggravation of getting rid of them or have to fix them. Or give the people the option to upgrade them. You have people over and they see a beautiful house and then walk in the kitchen see the cheap GE crap and assume you have a cheap house. I think it would be better for Lennar’s reputation to just get rid of them, or only put them in your budget starter homes. Or have upgrade packages available, I bet most people would upgrade. Lisa from customer service was great, but there was nothing she could do to get this cheap crap to work. ... More
