Lennar provided a great first time buying experience.

We've been in our home for 3.5 months so far and the experience has been very good. We watched our home be built and were impressed with the speed and even closed earlier than anticipated! There have been a few issues but all have been minor and most have been readily fixed by Lennar. The market is insanely high right now (we purchased in May 2021), so our house cost more than we wanted, but that is due to the overall economy and desirability of our area (San Diego), not just Lennar.

Our experience was fantastic just want to make a note here if you’re buying a house make sure the other neighborhood houses are finished also construction is quite noisy and disruptive

Good house for the money

There are pros and cons with Lennar. Overall, the pros are greater than the cons. I would like to say my building experience was exceptional, but we waited a long time to sign the contract to lock in our build. We visited Gambill Forest in September 2020 and didn't sign a contract until February 2021. Once they started building in May 2021, things started to move along more quickly. We closed in September 2021. One of the cons is we couldn't move into the house after closing because it was filthy. Not move in ready. After we moved in there were and still are minor issues. I wish Lennar gave the buyer more purchase options i.e., have the garage painted and finished, hang towel racks in the bathrooms, install ceiling fans etc. We love our home, but some of the workmanship is shoddy. I am happy for the one year warranty. Overall, I would suggest Lennar to potential buyers but I would definitely tell them to be extremely vigilant and stay on top of builders. ... More

My agent was outstanding! She helped me throughout the buying process and continues to be there for me now that I am in the home. There have been typical issues that have come up which Lennar has been very responsive with getting the items taken care of. I would definitely buy a Lennar Home again. Good value and deliver what they tell you will be delivered. Can't ask for much more than that.

My home was the last home in the lot to be built. Overall, the layout is great. The insulation around pipes is noon existent and a upstairs flush will be heard loudly in down. My house being last had additional issues due to hastiness. The floor boards trims had paint bleeding, the plumbing was blocked on day 1, the drywallers hid a light fixture. The water inlet to upstairs leaked causing a removal of large section of dry wall and ceiling. Overall, the quality control is not there but responsiveness has been great to fix these issues.

Great response and assistance from the team welcoming and transitioning into the home after closing. Very helpful!

Sales was great and always gave us updates. Our final walkthrough wasn’t as planned due to scheduling but we would have had a better experience if our original walkthrough rep showed up

Love our new Lennar home. Build was completed on time and most issues were minor and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lennar employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Community has great potential, however still waiting on some promised amenity’s from Lennar.

Cindy at the Customer Care office and Ashley with Warranty Service have been a pleasure to work with!

Dayna is wonderful and a great sales rep from Lennar at Willington hights. She is always supportive and helps with fixing the issues faster . She is s good person and cares for the home buyers , shares best of the information that helps to make better decisions . I would recommend her for a promotion or salary raise for the wonderful work she has done for us.

Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to get you into a new home

Overall I am pleased with my new build. However I’ve noticed a lot of issues after moving in that have to do with things being rushed as far as painting and craftsmanship. I would not trade my home for anything!

Lennar is a great company .

Realtor explained Everything in detail, felt satisfied with the whole experience.

Lot size may vary slightly. If you require RV access get a lot that has a few more inches than the minimum you require. Garages are standard size with very little room in front of a parked car or sides for storage. Homes are well insulated and energy efficient. Smart houses are not set up. It is up to the home owner to figure out how to set up. Counter tops need to be sealed by owner, Don't expect to move in and use counter tops before sealing. If you have hard water invest in a quality water softener not a cheap one from a big box store. House did not come with rain gutters. Our 3 car garage only came with only 1 door opener with 1 remote.. We elected to use Lennar mortgage and insurance. These people were great and made it easy on us. Had a great experience; love the home. Still working on issues: repairs, electrical. But they are quick to fix!

Good builder and responsive. The office is good too.

This is my 2nd Lennar property and the highlight of this time around buying experience was the NHC David. He was very informative, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!

No one beats Lennar when it comes to customer service. I take this opportunity to thank Bobby for his prompt response to any issues or questions I have. He definitely makes my Lennar experience great.

Price was set no bidding

We were happy to finally be in our home after the exhausting process. There were still issues that took some time to resolve. Lennar is a good company but some of the companies they have to use are sub par. The people who installed the washer and dryer were completely incompetent. Hooked us the waterlines backwards and failed to vent the dryer plus they banged up the wall bringing them in.

This is a serious company, reliable and make my an happy homeowner
