Overall home buying experience was really good. Lennar is a very trustworthy builder. Only issue in the Carriage home is the quality of flooring is not as good as we expected and make popping / squeaking noises when stepping on some parts of the floor.

Our team kept us informed on the status. Knowing this, helped us understand the delay on completion. They were timely in responding to identified issues. The carpet padding and some of the wall socket cut outs are not as satisfying, but, overall, extremely satisfied with our new home.

As a first time home buyer, my experience with Lennar was great. My home buying team was wonderful! With the many questions I had my team took the time to answer my questions and assist me with completing documents. I’ve heard many horrible stories of purchasing a home but my experience with Lennar was exciting. I love my mew home!

My experience was truly smooth from beginning to end. I was pleased that the buying process was seamless, my unit was ready on the date that was given, and my walkthrough issues were finished to my satisfaction. After move-in I called about 3 issues and they were completed in a timely fashion. I did not schedule my 60-day review because there was simply nothing that needed attention. So I have been focused on enjoying my new home and not focusing on problems. So thank you Lennar!

I was very lucky to have Ali as the person who oversaw the building of my home. He was very professional and made sure I was happy with the end product. Jodi was my customer service liaison who ensured items that needed to be addressed were scheduled and completed as promised.

The commercial grade paint on the interior looks nice, but is if poor quality. The walls scuff terribly, the paint is already wearing off on the trim and doors.

Sales team and construction manager were and continue to be great! Lennar Mortgage was a challenge.

Better bathroom fixtures and ability to change from standard appliances would help

Couldn’t ask for a better on-site team. The mortgage team unfortunately did not meet up to the standards. Non-responsive and unorganized. They made this process very difficult and stressful. Thank goodness we had Tobi to fall back on.

From the beginning everyone made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure into buying a home given from any of the staff members. They explained every house building step along the way and were in communication with me when changes were being made.

Sales agent JVC was highly professional throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I’m my state of anxiety in the purchasing process, the team was always ready to listen and hear me out. Although they were the ‘Sales Person’ we never felt pressured.

Would love to write a great review but have had issues with neighbors regarding fencing and a huge parking problem! Also was not informed about a terrible drainage problem!! Very discouraged but do have some nice neighbors who have been very sympathetic and supportive.
