I have to say that I had a very wonderful experience with my sales person, Matt when I decided to look for a second home. He was very knowledgeable and easily reached when ever I had and questions or needed assistance with my purchase. The walk thru process was wonderful and Danny was able to assist us with information about all aspects of our unit. The only issue I felt needed to be improved upon was the closing. I think that if anyone like myself who is not computer savvy would be a little unsettled with this process of Doc U sign.

My entire home buying process with Lennar was so smooth, consistent & accurate from contractual agreement to closing. It has been two months since we moved to our new home. We are enjoying our new house with no issue so far. there is any issue at our home Lennar is there for help I am recommending friends & families to shop house from Lennar.

Alot of things went wrong during the move in process like no mail boxes were established for almost a month and once our mailboxes were assigned the only communication was made on facebook? this is a retirement community and many do not have social media accts the work in the house is sloppy due to timeframes set forth

My experience in my new home purchase was excellent. I had help throughout the entire process, from start to finish. All of my questions were answered and addressed no matter what how simple. Throughout the final walk through all items were addressed. It was a wonderful experience.

This was overall a great experience however the workmanship was a little lacking. While I do love my home and have only moved a month now I’m seeing some things already falling apart, materials seems a bit on the lower end. The workmanship looks a bit subpar compared to elsewhere. I’m not a complainer but did not expect to be putting WO in the portal so soon after moving in. A bit disappointed but happy to see the urgency on the responses and follow up

I couldn't say more great things about my home buying experience, but will say I found this to be dependent on the New Home Consultant you work with (mine was awesome!!) and Loan Officer (again - mine was INCREDIBLE). However, post-purchase you are transitioned to a Homebuyer Concierge for ongoing support, and their job is essentially to tell you no and (politely) why they cannot help. That has been frustrating as (with any new purchase) there are kinks and things that were not installed correctly / are under warranty and need to be addressed. Overall the experience has been difficult, we closed in late May and still do not have a mailbox and the address is not recognized by the post office or on maps. It has been extremely difficult to get furniture and other items delivered to the house. Our internet service took over 2 months to get turned on the house for the same reason as the service provider could not confirm the address to be true. I wish Lennar had waited another month or two before closing, moving in when we did has been a very unpleasant experience.

Easy sale, and working with Lennar to fix issues that has come up has been great.

Carter Benson in sales at Eastland has very poor communication skills. As soon as he gets your deposit he will ignore your texts, calls and emails leaving you to have to reach out to other team members to help you. He will lie when you finally do get a hold of him to get you to stop reaching out to him. For 3 months this man has been lien saying a washer and dryer is being shipped to my home which was promised in my closing of my new home. He now won’t reply to my text messages and avoids me when going to the sale home. I’m not sure why he won’t just be honest and say he messed up and it’s not coming. But Cody Hester my down officer was awesome he helped me with everything even the things during the process Carter was supposed to. I would recommend him to anyone. I had a great experience dealing with Lennar. They were knowledgeable, informative, and fast to respond with anything questions that I had.

Air conditioner went out on day three in my new home. According to the workman, the air conditioner was not installed correctly Repairs took nearly week as a new part had to be ordered. Ten days from complaint to correction. Cannot get the floors free of marks even after cleaning them six times. Aside from those two things, I absolutely love my new home.

We have issues with our wiring, we were not able to get a response right away, however we do have an electrician coming with an appointment made. However the problem isn't exactly ideal. Also some of the sod (grass) that was laid out was already dead when it was laid. Other than that, I've ahead an excellent experience and love the home.

We found the entire process easy and comfortable to buy a Lennar home.

Selection of house and the building process went smoothly until it was to close. During our walkthrough, inspections were not complete, house was not cleaned at all, some items were not completed, final trim paint was not finished. We did our walk through and made list of items that needed to be fixed or finished. We were told it all would be completed by the closing date. On the morning of closing, many items were still not complete and the final inspection was not completed. So we could not close. We had our U-Haul truck loaded and had to wait until late afternoon before we had final inspection for occupancy. However there were some items not complete yet and we were told that they would get done. So we close on the house and were able to move in that evening. But we still have items not completed. The home buying experience was great. Everyone that help me made me feel very comfortable during the buying process. I have a lot of details in my home that was not fixed, for example- painting issues, water leak by a window.

We are very happy with our Lennar home. The ONLY thing that bothers me is the carpet installers did not do a great job of removing debris before laying down the carpet. The putty and stuff from drywall’s can be felt when walking on various areas of the floor. But it’s a minor issue compared to everything else. Love our new home!

My house was delivered with front lock not work. And the manager was not friendly to work with.
