Our salesman, Norman, kept trying to sell us something we did not want and, although, we were #1 on a house, we walked in on a conversation with another prospective where he was about to sell them the house we had been promised. We were just waiting for the house to be released to put our money down. We have had trouble getting warranty work completed. We had a private inspection done and some of those issues, which were supposed to be addressed before we moved in still have not been completed. One guy forgot the paint he needed, said he would close the ticket and reopen it when he got back so he it would look like the work had been completed. Work still has not been completed. Amazing experience as a first-time homebuyer! Every representative we worked with was incredibly responsive and thorough in answering all our questions. I highly recommend using Lennar. Thank you to everyone for helping my fiancé and me find a beautiful home.

Didn’t do a good job and had safety issues in the building, in spite of me constantly pursuing they didn’t fix the issue and just ignored it. Very unprofessional behavior from the management in addressing my concerns

Lennar's workmanship is surprisingly sub par. This is truly a production home and that is what you get. There are such minor design features they missed that would move their home from below average to top notch but unfortunately, Lennar's home design team must be novices at best to have missed such minor things in their floor plans, at least in the many plans we reviewed. The community was the selling point for sure - NOT the Lennar home. We wanted to be in the community and had very limited home design choices with Lennar within our budget. If it wasn't for that, we would never have chosen Lennar. I wish I had a home designers ear to give them a few, low cost, home design pointers that I'm certain would definitely increase their home sales by a lot. Additionally, none of the "walk through" items were addressed as was supposed to be the case during that one week before closing. Also, the response time to issues raised . The masterbath tile design was not at all what was indicated it would be and I'm still dealing wit that. Overall, not a good experience at al. MI Homes and Mattamy have MUCH. better workmanship. Unfortunately, they did not build in the community we were looking at. But, highly recommend them over Lennar unless you are looking at their 55+ community homes, which seem to be of better workmanship and quality. I gave it 3 stars in the "value for the price" only because of current price trends and in the location we bought (Mirada). The website has tons of information as your house is getting built. You get to follow along every step of the way. I was able to see my house every week after I closed. And I love how the website gives detailed information about how to take care of your home. Very good experience from a first-time home buyer. My agent was great but I wish you was just a little bit more involved in the closing. I've even known some people to get small gifts from their real estate agents.

It was very difficult working with Michelle to be honest. This is our second home and there is no comparison with how great tri point was with purchasing and any issues we have had. There are some things that we went through with Brian during the walk through who was great, however when michelle handled our second walk through she was very dismissive and inattentive to our concerns. Anyway we addressed was a straight no without looking further to the issues. Our dishwasher was broken inside- the parts are unattached, the whole dishwasher can be removed it was never properly assembled and when we addressed this her response was we have to reach out to GE as it was not brought forward during our walk through- how would we know to run the dishwasher during our walk through Also other concerns and issues we have had it seems like the other representatives like Corina and Brian at least attempted but Michelle was just very frustrating rude and inattentive to deal with which did not make our experience pleasant. ... Very happy with home. We got what we paid for. Very comfortable no issues at all. Everything works right so far. Move in June 2024 I recommend the value of the home. But service after purchase was not good at all. I had to go to office few time and every time felt like I was just bothering not friendly at all. Overall I love my home neighbors are great so far.

My wife and I could not be more impressed with how the home buying experience we had with Lennar went. Lennar was in constant contact with us whenever an issue popped up. The whole process took a bit over a month from start to finish. The house is amazing. We couldn't be happier especially being the first home buying experience. Thank you Lennar for everything that you do.

Hi .I did buy my house .your seller krystin.is a terrible.and not professional that all .I been asking my s row papers since 2 months ago..also the mail box keys .I just get it after 2 months. I been asking .email.calling..krystin.and also marcos manager of hoa ..this 2 person are terrible .and Kristin now said that I dont speak inglish..I hope is not cause iam usa citizen latin...cause I just want my scrow papers.and pool key..and lennar costumer service...there's one more thing I have to say I been asking also one repair .and only robert the builder contractor is the one who answer

Love the model we chose with the floor layout. Kitchen appliances are top of the line . The response from the warranty agent with any of the few issues we have had has been great and very helpful.

I have had a good experience with Lennar representatives. A current problem is being corrected and the communication is in a timely manner. The homebuying process was good.

wost experience of my life. I was stressed put until the day I moved. From pre-approval nothing changed for me financially, but I had to keep submitting letters saying how I'm going to pay my mortgage. Nothing changed for me financially, I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

I’ve always heard Lenar doesn’t have the best workmanship and I can see that for myself. I’ve complained from the realtor to the builder to the person that did the phone call check about our patio large step entrance. Hoping some easy fix in the future would prevent falls and injuries. I was told they would send someone out but no one came.

After I moved in, I’m happy every day!

We purchased a POND VIEW for an additional premium and after closing a 6 foot privacy fence was installed blocking any view of the pond. Lennar knew they were installing this fence but waited until all units were under contract before doing this. We would never have purchased this lot if we knew we paid to look at a high white fence for the rest of our lives. I'm also sure this review will never see the light of day!

Buying a new house from Lennar at 8356 Aurora Ridge Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147, has been an incredibly satisfying experience. From Lennar's mortgage service to the final day of moving in, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Each department of Lennar agents and representatives demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patience. They answered all our questions and queries promptly and thoroughly. For instance, on the final day of moving in, we identified some issues with the front door, some wall cracks, and cleaning problems. The construction manager promptly addressed these concerns, and the issues were resolved the next day with perfect efficiency. Additionally, Lennar's warranty service is commendable. After moving into our new home, we discovered that the powder room exhaust fan was not functioning. The warranty service team promptly sent out an HVAC service technician, who resolved the problem within a week. We are extremely proud of Lennar's service. Overall had a great experience with Lennar, this is our First Home. There are few hiccups but thats fine. Definitely will recommend for first time home buyers.

Very hard to contact and meet in person. Barely answers phone calls. Very rigid on adding buyers realtor if the buyer already has home tour of model homes.Bad experience

They changed my closing date 3 times because they had no idea what the right date was the fees we incorrect I had to send 2 separate wires it was the worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!

Eric has been excellent and transparent with the repair process. The rest of the overall experience, not so much. If I could do it all over again, I definitely wouldn't. Nick was helpful during his part as well. From the get go I felt punished for not choosing the in-house lender which is extremely wild to me that sales are being potentially jeopardized because of stinginess wanting to keep everything in the Lennar circle. I was penalized and forced to pay late fees because of an intentional act of not awarding the cert of occupancy until the day I was supposed to close while knowing that's needed to have an appraisal done. After talking with others in the neighborhood, I wouldn't have been better off with the in-house lender either because it's consensus that it's a bait and switch. Hope the value of my home doesn't plummet so that I can sell this and not have a complete loss within the next few years. The area is great, the people are great, the homes we were given however, just no. From there being massive holes in the front yard that I'm not sure how were missed (they laid sod over a hole that's about 6-7' deep, 1' wide and about 6' long to the HVAC system not being sufficient for the size of the home it's just overall been a nightmare since moving in. ... I would not be inclined to use Lennar mortgage again. Every time something came up a new person would reach out needing more information. Many times at the end of day or weekends. It was the hardest purchase of a home that I have done in the four homes I have purchased over the years. While Gabriella and Kassandra were very helpful and patient with me there were several others that were less than professional. Even the last day, we got a call to pick up our keys and another person said no there was another issue that needed to be resolved. Also we received a email saying our offer had been rejected after placing our deposit down only to find out it was sent in error. No we are sorry or explanation of what happened just ignore that. I have a villa on Gable Dig loop. The single car garage could have been bigger. Drive way could have been bigger. Few guest parking spot could have been done for villa owner.its a 55+ community. No one would like to go to clubhouse to park the car for guest in Florida’s hot weather. Still builder can help building few guest parking spots on every street. These looks small issues but it’s not for 55+ people.
